You gotta try this place. Really great food. The owners are cool guys serving excellent food.We will be back.The wife and I were looking for something different and found it here.Thanks for the good food. 👍

SUPEEEERB! Like im very picku with filipino food esp karekare. The flavor is soooo unique and its exactly i want my kare kare.(except i like bokchoy on it or thicker slices of eggplant) BUT still Nothing beats this kare kare! My boyfriend got sisig bowl. And yessss its also good. This is the best yet so far! I just really hope they stay consistent with amount serving because one bowl serving you can eat it for 2 meals 😂 depends on appetite… Service is friendly as well!i am kapampangan, have high standards in food.but this one really beat most of the filipino food in SD

I have been searching for my new go-to resteraunt near my work. This place has more of a fusion style rather than the traditonal filipino food you can find all over National City and the food is fire. It is a refreshing change and excatly what I have been looking for.

Lumpia was ok, the sauce was a bit spicy for my taste. The gentlemen inside was not particularly friendly. Very rude and said we had to pay first, so we dont eat and leave without paying. Not sure what kind of customers he has been getting, but for a to-go order, you always pay first, since there is no dine in at this location. I will not go back.

You should eat here. Great food! Theses guys really know what they are doing. Got the sisig fries, they were excellent. Tidy shop and good music, what’s not to like.

Tasty Filipino BBQ here. Ive been craving this place since the day after I came here and would be back if Spring Valley wasnt such a haul for me. BBQ shortrib was awesome, but everything else was too from the Sinigang na Baboy to the meats on sticks, which included Pig Snout and Beef Isaw (intestines).

The food is cooked to order. Worth the wait. Tried out sisig fries, chicken, beef, and longanisa BBQ sticks. And my favorite, tapsilog. I love how I can get breakfast all day here.

Update your hours and you can make more money. People come to this place just to find it closed and they do not update their hours. The food is awesome but the service is poor when it comes to the place being open.

Poor service!! I enjoy Filipino food but each time i have come here workers are always rude and no one follows the 6ft distance. I have been here.a.few times.because its closer. To where i stay. Please change your attitudes esp towards those who arent Filipino that support your business.

I have been there 2 times and the Food is Great. I love the portions that you get thatis whats separates them from everyone one else. I was in line to get Taco bellwhen I noticed they were open and I leftthe long line to get FANTASTIC FOOD!!TRYING THIS LOCAL SHOP IS WORTH IT.try the chicken PLATE with garlic rice andpork Lumpia.

Have eaten here twice. Both times the food was good. Price was a tad high, but the quality and portion justify it. I have travelled to the PI many many times over the years. My ex is Filipina and between her food and the endless Parties common in the Filipino community and my travels. This is a good place in my experience. Good job pares

The have dollar lumpia and they have VERY good size on portion. I find myself coming here at least once a week. The food is well seasoned and they have an open pit in the front of the store for you to use. You really get a lot of food for a good price.

It’s like a roll of dice. You never know what time the store is open or what time they close. Sometimes, they close really early. It’s best to call before heading over there. I just wish they have a set time.Otherwise, food are good.

Ordered bbq short ribs ad chicken with garlic fried rice. Everything was on point from customer service to taste. Coming from Vegas, Tambayan is my go-to spot for Filipino food whenever I visit SD!

Save ur Money.Ordered a plate of bbq short ribs which comes with rice and mac and cheese for 7 dollars and 50 cents.And what I got was a Styrofoam container that is size of my hand with 2 small pieces of the short ribs and rice and a small container of Mac and cheese that wasnt even fill to the top.Do you know what I could have gotten at L&L with the money I spent at Tambayan?It was my first time here, and surely will be my last.Thank you, next!
