Taste of Beauty in Fountain Valley

My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing an 8-course tasting menu, where the service and ambiance were outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5 stars. However, I found that out of the 8 courses, there were 5 dishes with mushrooms, which, in my opinion, lacked variety. I am not a big fan of mushrooms. Despite this, the brief descriptions and presentations of each dish were phenomenal, showcasing the chefs creativity and expertise. The inclusion of room temperature Oolong tea alongside the courses added an exquisite touch to the overall dining experience, enhancing the flavors of the dishes. Overall, while the mushroom overload was a minor drawback, the culinary craftsmanship and attention to detail made this tasting menu a memorable and delightful culinary adventure.

We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and absolutely loved the place. From the moment we stepped inside, we was captivated by the beauty and charm of the place. The food was delicious. its a true vegan culinary journey. Each dish was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the diversity of plant-based ingredients. The owner George is an exceptional chef and an outstanding host. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. If youre a vegan food enthusiast, an Asian cuisine lover, or simply someone who appreciates great dining experiences, this place is an absolute must-visit.

Amazing experience! Tried their 3rd anniversary tasting menu and loved it! My favorites were Pearl Fresh Soup, Pink Blossom, Wheel of Life, and the Scented Room & Aroma Beauty but everything was delicious!The menu is well crafted and I think the portions are perfect for a tasting. Service was great and I appreciated the attention to detail. I hope to be back again soon!

Taste of Beauty is a plant-based fine dining restaurant. This isnt your ordinary Vegetarian restaurant. It was so pretty from the moment I walked in. The ambiance was very nice. The presentation on every dish was so beautiful. Tried their set menu and it was amazing. Our server was great! It was very nice to hear a story behind for every dish that came out. No, you do not need to be a vegetarian to enjoy this. This place is for both vegetarians and meat lovers. I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come back!

I was absolutely mind blown by EVERY SINGLE DISH! I had the vegan option and my spouse has the vegetarian option. Both were absolutely delicious and such new concepts I was so eager to try. Plating, serving, and explanation of the dish were so concise and super romantic. Favorite being the morel mushrooms and the eggplant. I was expecting small portions but by the end of our two and a half our dinner I was STUFFED! We truly enjoyed ourselves. I need to go back for their tea service with such beautiful desserts.I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I will be coming back. Thanks for the dessert/pastry Mr. George G! Appreciate you :)

Each vegan dish is beautifully crafted and expertly composed in terms of texture, flavor and balance. I enjoyed hearing the story behind each plate and the service was exceptional. It is very much like a fine dining experience.

It was a celebration event and it was very interesting to see how pretty the food is especially made for vegetarian.It was good amount of food and I appreciate to learn this place finally!I would think of this place for oriental vegetarian introduction in the future.

The food and the service were both amazing. It was a great fine dining experience. Every dish has a story which was very well explained by the food server. My friends and I really enjoyed the environment of the restaurant. It is beautifully decorated and the low lighting of the private room that we reserved created a pleasant ambience. Definitely will come back soon!!!

Loved everything from the food to the service. The chef is an artist and really knows how to bring together many different vegetables, fruits, and flavors. Our waiter was very patient and took his time explaining the elements and story of each dish.
