The food is delicious and very reasonably priced and the service is top notch as the owner acts more like a long time friend welcoming you into his home. The business hours arent the most flexible but to be honest going here shouldnt be your average taco shop experience. It is far superior.

Tamales are excellent here! Many types to choose from. Beef enchiladas were very good, with a rich homemade sauce. Shrimp burrito was the best Ive found. Everything Ive tried is tasty! The owner is very friendly. Makes you feel at home. A must visit spot!

Went back! California Burrito is hands down the best in town. I love the owner and his amazing personality and friendliness, dang it! Now I want a burrito.Update- the owner is amazing and very friendly. I ordered a California burrito with American guacamole and no pico and oh my god! Delicious!!!! And like I said before the red sauce is on point!Food is delicious! I feel it was a little high price for the portion I got compared to other Mexican food places I go to but this could be from a local app bringing more business to them than they are used to and they mentioned being short on some items due to this after I placed my order. Still food is amazing, the red sauce was delicious and I will for sure be back to try them again and again.

Owner was very welcoming. Food was delicious. Really enjoyed the street tacos and tamale. It was also good value. Filled us up without being too much.

Tried this place for the first time on the recommendation of a friend of a friend.im glad i did. the food is DELICIOUS, prices are good, portions are excellent, and the guy there is so freaking nice and friendly. the flautas are amazing.way better experience than the typical bored, grumpy, dgaf employees that you get at so many taco shops now.this is definitely my new favorite east county taco shop 👍👍

They are great people but the fish tacos are sweet instead of having flavor. The reg fish tacos here it has a weird sweet taste to them theyre square fish tacos halfway breaded with American yellow cheese (never in my life have I ever seen anyone put shredded American yellow cheese on top of fish) lettuce. if you buy the mini fish tacos (i add the picture) which are cheaper they add sour cream to it with cabbage and its just tortilla overpower it and it doesnt have a great taste to it. Chunky tomato and chunky onions.
