First time eating Taco Bell since before the batflu hit..& for good reason.I decided to give it a shot today. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, Chalupa, & Baja Blast. Over $14 for food was a shocker, then to add insult, the Chalupa had almost zero beef in it. Like maybe two tablespoons total. Ive had double the amount of beef in the cheap taco deal at DelTaco.I wont be back as I am not paying twice as much compared to DelTaco for less than half of what food would be from them.

Bruh this place is not the one. Im all about this new taco bell location but it seems like every time Im here they mess up my order. I order the black bean instead of the meat and every single time they get it wrong. If u order the cheddar chulupa ur going to just get the plain one. Idk stuff is just not made right here. Its really water sloppy and the bread is always just cold or weird.Most recently my entire order was made wrong and then picked through to salvage what they could. Order was remade and was still wrong. Got a black bean tostada with no black bean .. then my taco had meat still inside of it .. everything was cold.

Absolutely ridiculous. I pay 30 bucks and I expect to get my order right. I ordered 1 combo with 2 tacos supreme and 1 dorrito tacos in their number 8 combo I believe and they shorted me 2 tacos. I drive home and notice it I work 12 hours and you guys screwed me on food and you dont even pick up the phone to try to make it right. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU GUYS EXPECT 20$ an hour when you screw up like that.

Ordered the church box last night via the drive through. Service was good. Got home and the taco was disgusting and fell apart when I tried to eat it. The shell was stale. Avoid this place. Cannes drive through was packed. Taco Bell’s drive through town, I was the only customer. I see why.

I stopped by today and ordered 3 dorito loco tacos and 1 vegan spicy potato taco. I noticed they were going give me a large drink so I told the cashier I wanted smaller one which she did correct it for me. I really liked the spicy potato taco, but maybe next time Ill say extra light on the sauce. I also noticed they didnt give me the diablo sauce but they gave me hot. I am giving 4 stars because at least my tacos were made with enough of the ingredients and not sloppy. I would have wished she would have refunded me the difference of change since I asked for a smaller drink but overall I am glad I have Taco Bell closer to my house and that they are offering vegan options.

I dont have issues at this place, usually they are good with orders which is probably one of the reasons I shop with them frequently.but today..... order as usual, get my kids their quesadillas, get a burrito, and some chalupas the kmchicken kind. They took my money and assured me that everything was there...... well the chalupas never made it in the bag, so my family is eating and I am alone no food only a cup half full of ice to try and satisfy the beast grumbling at the core of my being. Usually the management is on them to fill orders and not make mistakes but, we all make mistakes. But the biggest mistake is depriving me of my meal that I paid for. Sadly i live far and I dont want to drive back since it takes over half an hour to get there and back.

I go here fairly often and cant for the life of me remember why, nearly every order has had something wrong with it, straight up forgetting food, adding things they werent supposed to, and most frequently, completely skipping when I ask something to be removed. Its an absolute waste of money, when I call they dont even answer their phones. Dont eat here.

Every time that Ive ordered multiple of the same item, they end up giving me less in each than what I am sure Im supposed to get. Today I ordered two vegi bowls, usually the rice fills the bottom and theres just a scoop of beans, I ordered both with no beans but Im still sure I was supposed to get a larger serving size of rice in both.. or theyve been stingy with beans before. Besides that, the customer service is great and they work quickly.

I placed my order at the drive-thru.I ordered two bean burritos with extra onions and red sauce. The size portions were very satisfactory. The onions definitely doubled. However, I could hardly taste the red sauce or see it.When I arrived I was greeted by Alma and she was very cheery and helpful with my order. When I approached the window, Alma was very polite and greeted me with a nice smile along with having a positive attitude. Cheers

First time I came I ordered some potatoe tacos with my family who loves them. I ask to have them fresh- a new batch every time. They gave me half French and crispy and half crinkled and hard, nasty. Second time when I come to order the same taco they put spicy jalapeño sauce when it should be chipotle sauce! I have my daughter go back inside to have my order re done. And it’s still the wrong sauce second time. I call and no pick up. Today I came and when we try once again the potatoe tacos fresh, there not no checked before leaving the drive through window and I ask the cashier if there fresh and she seemed careless. Sure enough the manager said they weren’t and had it remade. That’s nice of her but she has a nasty attitude who doesn’t even look at your face when your talking. The picture is a taco where they put no cheese! Well you see they put about two strands of three cheese when it’s supposed to be only cheddar. But they didn’t even put enough of whatever even though it’s wrong! Nasty food, long wait time.

