Decided to give this place a try.I got the special banh mi, had marinated pork and some liver patte in it. Picture showed overflowing amount of pork but was not the case. But still it was very flavorful and on a sweeter side. Very large as well.Vietnamese coffee with zero sugar had little bit of sweetness still, which was perfect.Brown sugar boba was really sweet even as 50% sweetness. Will try 25%

The Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi was so so good, (the boba also haha)I love that you can order and they ask how sweet you want your drink, other boba places are so sickly sweet, and they have other authentic toppings. Super yummy.

I got the Pineapple coconut 🥥 30% sweet with boba pearls. So good! My kiddos got cocoa oreo and mango cloud 50% sweet. Love that you can choose your sweetness level and ordering on the screen made it super easy

All the barista’s were super nice and personable, but the owners were behind the bar without proper uniform, and in open toed shoes. Also the owner Kim had long nails and was not wearing any gloves while preparing drinks, I also noticed there were kids running around the kitchen (probably family or friends) I wish I could say I would be returning because the drinks were delicious and well made by Aaliyah, but it was not sanitary, and I could tell that it was very disorganized.

By far the best boba place in Chico! I can tell they use actual tea and not just flavored syrups. The boba itself is soft, chewy, and flavorful. Quality is also very consistent. Staff is very caring and friendly as well. Definitely would recommend!

Very nice and aesthetic atmosphere, all the boba ive tried there is really yummy 😋 Also great owners. They have given us a free drink and also gave us boba when it was our fault both times. Truly kind and humble! Even tried to deny our tip! Do not skip out on this place if you are a boba/tea lover 🧋💚

Went to try this new boba place and their menu options are awesome, atmosphere is great, and service was wonderful. The one part about Chico boba that misses the mark everytime for me is their boba is not good. Its cold, too hard, and has little taste. The only reason I go to a boba restaurant is for the boba, unfortunately Chico hasnt figured out how to make great quality boba yet.

The owners are super nice. I loved how peaceful and cute the place is. I love the panda milk tea! The Banh Mi sandwiches are also delicious. 💕 would totally recommend to my friends and family.

Great drinks with a nice amount of variety and customization to your drink. The drinks were also pretty affordable and everyone seemed super nice. I dont always like tea but I really enjoyed The Strawberry Milk Tea with popping pearls at 70% sweetness it was very good! I was also super surprised but delighted to see they had a small lil boardgame section for you to play. Would definitely reccomend and I see myself stopping in again next time im nearby!

Tea was not fresh, powdery. i got strawberry milk and it tasted like Nesquik. for $7 im really disappointed in the quality. project tea is way better. service was meh too, nothing stuck out to me

I came to this new boba place with really high hopes, I got the strawberry milk tea, my drink tasted fine at first but quarter of it are bubble, which gross me out after a few sips. Drinks are overpriced for what it is and boba is hard and has no flavor. With boba my drink is $8 and I think this is not a good price for boba drinks.
