Honestly my favorite Chinese restaurant in Concord!!! The chili fried chicken and lamb with cumin are so good that I had to limit myself from eating too much before my family could get to it hahaha. The boiled fish is super soft and has good sourness, very tasty.The staff are very nice and its super clean inside, thankfully with good ventilation so you can sweat out all the spice lololol

Recommended by my lovely companion, it exceeded all expectations with its excellent service, sleek yet welcoming design, and, most importantly, outstanding food quality.If you’re a fan of Sichuan cuisine, this place is a must-visit. From the flavorful boiled fish, lamb, and beef to the perfectly cooked noodles, every dish was a delight. We couldn’t even finish everything—despite our best efforts! As a nod to tradition, they even treated us to complimentary noodles in honor of my father’s birthday, symbolizing longevity.Not to be overlooked are the crispy, non-deep-fried green beans, which were simply out of this world. The warm welcomes and attentive service from the waitstaff were also greatly appreciated.With its simple yet ample seating, including convenient turntables, this restaurant offers both comfort and efficiency.Overall, it has quickly become our new favorite Chinese restaurant!

This place is located in a strip mall. There are lots of free parking spaces available.Lots of food choices on their menu. I ordered their eggplant and orange chicken to go. Orange chicken was good, but the eggplant was bland.Staff were helpful and friendly. The place looked clean and well organized.

We pass by this restaurant almost everyday and been talking about checking it out. Today we finally did and it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s! They welcomed us in with a big kettle of Hot Tea. We ordered a few items like the Mapo Tofu, Chili Beef Stew Noodle Soup, Wontons in Chili oil, and Chili oil sauce Pig Ears. Everything was 👌🏽 and spicy! If you like that numbing spice you have check this place out.

A fresh vibe that neighborhood is needed for so long. Food is tasty as the name and spicy as famous. Brand new floor and interior atmosphere add more flavor to dishes. This place is super for the spicy food lover. All food can be ordered via scan QR code for pick up and delivery option. The nutritoilus soy milk is available. Restroom is well maintained. New Chinese restaurant opened 12/18/23. Ordered take out via their website where it was very easy to place an order. You can pick up or get delivery. Our food was ready in about 25 min maybe even less. My husband lived in China for a bit and said that the flavors are very authentic. For those that are into Chinese American flavors they have items on the menu labeled as such which include items like orange chicken. We had a prawns dish and pot stickers (both pictured). Noodle soup and spicy won tons eaten before the pictures were taken :) Cant wait to come back and try more menu items.

Welcoming to our neighborhood, a Szechuan restaurant from Hayward; Tasty Szechuan. Had a soft opening recently and was able to dine in during the extremely busy Christmas Day. Scott the owner is still all smiles and caring to all the customers walking in. He is a native of Concord and is back in town to share his restaurants flavors. Food is pure and clean tasting. A must to try and be part of your place to eat good food and great company. Scott will greet you with a smile and will love to share insights and good vibes.

Tasty Szechuan is THE best and the most authentic Szechuan food I have had near walnut creak and concord areas. I am from Chengdu Sichuan, and I have to say that every single bit tastes like HOME! And if you wanna experience REAL Sichuan/Szechuan dishes, this should be your go-to-place! On top of that, the service is phenomenal and the restaurant looks very pretty and clean inside.

The customer service was warm, friendly and helpful. I had the spicy shrimp and cucumber salad with streamed rice. Everything was delicious down to the rice which was of excellent quality. The portions were generous. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope they stay and succeed. I give them a 9.5 and can’t wait to try another dish.

We had a great meal, met the owner who was very gracious. We had the Salt and Pepper fish and it melted in your mouth. The soup dumplings are one of the best, made the same day. The servers are very friendly. Place has only been open for a month and the place seems always full. Its worth just trying, you dont have to have the peppers with you Dinner. The Chef is from China and also is the co-owner so he wont just move.

Tasty Szechuan is clean and welcoming. We ordered Mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken and honey walnut prawns. The honey walnut prawns were crispy and delicious. Mongolian beef was sliced thin and was very tasty. Kung Pao was good. Fried rice was brown and flavorful. The staff was very friendly.

Yep, best new Chinese restaurant in Concord for sure. Opened just a couple months ago, they run a tight ship already. Food comes out fast, is delicious, portions generous and prices great. Staff is friendly, check up on you frequently, and thank you for coming. Glad I tried it out and already ready to come back again! We ordered an appetizer and two dishes that were supposed to be hot & spicy.Very, very mild.. there were specs of red chili peppers but definitely not hot & spicy.I think youd need to order in Mandarin for authentic hot & spicy.Otherwise.. its Americanized hot & spicy.The dishes tasted fine... just not as hot & spicy as Id prefer.

