The food has been good in the past, so lately I had been willing to wait 15 minutes in line. But, this last time i ordered a soda, soft taco supreme and a chalupa. The soft taco had sour cream layered on the outside of the taco?? And I asked the worked, are you sure this is DIET coke? For him to assure me with certainty, only later realizing it was not. I guess this location has just been going downhill

Both of the items in my order were made incorrectly, but I am grateful that the staff courteously addressed my concern.I submitted my order via the mobile app. My black bean crunchwrap was missing the guac I added to this item. I decided to let it go since it was around lunchtime and somewhat busy. Then, however, I noticed that the cheese in my quesadilla was not at all melted (pictured). I am very glad that I did not use the drive-thru, so it was easy to bring it to the attention of the cashier. The cheese quesadilla was remade.Based on other recent reviews, this store seems to be really struggling. I hope things improve soon, for both employees and their customers. This location is not a good representation of the Taco Bell brand.

Ordered Fiesta potatoes and 2 sides of nacho cheese and this is what I got. Upon calling the store the manager told me this was a a correct portion and I could drive back and get a free side of nacho cheese. Having worked at taco bell, this is NOT the correct portioning, and unacceptable. Store was not busy at all when I came in and still waited 20 mins for my food.

Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken chalupa supreme, cheese quesadilla no sauce and a chicken quesadilla. When I got my food the worker told me that she didn’t know if I wanted the chicken quesadilla with or without sauce so have made both. That was very considerate of her and she didn’t charge for the extra quesadilla. The rest of my food was cooked perfectly.

So, Ive ordered taco bell 4 times now from this location. All for times, when I got my order from doordash. There is no sauce packets!!. I have added sauce packets to my order every time!!!. Like every other Taco BellGlad they brought back green sauce! However, sad Taco Bell doesnt have green sauce in to-go packets like their hot, medium, & fire sauce packets. 😆You win some, you lose some.The front was just remodeled and finished about a month ago. The dining room is spacious and sterile to look at. Chairs for everyone no more booth like seating to snuggle close to a loved one.Have to ask someone working for the bathroom key, I hope that changes after the lobby isnt brand new and management gets over themselves as to relinquish the All Mighty Golden Bathroom Key. The guy I asked already looked like He rather a bullet in his head than be bothered 20times a day by people who are shîţţîng themselves.

This location is usually fine when I go here. It has a drive through and parking spots in front. The food ive gotten from this place has been good in fact the first time I tried taco bell breakfast was from this location. Overall the building itself is a little bit dirty (Mainly on the outside) BUT not bad for a taco bell location

I ordered 2 freezes from the big screen and I had to wait over 30 close to an hour for my 2 freezes. Other people are coming and going not even waiting for 10 minutes. The lady who was taking orders for the drive thru asked me 3 times did the lady at the counter take your order and I told her 3 times no I ordered on the big screen and I told her my order 3 times. Didn’t do anything and continued making drinks and etc for other customers. She asked me the same question and I gave her the same answer for the fourth time now and she started checking the screens and asked me how I paid for it and I said card. She asked if I had a receipt and I said yes on my phone and I showed her and her eyes went big and said that’s all you ordered and I said yes. She started apologizing and then someone else finally decided to help me, but I told him nope someone is finally helping me. She gave me the drinks and I left so so so upset. I never had a problem with Tacobell until today. Don’t be sorry be better.

The staff was laughing as if everything was running smooth. Went in, ordered a chicken burrito, waited 20 minutes for it and left, had to come back because it was made wrong, waited an additional 10 minutes for it to be made wrong again, I did not return for a 3rd time, the manager with the long mustache started getting irritated with the staff and blatantly yelling at all of them in front of 6 customers, nobody apologized for the long wait, no accountability for food being made wrong twice, instead got met with the laziest manager ive ever seen, he wasnt managing anything, he let his team fail which made him look like an even bigger failure, I will not be returning in the distant future, and will be filing a corporate complaint against the manager in charge. This was the worst experience with a group of poorly trained staff ive ever witnessed, seemed like nearly all of the crew members had no help, no support, and no idea how a real team functions.

Its downtown, in Redding. People get stabbed there. But if thats your thing its pretty legit. The food is as good as any taco bell. I mean you know what your getting there. Basically what Im saying is they will get your order right but your mexican pizza will only have tomatoes clustered on 30% of it. But thats normal right? I mean it shouldnt be but it is. The weird dual entrance drive thru creates fun little challenges where you can often engage in disputes of varying physical intensity. I never go in the lobby as I avoid interaction with humans as much as possible but from the windows it looks kempt..I gave the atmosphere a 5 because I dont mind calamity it provides an adoring backdrop to the entire experience. Horrible service. The four guys there were very overwhelmed. Store is greatly understaffed. Yelling throughout the store looking for Tyler who came back from break but disappeared to the bathroom for 10-15 minutes. Customers yelling to crew members in the back if there was a cashier anywhere in the store to take an order. Ordered on the app, but apparently the app doesnt communicate with the store. Told a person about the app order and he did something to release the order to their system. 20 minutes later after seeing people after me order and get their food asked again and apparently my order was still not in the system. Would have to be extremely desperate to ever return to the Taco Bell on Market St in Redding. There are two other Taco Bells if you insist on that in Redding that have to be better than this.

