Havent been to this Tasty Pot for a long time. Great option on a cold day. We usually get the beef, thai and the creamy milk. All were pretty good. Will try the seafood one next time.

The pot is valuable at its pricy. You got a large portion of food and get to enjoy it individually. There’re much variation in different pot really in term of ingredients. One of the staff is rude when we asked him whether there’s a Chinese version of menu because we could match the name of a dish we want to try based on recommendation from others. We’re still looking at the menu and he said there’s no need for you to get a Chinese version since you guys already made decisions on some dishes… it’s very rude anyway

A great Taiwanese cuisine experience!It is different from traditional Chinese food. This store highlights more sweet and fresh flavors. The meat is more tender, add some sticky cake sticks, green vegetables, and a delicious pot of meat and vegetable dishes is released. The soup tastes great and I like to eat it with rice.Worth recommending👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!

Like the name says. Its tasty. Lots of flavor, not skimpy on the ingredients. Prices are not too bad at around $15 or $20 a person. Includes a drink. Beware that iced green tea is SWEETENED, which is personally not my preference, but it is somewhat refreshing when your mouth is burning.On that note: medium is fairly hot. Its always tricky figuring out the heat scale at a place that is new to you. Id compare medium to the heat of eating something like a raw jalapeno, for reference.Highly recommend this place, especially on a cold day. Seems like this Dublin location is much less crowded than San Jose or Berkeley. Berkeley also doesnt have parking like this one.

Ive been to this spot a few times and gotta say, their Lamb Hot Soup is a real winner. The broth is rich and flavorful, and theyre generous with the fixings - big chunks of tender lamb, crisp bok choy, glass noodles, and shiitake mushrooms. The tofu and cilantro add a nice touch, alongside a variety of other sides. What makes the meal even better is the staff – always friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Its become a go-to for me when Im in the mood for something hearty and warm.

Higher prices and underwhelming service. Weekday lunch and was quickly seated and given to-go utensils and sauce containers. The device to place or orders were easy and we quickly got our pots. Ordered 3 seafood, 1 sichuan spicy and 1 Thai. The only thing I wish they had in the ordering was the notes option to leave out items such as egg since one of my kids has an allergy. We asked for a plate to put our shells in but they could only give us the disposable bowls, the same used to give you the rice or vermicelli noodles.The workers were pretty hands-off but responsive when asked about the menu or needing napkins, water etc. glad they did offer to refill the broth but we didn’t want to dilute it. My oldest really liked the spicy one and everything that came in it. My other one with the seafood pot left some items out but he’s picky so glad he enjoyed the pot to himself. For $18-22 a pot, it is filling and comparable to doing ala carte hot pot but it’s hard when I know a few years ago the pots were $12, inflation is definitely apparent these days.

We’ve had great food from this place but a recent delivery totally ruined our experience with them. The hot pot container has a plastic sauce cup as well as a soaked up napkin sitting on top of the food. It also only has about half of the soup. Really looks like leftover from a dine-in customer or something returned by a customer. I assume it’s a mix-up in the kitchen but the whole container is extremely disgusting on my end. Probably won’t order from them any more in the foreseeable future.

The food is great, staff are kind, and it’s decently priced. Even the free tea that comes with the meals is tasty! They give you an iPad to order on, and the price starts at around $17.50 (I believe). All the options are quite similar, so I suggest going for the cheaper options.

Good food!Ive read good reviews about this place, and I finally got a chance to try it. Its located in a shopping center across the shutter health building. Theres bunch of Asian restaurants, stores and other stuff in this center.The restaurant itself is small for the amount of people they cater. We went there for late lunch and theres still some waiting time. For 2 people its not bad. They gave you a menu right away so you when you sit down you will just wait for your food. The flavours is really good, servings are big and your tummy will be happy. Prices are decent too. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This is perfect place if you are craving some noodle soup. They have a huge variety and the size is just wow. I had the beef noodle soup, it was full of meat and veggies, filled me up all the way. They keep pouring soup so your meal is never dry and its served on a burning flame. Highly recommend!

Not a fan of stinky tofu so the smell gets to me when people order it and it fills the entire restaurant. But I did enjoy their thai seafood bowl. Larger than a big bowl of pho, heated via fire which you can control with the side metal notch, and filled with lots of goodies to eat. Couldnt finish my bowl but it definitely hit the spot after a hard workout.

