My visit here was great, the lobby looked really nice other than the huge delivery box that was left on the entry way by the front door.. My food today was perfect just as I had ordered it and was delicious!Overall everything was for the most part great Thank you for a nice lunch option!!

Not very busy but they heavily prioritize the drive through over helping customers and you can easily wait more than 2-3 minutes for some help inside. Ordered a mobile order and came to pick it up, upon asking about my order they said they had forgotten to check it in yet and would just then start my order, completely rediculouse and unprofessional at this location, save your time and go to a different location.

Avoid.This place honestly gets a really good crew, then they quit and the service slumps. Right now theyre in a slump. Competing with the Blue Ravine & Natoma location for how high their staff can be on shift. Your order is but a distraction from the employees hanging out.I used the drive through, and received unfriendly service, no receipt, no plasticware and no napkins. This crew was borderline unemployable.Visited the downtown Lincoln location yesterday and had a perfect experience, clean, quick service and tasty food and the staff were very all very friendly. The polar opposite down here.

Taco Bell needs to step up their game. Their food options have gone down, the food size and quality has gone down and the price has gone up. Their price now is about the same as a sitdown meal at a restaurant. If the same I will go to the regular restaurant to get a better quality meal for the same price.

Love Taco Bell’s Food!But… trying to place an order at the drive-through was almost impossible. The person taking the order was impossible to hear as her headset was so scratchy I could hardly hear what she was saying. Plus, I had to repeat myself three times before she was even able to hear my order and I was talking loud. On the third attempt, I was almost yelling at the speaker, and having to speak, super slow. This seem to irritate her, as she never gave me a total or asked me to pull forward. She completely ignored me.There was so much commotion, laughter and conversation going on in the background I can hear exactly what all the team members were saying. Super unprofessional.

I wish I had thought to take photos but this was the dirtiest taco bell I have ever been to. For it to be in a neighborhood of such gorgeous house you would think they would have a nice clean environment but I was so wrong. The windows were filthy. The bathroom sink looked as if someone had thrown up in it. Then there were all kinds of wrappers on the ground where they cook the food. The dining area was very noisy due to a certain machine placed at the counter. I was in shock for sure. Maybe it was because it was nearing the end of the day. Who knows but I couldnt believe how dirty it was.

Occasionally, you just have to make a run for the border. Kids love the nacho fries and when they are in we seem to be here almost every day. The only drawback is the wait. I have had times where I have been stuck in the drive-through for nearly 30 minutes. This restaurant recently went through a complete facelift. We don’t typically go inside as we almost always use the drive-through, but it looks nice from the outside.

I got serious food poisoning from this place and am seriously considering further action. I may need to go to the hospital. Not one thing correct. Placed mobile order…got the order incorrect. All they had to do was not put the sauce it comes with on. Asked for no ice in drink. 30 seconds later I’m being handed a drink with ice. Not to mention NONE of the building lights were on not even the menu board at the drive through. It’s 8:45pm. I go through the drive through often here. It’s often long but goes fairly quickly compared to other places. Workers are friendly and haven’t had a problem with my orders. Food tastes as it should as well. I’ve ordered through the app and picked up the drive through and had no problems too.

I genuinely appreciate the staff at the his location, over the years the staff has changed (as does at all fast food joints), but the new that replaces those that leave are always just as nice and pleasant. Whoever hires here does a very nice job. The food is decent (I have had better Taco Bell, but it isnt poor quality...I mean its Taco Bell and its fairly consistent). Inside is clean and the bathrooms are well maintained.

This is not a good TB.They close early, or make it so that the store looks closed late, they serve lackluster food, they take way too long to complete your order, and above all the customer service is non existent. Last visit, an employee had blocked the drive thru with cones (HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSED) and I had to move them because I ordered online. Then, an employee proceeded to walk outside, pick up the cones, throw them aggressively on the grass, and slam the door shut so hard that it bounced multiple times. Then when I got to the microphone, I apologized and explained I placed an order online and he did not seem to care.I’ve just moved here, and have never experienced something like this before at ANY TB location. This location seriously needs to be fixed.

This use to be my fav location. But more recently I’ve been disappointed more than anything. I mean what happened to customer service these days. Every time I go through drive-thru and start my order I’m hit with a “is that all” or “anything else” after every item I order. I have many years experience in the restaurant and food industry enough to know that is something you don’t do. It’s annoying and seems kind of rude. Lastly, they have been forgetting items in my order. I’m sorta bummed being that Taco Bell is one of the only fast food restaurants that my family and I enjoy! Idk what it is that changed about this location but whatever it may be please go back to the old ways!! You are missed!

By far the worst Taco Bell around. Trust me when I say, if it’s after 8pm, it isn’t worth getting. They close whenever they want and the kids there are completely incompetent. I worked night crew when I was 18 at Taco Bell and so I know how it is.They were too lazy and I get sour cream out of the fridge to make my tacos supreme and tried to put tomatoes on top and lie about it to my face that they were. They also didn’t put any sauce in the bag first off…weren’t able to make my TWO item order which I’m sure was because of laziness as well. No more dorito shells either? Whoever gives any Taco Bell a low rating needs to calm down and realize they’re eating fast food. Perspective is an amazing thing when used properly. Was this my beat meal I’ve ever eaten? This used to be my go-to Taco Bell (occasional mess up, not that bad), but the food I just ordered puts the icing on the cake when it comes to messed up orders.. I ordered chips and cheese, but it was missing. The 4 medium sodas tasted more like nasty water than soda. No carbonation or flavor what-so-ever. The beefy layer burrito ended up being a bean and cheese burrito. I paid extra to throw in potato’s into the cheesy roll, but it was just cheese and tortilla. Steak quesadilla, but no steak. Literally 7 items on the receipt and only one was correct. Thoroughly disappointed. Waste of money and time. This review is for theTaco Bell in El Dorado Hills. They were horrible. The food was sparse, melted cheese when it should have been fresh. Lettuce was wilted yellow, and sparse, not that it was edible anyway. It was supposed to be a tostada. The crunchy taco wasnt any better and it smelled bad. It was so bad that I sent a review directly to Taco Bell on both items. I rarely do something like that. Additionally, they discontinued, according to what they said, the Gordita Supreme beef. No response from Taco Bell as of this time.

The Taco Bell in el dorado hills apparent is owned by the same person as the stores in Folsom, when you look at your receipt it has a phone number on it, it turns it’s the same number for all the store and it’s a fax number and there is no way to contact any of the store by phone or email, unfortunately I found this out after getting home with my food I purchased thru the drive through from a completely illerate person, who puts people in in retail food to take orders that can barely speak English?? Unfortunately it’s all to common these days …if this happens to you the best way do deal with it is to order the replacement food on DoorDash and after receiving the food claim it was made incorrectly and door will give a complete refund for the order and maybe the management of these taco bells just might think about providing away there customers can communicate problems …but who knows today maybe the owner is an illerate fool who can’t speak English as well
