The homeless man sitting at the front entrance was a bit off putting, and the abruptness of the lady taking our order wasnt very welcoming, but the food was very good and big portions so we walked away full and happy!

They really need to work on their customer service especially with the Señora’s their attitude is not it for businesses.Both locations need work!Food was ok, I mean we all know why we go there because it used to be good and that’s all we know.The lady that took my first order didn’t charge my debit asked for it again so I had to make sure she didn’t double charge me. Ok then I get my order, I’m missing a drink I asked her she then asks for my receipt because she doesn’t think she charge me I said it’s ok I was annoyed she didn’t charge my card the first time and made it seem like it was my fault and now she forgot my drink.I placed another order to go I waited for the younger cashier hoping to get better service she asked me over n over for here or to go Finally i said I told you to go right? Ofc now shes offended.My order is ready I asked my daughter to get it and asked for salsa. Tell me why they had it in a plate for dine in? My daugther already knew what they did so she told them its to go!Mind you the place was dead!

My daughter and I stopped by for a quick dinner. We shared the chicken flautas and tacos dorados. It was the perfect light dinner. Its worth the stop when youre in the area.

Everything looked so good. Our first time there. The burritos we got were bomb--the meat were real, sauces were flavorful, and perfectly put together. Service took longer than expected but after eating their food, expect it to be worth the wait. We also thought the place was very clean and welcoming. Well have to go back.

Food is delicious, though I would like more variety of meat on the flautas. There is no drive-thru, take that as you will, but i prefer it. Orders seemed to come out back to back, like the kitchen staff is on it and firing up orders fresh and fast. They have delicious aguas frescas as well to go with your meals.

First time here, and ordered a wet asada burrito with no onions. It came literally drowning in sauce and saucy. Really good, and just under $8, which is what it usually costs to get a meal at taco Bell or sell taco nowadays. Might as well be from a quality mom and pop Mexican spot!

Good place to get authentic Mexican food. I always get tacos here because they are awesome so I cant say much about their other menu items. The other food does look good though LOL! My only concern is Ive always had problems with them getting my order correct. I went with my friend during my most recent visit and he ordered a meal for himself. Upon looking at his receipt they charged him for four (4) meals! They had to void the transaction and start over. Now Im next to order and I get tacos and one drink. They charged me for two (2) drinks! What is going on? TL;DR good food but check your receipt because they mess up frequently.

Mediocre tacos de al pastor. Tortilla is generic Guerrero brand. You would think with the price youa re paying they would make their own tortilla or at least it would be of better quality. Milanesa was chewy and full of cartilage and fat. Tres leches cake was extremely dry dispite the milk sitting at the bottom. Seemed like they added milk to extremely dry bread. Its honestly surprises me how busy it is. Came here because of the reviews. We will not be returning. Oh and I almost forgot. It is pricey for the quality of food you receive.

Not like it used to be but I guess thats how everything is now. Price are outrageous. My $10 burrito was the size of a burrito at taco bell. They used to pack them big here but I guess they trying to pinch pennies too. Meat quality is still good. Just wish I can taste more of it than the flour from the tortilla. A burrito, Nachos and 2 drinks will set you back like $30 now. Used to come here more than twice a week. Now... not so special occasions only lol.

I’ve only eaten at this location ( same owner, new location ) for about 25 years or so... likely more, but who’s counting, Never have I been disappointed. Their food is, and has always been delicious. It can get very busy, and you want food fresh, so waiting a min. Is well worth the payoff . I always stop and get food if I’m even remotely close by. Go, eat, your taste buds will thank you.

Visiting LA looking for good Mexican food and got the worst I’ve ever had! When you order a vegetarian burrito you expect maybe fajita vegetables and beans right? NO! It felt really weird like full of liquid. Somehow they managed to fill the tortilla with salad dressing and a little lettuce. Not even 1 bean! 🤮 it looked like puke! So I was just going to eat the veggie nachos. Nope, mostly chips, no cheese, again not 1 bean! It’s not just the vegetarian items, my husband’s had pork enchiladas with hardly any meat and no sauce! How do you make enchiladas without sauce?! Only gave a 1 star because no option to give 0 stars.

The best Mexican food. Period. Been going there since 92/93 when the restaurant was a small little spot up the street from where it sits now in Hawaiian Gardens . Just started dating my wife as youngsters we use to go there sit and eat back then . Now married two kids almost off to college. Place is a tradition for us. Customer service is A1. On 03/12/2022 decided try their food menu.Bad customer service: females behinde the counter are very stingy, they forget & controll intesionally how much to give out. They forgot my 4 corn tortillas and intensils. A cleaning lady I told her you are out of paper towls in the restrooms. She ignored me and continued walking. I was surprised the bad customer service they offered here in Tacos San Pedro.Never Ill come here again. Its just a waist of time.Next time Ill take my business across the street.