This place is the real deal. Its litterally an Asian-American Fusion Mom & Pop local gem! Okay, its essentially a standard Americanized Chinese menu but, the quality is detectable in every bite. The food is some of the best Ive had. Ate here recently with a few others, and all the food was SO good. With Schezuan be prepared for spice, although they do have a Chinese American food section that has more mild & familiar dishes i.e. Honey Walnut Prawns, Orange Chicken, General Tsos, etc.I also think they use English names for a lot of dishes on the menu that I was actually unfamiliar with, because I know them more by their Chinese names. Its good for people that might not know a dish though.We had a hard time choosing what to get because there was so much we wanted to try. I cant wait to go back with a more adventurous eater, because no one else in my party wanted to try the Gluttonous Bullfrogs or the Deep Fried Pork Intestines with me.Food:To start, they gave us a complimentary pot of tea. This lasted the 4 of us the whole meal.We started with the Green Onion Pancakes, which had some delicious seasoned meat on the side, the Eggplant String Beans, and the Vegetable Spring Rolls which were all enjoyed. The Griddle Cauliflower was cool because they brought it out in a hot pot. Be aware, this dish has pork; we thought it was just going to be cauliflower.Their Fresh Meat Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) were very good, and the Fried Rice Noodles (Chow Fun) were nice as well. Lastly we got the Cilantro Beef and Chili Fried Chicken; they were the most spicy dishes but even the person with us who cant handle spice said they were good although she couldnt eat much.Service and Ambiance:The servers were very kind, attentive, and the owners even came out and gave us a Chinese New Year gift. You can order yourself from the online menu and its attached to your table. The cart is shared as well.They also have printed menus and will come take your order if you prefer.The seats are very comfortable which is important for me with back and tailbone issues.The place is a bit small, but there was enough space between tables.

We drove by Treat blvd everyday and found this newly open restaurant and decided to give it a try today. The entire environment is very cozy and clean and the restaurant owner is extremely friendly. We ordered some Szechuan traditional dishes such as 麻婆豆腐, 紅油抄手，成都涼麵，水煮魚。they are all very delicious and authentic. Even the hot tea and peanuts served upfront are very tasty. I would definitely come again.

First impression: clean, welcoming place with a pleasant smell in the air. Decor, furniture, menu…. Everything is a pleasure for the sore eyes. Customer service was top tier! So I’m giving them 2 start for now because the food is delicious, no doubt! But the service is horrible. The owner sadly lacks communication with his staff. I ordered through Uber eats. First time delivery no issues. This time I figured picking it up would be faster. Boy was I wrong! When my app said it was ready and I arrived which had been 45 min. They had multiple furious customers some who even canceled their order after waiting more than 1 hour in a half to get their order.When I spoke up asking if someone could help me. The lady would say one thing and the owner another. They had nothing but a confusion, couldn’t locate orders and it was quite a mess. I hate to give them a bad review but I would be more than happy to change it if they improve in their service quality. They need to organize or I know I won’t be the only bad review. Again the food is great quality but service lacks and need improvement.

We called to order dinner takeout on Lunar new Year day. The lady told us it would take 45 minutes which we agreed to. Places the order and my 18 year old got to the restaurant to pickup 45-50 minutes later. While there were only a few people seated in the restaurant their takeout system seemed swamped. They stood around patiently for 45 minutes when i called my daughter and asked her to ask about our order. When she asked the guy there he made some snide comment about how it was lunar new year and “you wouldn’t understand”!! He then charged her for the wrong order only realizing it after the transaction completed. Looking at the CC transactions this seems to have been done TWICE! Anyway, they finally got the order and paid for it 2 hours after I placed the order!!!!I can understand being swamped…one would expect them to manage it better (stop taking order, setting better expectations) but the attitude is unforgivable.On a pleasant note, there seems to have been some young girl who was bringing out the takeout orders who seemed very cheerful and happy to be able to help customers.Now to the food:1) the kung pao chicken was outright HORRIBLE! I have not had such horrible Chinese in over 2 decades. The chicken seemed like some mystery meat and the sauce was a sweet & savory mishmash!2) the fried tofu with vegetables was OK though a bit heavy on soy sauce3) the shrimp fried rice was literally some rice doused in soy sauce with a few shrimps. No veggies or eggs. Horrible!4) the beef with broccoli was fairly decent with decent quality of beef.5) the star was the boiled fish in sprouts and chili oil. Very good and large portion.Don’t know if they were just having a really bad day and whether we ordered the wrong dishes, so I am tempted to give them another try, but the man’s attitude make me reconsider.I will probably stick to “Sichuan Restaurant” on Camino Ramon in San Ramon.

It was an amazing experience thanks to the staffs kindness, attentiveness and delicious food. I ordered takeout last night and tried their soup and potstickers. Wow how refreshing a clean and bright restaurant with very nice staff and Wonderfully fresh and tasty food. Very authentic tasting.. So nice to see in our neighborhood. Had the Cumin Lamb, same as Toothpick Lamb and garlic green beans amazing. Free hot tea and peanuts while I waited for food to arrive which wasnt long . Lots of parking, great location.. 2 clean bathrooms, very nice decore. Looks like everything new.

FRESH Wonton soup! The soup is full of flavor, veggies, and FRESH wontons! The spring rolls were crisp and flavorful! You can tell they use quality ingredients! I have been looking for good Chinese food on Clayton road and I think it has finally arrived!!! I am looking forward to trying their expanded American and traditional menus!