Pouring down rain tonight and I was craving Taco Bell. This new spot is great! They always get my #3 spot on. Beef Burrito Supreme, Beef Crunchy Taco Supreme, and a drink.Tonight I tried the Spicy Potato Soft Taco and it was good. Mild sauce on the side. The drive thru is easy peasy. The speakers work great, the lighting is good, the line was quick. I havent dined in yet so I cant comment on the atmosphere. I can say that I like The Bell better than The Del. It satisfies my inner taco cravings. Thanks Osvaldo for your great service!

This place use to be great recently this place has been a little bit on the dirty side i dont know what happened to this location service is not that good anymore neither the last time i visited with my wife we went through the drive thru and ordered a variety box the drive thru staff was very rude didnt let me finish ordering when I drove up to the window i waited about five minutes just to get an attitude from a young highschool boy when i asked for a manager i was told they didnt have a manager on duty and was told to return in the morning to speak with one real inconvenience

I was very happy to see a Taco bell place closer to Central Ave. Yet, the management isnt up to par. I encounter couple of hiccups the past time Ive order. They would give me a combo of burritos instead of the tacos. I order thru the online app for a party pack of 12 and it wasnt even worked on when I arrived. This would be my last encounter when I got another 12 pack party in person. Yet they gave me 8 tacos and the party box ripped when I was going to ask them for 3 more tacos. Also, dont say infront of the customer when talking with your co-worker Why dont you take your order instead of Sorry, please attend to the customer for their order. Im a customer not just an order. Im just gonna stick with Del Taco now thats across the street. Im done with this Taco bell until management has a better communication and better service.

Ordered a chalupa cravings box x2, waited about 40 minutes. Ordered at 5:33pm got food at 6:10pm. The beefy 5 layer burrito had no beef. No chips or cheese, the music was as bad as the service. The first time I came I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it’s a new Taco Bell. But the lady gave an attitude and said it took a half hour cause they were short handed. But every drive thru order was handled before dine in. Wouldn’t recommend this place, the best part about this place was leaving. Won’t come back. - Peter

Nice location. Store is clean. Customer service was poor. It took 33 minutes to get two cravings boxes. The lastTwo visits have been horrible. I was told after waiting 33 minutes for my food that it was because they were short-handed. The food was cold and the tortillas were hard. Last time I will visit.

Came here to get the Mexican pizza meal. I received it. The staff was SO nice. Yet somehow incompetent. No receipt. BOTH crunchy tacos were completely destroyed albeit properly bagged AND the Mexican pizza was soggy even on the top. Good thing I paid with a CC. This is one charge I’ll be disputing. Sooo it seems to be a trend these days for fast food places to not tell you theyve run out of something and add extra regular tacos and bean burritos, instead and let you drive home to discover they didnt give you the 2 Burrito supremes and missing 1 crunchwrap. I literally spend $50 order and get home without my husbands crunchwrap and my Moms burrito Supreme, Sorry super aggravated they cant just tell you so you could decide what to replace with, Thats what the employees do here arrrgh. Walked in, excited to try this new taco bell. There were 2 people sitting in the restaurant and 1 car in the drive through. Was told by the women at the counter they were not taking orders. They had a large order that they needed to finish. When I asked how long it would be as I was on my lunch break, I was not told anything. Then when I repeated myself 2 times, she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t know, and only had 1 person in the kitchen. I wont be coming back u til they figure out their issues. Also their customer service skills.

I will say this is a newer Taco Bell, great area, clean, and every time so far, great employees.Mr. Joewayne (spelled incorrectly for sure) told me the soda machine was down after saying my mobile order. I was not concerned at all because I chose a random drink anyways. But Mr. Joewayne, excellent employee, offered me a water bottle or OJ bottle because the machine was down.I am a laid back dude because I work in Food and Beverage at Casino/Hotels but this man was awesome and did excellent customer service.Owners, keep this man and make him a manager if this is how he operates.Thank you!

