2023-08-13 18:18:33It was amazing! The food was very creative and delicious. I have never thought to combine hotate (scallop) with soft cheese and truffle oil but it was delicious. The tuna tataki was served in a hot skillet which was a very interesting experience while the fish was extremely fresh and high quality. Overall everything was great!

2023-08-21 12:18:00A small, tucked away spot with very fresh and flavorful food! We enjoyed the hotate carpaccio, garlic pork ramen and yuzu shoyu ramen the most. The yuzu was an interesting, light broth, and the toppings were great. The dessert was also delicious (the hojicha panna cotta).

2023-07-20 05:05:02Amazing new biz in town (6 weeks old) serving quality food in good price. I order Yuzu Shoyu Ramen & Karage chicken. The flavor is outstanding, chicken is moist & tender, everything is home-made by the store chef. Pork is made differently, in a unique nice taste.Hot sake is a nice compliment with food. Highly recommended for a good night!

2023-11-30 07:51:12Definitely THE BEST RAMEN in states I’ve ever tasted. Yozu shoyu is as good as Afuri in Japan. Hokkaido miso is delicious too. 100% recommended.

2023-09-03 04:39:21This was my first time coming here, I have to say, I wish this was in texas. The food was simply amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was given a choice of where to sit. The music was playing and was so awesome. Immediately, the waitress came and took our order and was very accommodating on altering some menu items for those with bariactric surgery (spices). The Ba-Ra was so tender and juicy, super delicious, and karage (I think thats how its spelled) was so crunchy, juicy, and truly delicious. I noticed the waitress making sure all the customers were well tended to from the moment they walked in until they left. This was an amazing Ramen experience and I cant wait to come back and visit again in the future! 10/10 for sure!

2023-08-25 17:16:55I came here for an early weekday dinner. I ordered the Katsu Curry Don, which is a fried pork curry rice bowl. The serving size was quite adequate for the price ($15). The pork was crispy and tender. The rice had a fluffy/sticky texture. The curry itself tasted somewhat like a Thanksgiving gravy. There were potatoes and carrots in the curry too. Overall, everything tasted quite good! They have Asahi on draft, which is unique.Great ambience. Once inside you feel transported away from the city. Japanese decor with cute kittens can be found. The dining area is well-kept and clean. I recommend for solo eats or for parties of two including casual dating situations. The dining area is not well-suited for larger parties due to the space and table arrangements.
