2023-10-29 21:48:13Tasty zone is a yummy spicy Chinese restaurant. Newly renovated dive covid it has a fun vibe. Its not a big restaurant so if you are coming at lunch or dinner hours there may be a wait. There is plenty of parking and well located in the shopping center at the corner. The service is good. Nothing over the top but friendly and efficient. The food is yummy and spicy. It is served hot and fresh. The menu is large with a huge variety to choose from spicy, ma la and not spicy. I recommend getting the yogurt if getting spicy if you are not used to it.

2023-10-26 23:01:25I wanted to order the dry pot but it wasn’t vegetarian. The waiter offered to change the meat into veggies with fried tofu. IT WAS SUPER GOOD and it is big! I’d definitely come back again for the dry pot.Eggplant w/ garlic sauce was good too!

2023-03-26 00:46:23This restaurant is very disappointing, both in terms of price and hygiene. I came to eat here based on recommendations from others, who said it was authentic Sichuan cuisine. However, after eating a dish of fish-flavored shredded pork there, I had diarrhea when I got home. At first, my husband thought it might not be the restaurants food that caused the diarrhea, so we had leftovers from there for another meal the next day. However, I got diarrhea again, which shows that their hygiene is a big problem. In addition, their menu prices are astonishingly high. The decor is not very upscale and the restaurant just gives an ordinary home-cooked meal vibe, so I dont think the customers should pay for any high-class decor. Their spicy cold chicken costs $19, and sliced beef and ox tongue in chili sauce (which is called Husband & Wife in their menu) costs $15, which is far more expensive than other Chinese restaurants cold dishes. I will not go there again.

2017-06-12 06:36:05First off I almost left before ordering due to the state of the restruant. Small not very clean my shoes even stuck a bit to the floor and the menus just felt well grimy. But I was convinced to stay by a hungry friend. So we got spicy noodles, spicy pork, and beef fried rice. The spicy pork (not all that spicy) & beef fried rice were good, meat was tender and they had a good taste. The spicy noodles well maybe they were just not for us, as they had a very strong metallic taste so we did not eat them. Over all two dishes where good one not so much, and sadly it was not very clean 😒

2018-02-28 07:52:59Place was full when we reached so we had a good feeling about it.Good place to get hot food on a cold night.Ordered the spicy double boiled pork noodles and hand tossed dumplings in chilli oil.Servings were generous and the food was good.Service was prompt and did not have to wait long for our orders.

2018-11-10 04:59:48Had the spicy cabbage, frog, and shrimp fried rice. The fried rice was just ok, but the other two dishes were great. The frog had a great texture and didnt taste fishy with a good numbing spice profile. The cabbage was actually my favorite. The staff was nice. Order a Beijing yogurt. Its just a sweet yogurt, but can offset the spice.

2016-09-29 00:00:56Really good Sichuan food. Superbly tongue and mouth numbing dishes that for some reason make you want to eat more. The boiled beef dish was extremely salty when I went, but the lamb on a stick was perfect. The rice cakes are soft, nice and tasty. Rice is $1. I highly recommend you get rice lol, youll need it. The Beijing yogurt ($3) is like a mild drinkable yogurt, and if you need to cool down it helps.

2021-10-02 06:40:57We ordered three dishes: spicy sour pan fried potato, deep fried tofu with spicy sauce, spicy dry pot for to go and waited for 20 minutes. The food is not bad and price is reasonable, though sometimes the food can be too salty.