Great place to visit if youre in the mood for noodle soup. They give you a tablet when they seat you and you order through their app, which I found very convenient, since you can customize exactly how you want it. Outdoor seating if you have a dog. The bowls come out with a heater underneath which you can either keep on or turn off. Portions are generous and prices are fair. Will definitely come back!

Service good, food taste acceptable but the thing that still keep me thing why the pot will not broiler understand if you don’t have any add on dish since all the ingredients are cooked but we add vegetables that are totally raw using a warm temperature fire how long it take to cook I waited 10 minutes but the vegetables still raw. I ask the waiter the soup is not broiling and he said is just to keep warm, I explain I have raw vegetables need to cook he took it back and add more fire but only saw 2 bubbles on my 30 minutes dinner.Other franchise store you can see the food cook in front of you.

The chopsticks were wooden and the spoon was a flimsy plastic one which I didn’t expect for boiling soup restaurant. Also rice is served in a paper cup. Felt like I was paying for a fancy restaurant but eating at a McDonald’s. The food in the pot also came out lukewarm too because they just wanted to get food out as fast as possible to move on to the next customer.

Just the right portions of Hot Pot, their Lamb Pot is very flavorful and soothing. We also tried the Kimchi Pot and Thai Pot, both were rich in flavor, but Lamb came out on the top. Their default option with Mild spicy levels is really good for kids. Medium spicy was just what I could handle, but the next level was a bit too hot.

A straightforward enough spot for Taiwan style hot pot. The food here is reasonably tasty, and the menu of ingredients is above average. I didnt like how all the food came out precooked. All I could really do was just reheat the food in a simmering pot of broth. The soup flavoring was made with your standard sa cha barbeque sauce. Because all the food arrived precooked, the beef slices were on the dry and overcooked side by the time I got to eat them. The noodle portions are very small. The service here is lackluster but polite. Notice that you can ask for more soup. Mine boiled away and I had to ask for a top up twice. They did not come and offer it to me.

Nice Tasty Pot location. Nice/friendly staff. Opened on the dot for the 11:00am Saturday morning.-Seafood filet broth was more clear compared to the ones weve had at the other location we regular.-Appreciate how the cabbage was cut small and cooked a bit in the pot (our local Tasty Pot just throws it in raw) which is a plus-LOVE how they actually care about your Five Stars rewards and remind you during checkout!-Will def be stopping by as we pass by Dublin often. I went in at 3:30 on a Saturday and was aggressively told by one of the employees that they were closed. The guy just kept yelling “we’re closed. We’re closed” at me until I walked out. Not sure why they were closed since no where do they advertise that they close in the middle of the day. Update your store hours and get nicer staff.

First time going to this location. Brand new, just opened within the past month. They currently have 10% off as part of their grand opening. Great place to get Taiwanese style soup. They have different varieties of soups and it comes out in a metal bowl with a gas burner underneath it to continually cook the soup. They are very generous with the soup and the ingredients in the soup ranging from meats, noodles, and all sorts of vegetables. It is plenty for one person and can even feed 2! You can also specify the level of spiciness of your soup. They also sell boba tea. It does get busy though so be prepared to wait!

This place here has a simple concept; you choose the type of ingredients for your hot pot, the level of spice and choose either rice or vermicelli (instant noodles was extra $1.95). Dont expect any appetizers here, and they have a good selection of drinks (not as extravagant as the common tea places). We had the beef, the lamb and the curry pot and they came out shortly after we order. The food was in a small 8-inch shallow wok type with a food warmer underneath it. As youre eating it continues to boil (dont worry the waiter/waitress will come by and add more soup). Its very hearty and Im sure this place will be packed in the winter time.Theres practically no cooking involved, and if Im paying $12 or $13, I dont think they should be charging an additional $1.95 for a bag of instant noodles where they probably bought at Ranch 99 for under $0.50..

It tastes terrible. The kitchen is run by work-study students, and the cooking is very casual. Its much different from the one in Berkeley. The seafood pot soup actually tastes like water, and all the ingredients in the small pot have their own taste. Its completely different. Fusion, no service either, believe me there are better options in this area.