I have never been more disappointed with a place in my life. I placed an online order and the person in the drive thru said it wasn’t pulling up on there menu. I asked what I should do and the guy told me to wait in the parking lot so there drive thru time wouldn’t go up. I spoke with the manager who I showed proof of purchase to and she responded with I can’t do anything. I asked if I can just place a regular order. I noticed from the side talk between the manager and employee that they just where closing and cleaning there fryers a whole hour before they closed.

Worst Taco Bell I have been too . There are 2 Taco Bells close by, if you really want it go to the other locations . Service is bad and painfully slow. If they havent ran out of something then you will eventually get your food, but check your order before you leave . If your gunna wait 45 min for fast food its worth the extra30 seconds to make sure they got it right ( cause they usually dont).

I went here multiple times on my lunch break as i was working in the area and it was the closest place to my work. every time i went through the drive thru, it took at least 25 minutes and there could be 2-3 cars in the drive thru before me. i work in fast food and that wait time is extremely high. not only was the time in the drive thru terrible but, i went inside on my lunch break another day (the drive thru line was wayyy too long) and the man at the register was very nice and apologized and said that the wait time for any order would be at least 15 minutes, then apologized again. there was 1 other person in the lobby so why is it taking that long? i thanked him for being honest and explained i couldn’t wait as i was on a lunch break and i left. there was another time on a different day that i walked inside and stood at the register waiting for someone to come take my order or even acknowledge me but after 5 minutes all i got was 2 employees in the back watching me and laughing and whispering to each other. not a single “we’ll be right with you” or anything. but i walked in and got laughed at and no service. at that point there was no way i would be able to get any food before my lunch break was over. i walked out. since then i haven’t been back and most likely won’t be.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food location I should have know to turn around when as soon as I walked in the lobby a customer was visibly and verbally upset about and order he had placed for 2 items and waited an hour for. I should have walked out then but I decided to still give them a chance bad idea, I checked in to make sure they received my mobile order Which the cashier confirmed. After waiting about 30 min I went to check on my order after seeing multiple people in the lobby who came in after me receive their food only to find out they hadn’t even started my order, at which point they told me they were out of beef so they couldn’t make pretty much anything on my order. I asked why they didn’t let me know when I checked in that they were out of beef and she just started yelling and complaining about the customers that had been in today. At that point I just shocked she didn’t even t try to apologize or make it right so I just told her to substitute the beef for steak the walked away, 1 hour later And the manager still hasn’t addressed us or even attempted to apologize their anwser was to say this is why they shouldn’t have opened back up the lobby then preceded to lock the lobby doors and talk badly about customers in the background. To top it all off when I finally got my order 3 items were missing and still had to ask them for our drinks The owner and management here should be highly ashamed and watch camera for that day! I’m not kidding when I say it was BAD after closing the lobby the drive through got out of controll and even worst I had to let everyone waiting in line know they were out of beef so they didn’t waste their time a I pulled away!! The manager didn’t even have the common sense to post an employee or sign outside to let customers know so they will probably wait an hour to get to the drive through window only to be told they don’t have the main ingredient in stock

Every other Taco Bell that I have been to knows what Fresco style, remove the dairy and replace with pico de gallo, here they had no clue. The drive thru order taker didnt know and what I assume was the manager didnt know either. I told them to just take out the dairy. The potato tacos were ok but the Crunchwrap Supreme still had cheese. I wont be back here until they learn their own menu and how to listen.

Worked there for one shift and couldnt stand to work at Taco bell any longer. They didnt even train me, they just stuck me on a register and made me look like a fool in front of customers. I have always gone to Taco Bell and I have never had an experience like today, to start with all the tables were dirty, I ordered at the machine because there was no one to attend... I approached to ask for a towel to clean the table and I almost had to scream to stop. that someone would listen to me and attend to me... I was making my Nadare order until my husband came up to ask for it... and to finish the rice in my bowl was horrible... dry and hard... 😡
