2023-11-14 14:29:32Good food with very generous servings! Their rolls were our favorite, they were really good. Their bento boxes were good too however the meat was quite hard to chew. Service was very impressive!

2023-02-08 15:41:29This place is great if youre looking for decent quality sushi on a budget. We came for a quick lunch and tried a mix of items on their lunch special. My favorites were the teriyaki and Tempura. We also got the sashimi, cutlet and a roll. Overall I was happy with the food and even more so with the price. I would definitely come back here

2022-11-07 05:59:43TampopoKorean owners with Japanese food, yet good combination and tasty.Tampopo is famous for fair price and generous portion. We have been here a few times and each time, we are really full without breaking out wallet. They also have lunch special for really good price. We have to pack the left overs. It was too much even it is only for one person. They are really generous. The service is not bad. They tend to wait until you call them. I drink a lot of water and it is gone fast. But when you call them, they show up within a minute. Not too bad. They are also nice that they don’t force you to eat and leave fast. A very relaxed place for either lunch or dinner. Not only Asians like here, it has all kinds of ethnic groups that show how popular they are.I like this place. Keep up the good work.

2022-07-01 11:02:53On the outside, the place looked very unassuming. The wooden bars that show through the door gives the impression that it was not open for business, but the neon open sign was on. Inside, the place is small and cozy. Tables were adequately spaced apart.Everyone in our party enjoyed their food and had no complaints so that’s always a plus. The rolls were pretty good. Miso soup was just right. Portions were good. Service was also good. The crew members were quick to remove empty dishes. This was our first visit to this place so, hopefully, the next ones are as good or better. (I did notice the sushi chef not wearing gloves while preparing the rolls.) Btw, parking spaces are tight.

2023-11-30 22:38:47Pretty affordable place for some sushi rolls, I truly loved these large rolls I cant remember if it was called gorilla rolls or king Kong rolls something in that nature. But nonetheless it was one of my favorite

2021-12-29 04:55:27A woman is not bad service but another man is not good. The restaurant lack of staff, I understand but they do not have awareness and service mind. They served and walked around my table so many times for collected empty plate, cleaned table, welcome new customer and served their food next to my table but they let me waited for a Bill about 20 mins hence I went to cashier for paying but a man still do not care about us.Food and price is reasonable but i wont bck in the evening anymore.According a pic, i collected plate for them but they try keep eyes to anywhere and do not interested us. By the way, i tip to them even though i do not want to give them any penny.

2022-12-27 07:14:28I had the Tampopo Ramen. Chashu was grilled: Very dry. Boiled egg had runny yolk, which isnt common. The broth is EXCELLENT 👌, and the noodles were perfectly firm.Miso soup is very flavorful. However, the hot green tea was not.Lost one star due to lack of consistency between ingredients within a single Ramen order.

2017-06-21 18:52:02If youre looking for a good ramen experience in the LA area, this place will give you that experience. Their ramen sets are amazing. You can pair your ramen with Korean bbq which is equally good, making the whole ramen meal even better. The staff are very friendly. Their ramen is just good in the mouth. It comes in a cheap price too. Regular bowl is around $8 and the large bowl is around $10, and btw, they come in big bowls. The large one can feed up to 3 people and the regular one can be shared with another person. They also serve sushis. Their calamari is one of the best calamaris i have ever tried, crispy from the outside but not chewy in the inside. Affordable and yet good. Their chashu btw, are the ramens bomb! Try that!

2016-10-09 19:39:15Had their spicy Ramen and it had great kick, they have a lot of options for sushi rolls. Had their hulk roll, calamari roll, and snow roll. All of the rolls were well made and complimented the Ramen well.