My wife loves this place. Food is good but not great. Chicken flautas with the green salsa is a hit with my wife and daughters. Burritos are generous in size and the wet burritos have a good kick. I liked my thin bread torta, my wife like the taquitos, however they are a bit too pricey they wont give you a real cream with the coffee, they wont put the food on the table, you got to get up and get it. Always good and fresh. Cooked to order and dependably good. I always chuckle at the signs that their salsa is spicy. I cant imagine going to a taco place and complaining about spicy salsa. I realized that the signs are probably for the bingo players coming up for air and food from the casino across the street. I like their green salsa best along with pickled (and spicy) carrots. I order the tacos, cilantro only and put the green salsa on in just the right amount. Carne Asada, pastor, pollo y lengua are my go to meats. Havent tried the others. Been going here at least 15 years.

This is my first time here based on a recommendation, I decided to order the chicken enchiladas, when I was placing my order I asked the cashier if I can get the lettuce and sour cream on the side, she told me No. I asked her why? She stated it was the policy and they do not do it. I explained to her I dont like the topping on top since it is a to go order and the heat from the food makes the sour cream and lettuce taste nasty, Mari said the toppings can be put on the side only for the flautas and burritos, I told her I would pay for an additional box of needed, the answer was still NO. I asked to speak with the manager, she stated she was the manager and her name is Mari the daughter of the OWNER very rudely and it couldnt be done. My first time here and I couldnt get the toppings on the side and was treated horribly!!! I looked around the store and on the website too see if it has a policy stating they could not put the toppings on the side, they dont . I cancelled my ordered and left. I wont be coming back.

Cashier lady smiled but girls that served us were all frowns and they forgot the avocado that I paid an extra $.50 per slice! They dont want you to enjoy your experience here. Authentic good tasting Mexican food. Average to more pricing. Friendly service. Restaurant was about 2/3rds full. Good for out of the way location. People must really enjoy the cooking! I have been going here for years even when they were at their old location down the street. Their food is decent but their customer service needs huge help. Since they have moved to the new location they have been very pretty and stingy. I could understand when they first moved but they have been here for a few years already. They charge for their salsas and when I order a substantial amount of food I expect an adequate amount of salsa for my order. As well as I ordered a tamarindo drink and they gave me horchata...I went back to let them know they gave me the wrong drink and the lady takes the drink and away and throws it away...Im an optimistic person and I give people the benefit of the doubt but they have been consistent at making it seem like a hassle to deal with their loyal customers.

They went from one of the best tacos to one of the worst place to buy tacos. Favorite item on their menu is the Carne Asada Nachos. So far the best of any Mexican restaurant that Ive ever tasted. I also like.their carne asada and Al pastor tacos. They are very good and I believe they are top 5 in all of Southern California Mexican restaurants. Their meats are seasoned very well as they seem to be very flavorful with every visit I make to this place. Double 👍🏼s for this restaurant. Well worth the visit.

Food is amazingly good but however I remember when they were small before they moved and expanded and not stingy with the condiments before they gave you pickled carrots with jalapeños! Now they just give you pickled carrots and you have to pay for the jalapeños. If your burrito comes with green or red sauce and you ask for more on side you have to pay before its wasnt like that. I just hope they reconsider the condiments process because everyone may like extra sauce on their burrito, tacos or whatever and shouldnt feel obligated to have pay additional money

I just went today just to see if they changed but nope it was just a huge disappointment my parents bought tacos and the meat was so hard they couldnt even chew it, they ask for everything on it but only got clintro and onion no salsa on the tacos or on the side. I ordered a burrito that was also so hard to chew and only had meat onion, clintro and wasnt even warm. We all ended up not eating since the food was not edible. I will never return here! I tried the torta de cabeza. It was the best Ive ever had sober 🤣. There was plenty of parking. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The service was great. I went on a Monday night around 10pm and it wasnt packed.

Great place when it was a little hole in the wall down the street. Used to have lines out the door... Now that they moved to their bigger swanky location, the quality has gone down as expected. Still pretty good but not like it was before. I always get the wet burrito with either lengua or tripas in green sauce. Their Sandia (watermelon) drink is bomb! They make pretty decent flautas as well. If you order togo, make sure you check your order, theyre known for forgetting certain things...

Today I visited the place with my family we drove from Los angles to Palmdale just to try this food because I have friends that say the food taste good but it taste like nothing the menudo taste like water . This is my favorite spot for menudo, tacos and sopes. I dont like their tostada, though. If youre sensitive to spicy, ask for no salsa because their salsa can get pretty spicy - both the verde and the red sauce. BUT... its sooo good! Service is super friendly. I highly recommend you bringing cash here unless you dont mind paying an ATM fee.

This very unassuming restaurant has a bunch of hard to find Mexican specialties like: huaraches and gorditas. Tacos are $2 a pop because they are huge and your choices are the classics like asada and pollo, to cabeza, lengua and even tripas.I strongly recommend the gorditas, specially the chicharron ones. They are basically fried masa, stuffed with beans cheese, sour cream and chicharron which is pork rinds that have been rehydrated and simmered in a green or red salsa. They are BOMB! And huge too. The place is clean and staff is very friendly an welcoming. Also they have a pretty descent sized parking lot in the back for patrons.
