Get off the regular menu of tacos and burritos, Pacheco’s located inside the la Placita market and it’s has much more than your regular food I had a Gordita and then I tried there Barbacoa and it’s so authentic it feels like I never left Mexico this place has Great food. Best place in Soledad for Mexican food. Can’t go wrong.

We discovered this place and it has the best gorditas. Stuffed corn tortillas with any meat you like. The taqueria is inside a little Mexican market but its food Id delicious. Please do not expect white table cloth service.I was disappointed last week because they closed all December, but i will be back in 2023!
Great little spot inside the market. We were passing through & needed something to eat. Didn’t have high expectations but Taqueria Pacheco impressed! The chicken burrito was tasty, not too salty, and not at all greasy. Tables and seats inside to eat at.

Had the super burrito with chicharron, not bad but the meat was on the hard/crunchier side instead of crispy, 3.5/5also had 4 tacos: pollo, asada, chorizo, and pastor. flavor was good but meat was a little tough/overdone/dry, 3/5overall: big enough portions to justify the price, so i’m not upset 🤷♂️

Let this be said, Im a fuzzy eater but I was blown away! Simple but perfect tastes, all made on the premises and so fresh. I had pork taco and it was the best taco I have ever had. Its a small cafeteria style place inside a supermarket; so if youre more into good tasting food than fancy decor this is well worth a detour. I only wish I could fit even more food in my belly for the lovely dishes they have here!
The food here was absolutely delicious and on point! The customer service received along with the warm welcome made this experience just memorable. We had a dish custom made and the cook definitely delivered with great seasoning and presentation.
No matter how long the line Is they always keep up the quality of their food. The workers move quickly and are always willing to help.
Stopped here after a hike at Pinnacles, and this hit the spot. We had the Chile verde burrito and four tacos, and it was exactly what we wanted and needed. Would definitely recommend. Flavors are spot on and meat was tender and tasty.
If youre looking for the real deal you found it. The only item listed in English is a Super burrito and Im pretty sure its just a courtesy for those not familiar with Mexican food. The fresh beverages are awesome so dont skip those. And dont forget to tip! They deserve it.
I love their handmade corn tortillas. Ive ordered tacos in one occasion, menudo in another. Right on point! Their aguas frescas super delicious. I will continue to go back and I highly recommend them. They got great customer service skills. Very friendly staff!👍

Great carne asada tacos - would go again.
The carne asada here is unique I believe. The meat is chopped much smaller in size than what I have generally experienced from a mexican restaurant. The flavor was delicious and the size of the burrito was not too big, and not too small. Just right. We will be returning when we get hungry on our way up and down California on 101 for sure!

If you are on your way to Los Angeles, a must. We stopped on the way to Santa Barbara and found this taqueria by chance. Spectacular, its delicious!

Good, this place is a taqueria and grocery store, the food is served to eat in the same place also for takeout, the tortillas are made by hand, family place, no liquor or beer is sold to consume in the store only for takeout and Menu, Saturday and Sunday.
If you come to eat, eat something first, why else will your stomach throb from waiting so much....otherwise its more or less, I give it a 6 out of 10. They are friendly but the service is slow.... From 30 minutes to 1.5 hours I would leave it as the 2nd or 3rd option

He got the Super burrito with carne asada - it was full and scrumptious! I ate the poblano pepper than came with his meal. It was grilled to perfection. I had the fried fish. I couldn’t get enough of it! Don’t be afraid to order this bone in fish dish. They cut it where it is easy to get off the bones. The batter they fry it in was so flavorful. The batter was thin and crisp in every bite. The fish was moist and flaky and fried perfectly. It was served with the best French fry’s, rice and beans and a salad!

Great flavor; not dried out. LOTS of food! Two meals! Corn tortillas were made to order...I watched them make them. Made a burrito with the leftovers. Cant wait to make quesadillas with the remaining tortillas.

I had the Super Burrito - very tasty with Carne Asada, avocado, salsa, sour cream in a fresh tortilla which is then grilled. My wife had the Camarones Al mucho de ajo. Very tasty grilled shrimp with garlic. Side of refried beans, rice, French fries and tortillas. Would give the food 4 stars but the service was a bit slow and the indoor dining is super basic so it nets 3 stars overall.