Ever since their employee was murdered in the parking lot which was so so sad they have really went even more down hill then they were before. I don’t think they can get employees or something. New bigger guy working the window doesn’t listen to orders. I’ve been going here this last year, and since he started the quality of service has gone down to barely reliable. Wrong order. Never gives you sauce our napkins. Bare minimum at best. Avoid this place in the morning when he’s working. Or just avoid in general as the other employees are always arguing amongst each other which is exactly what you don’t want to hear when trying to buy food.

I reccomend taking the time to drive to the tacobell that is right across from Winco. The people are alot more nice, the food quality and customer service is better and the store is cleaner. This place is absolutely awful!I came in with my husband. When we walked in the front door the person standing at the register told us to use the kiosks and walk to the bathroom.. So we did what he asked, no problem. We ordered 1 quesadilla, 1 drink, 4 burritos along with 26 Cinnabons. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I was looking to go home and bring everything with me to surprise my kids as we live an hour drive away from any tacobell and its their favorite. The moment the crew received my order they immediately started cussing and complaining about the number of cinnabons that they had to drop. They continued to complain loudly for multiple minutes.. It made me feel very bad about ordering anything and like I was a bother to them... 3 more people walked in with small single dine in orders which they were directed to use the kiosks instead of an order at the register. All three of the orders went out and the customers ate and left while my husband and I sat waiting.After Over 25 minutes of waiting my husband walked to the counter and asked what had happened with our order. The same person working the register said I think we handed it out ill check in one sec... I have to go to the bathroom and just left and we didnt see him come back. My husband then had to stand at the counter till a woman came from drive through and my husband asked her what was going on with our order. It took her a moment to look for it before finding it and saying sorry while turning around and telling the crew we put that we had handed it out and let it sit here, we have to stop doing that. Our food was completely cold. And no offer was made to remedy that. I will be calling corporate. If you hate your job that much, do not work in customer service.My husband is a manager for our local fast food place and was extreamly unhappy with the lack of service and care as well as the amount of complaining that we could all loudly hear. There is no excuse. Do better.

I never write bad reviews but i’ve had problems with this specific taco bell forever. they mess up my order almost every time. which sometimes i understand because of rush hour or understaffing ect but i had to cancel my order because they ran out of ground beef. that’s fine i understood but when i asked for a refund i wasn’t replied to. i saw the only employee there walk away from the window. when i say at the window she refused to even come talk to me.ended up leaving after a while with 25 bucks wasted on food i never got a refund on. 👎🏼

Been going to taco bell for over 50 year and still like it but this location has the record for the most screwed up orders of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Just went there, ordered 5 items, got home and there are only 3. I normally never leave without checking the bag but was running on vapors today and just drove off. Every person that gives this specific taco bell 5 stars has only been there once or twice.... every now and then the order is perfection (which is why i keep going back) but most of the time they FAIL COMPLETELY on just about everything! I showed up right before evening shift change on a very busy night. My family and I had rolled into town later than expected to check-in at a nearby motel. This place has decent prices on their product and tast really good. But my suggestion is to check your bag of food to make sure you are getting exactly what you ordered before you leave the window in the drive through because they have been know to mess up youre order from time to time. Spent 50 minutes in the lobby waiting for an online order only to find out it hadent even been started. It was for the right location, I spoke to the cashier and got a receipt with my order on it and proceeded to stare at the ticket for the better part of an hour in the lobby before some one asked me if I had been helped. Great, quick service, however the quality of the food was lacking. I always order things slightly altered for fresh food, what I got was a cheesy bean and rice burrito that was about half the size of a hot pocket cut long ways. Very small and very disappointing. The bean burritos were even smaller, think an mini egg veggie roll from panda express only put a sprinkle of cheese, a drop of sauce, and a spoon of beans inside. Also, Ive always ordered the same thing. Anything with nacho cheese I ask to replace the nacho cheese with regular cheese, they remove it and add regular, only recently have they started charging me 60 cents for it. If youre going to charge me for the regular grated cheese why dont you deduct the cost of the nacho cheese? Seriously, it bothers me when I get food for everyone and we all hate the spicy goop cheese so they all ask for the same order as I get and now it adds up. Went from a $9 order to roughly $15. Not cool at all.

Great food with decent prices. I ordered ahead in the app for pick up inside, and I get there to pick up my order inside, and the lobby is closed due to ac being broken. I called the store to ask if they could hand ne my order at the door because it has been paid for ahead of time and was ready. They refused, and told me to get in the drive thru line, which was super long. I ordered on the app and chose pick up inside so I wouldnt have to wait. When I received my order almost 40 mins later, my tacos were cold and soggy. Pretty decent, though they occasionally screw up our orders, which can be a headache. No complaints about the staff though, they are fairly friendly and kind in my experience.

Every time I come here they always get my order wrong. Waiting 10 to 20 mins for food that they always get wrong. Never what I order because they mis-heard me when I was ordering. They never read it back to me so when I look at the receipt and wonder why my food isnt even on there.

Rude in the drive through and small things wrong on the order. I.e., Diet instead of regular and mild instead of Diablo. Food quality was good though.
