This little sandwich shop was so good that I forgot to take a picture for the review. Everything is cooked and served fresh - I got the meatball sandwich and it was amazing. Can’t forget the chips and drink to make it a combo. Will be back to try the noodles, I’m told they’re more filling. Little pricey but not too much to break the bank.

I came here on a Saturday lunch and picked up my banh mi super quickly! Great experience.Good:- The Tbread special is super tasty - huge portion sizes and pretty cheap for the amount of food you get- Super friendly staffBad:- I wont say its the best banh mi Ive ever had, but it is in the top for how good it was. Pretty casual and small place.Overall I really enjoyed coming here and how quick the pickup was and the quality of the food.

Love this place. Excellent bahn mi sandwiches, fully loaded with meat and fresh pickles, baguettes toasted to perfection, friendly staff, fast service. Atmosphere is as good as it can be given the limited size.

Delicious sandwiches 🥪. I loved pork rolls and spicy grilled bread so so much, they did such a good job on those sandwiches. The Taste is amazing. Overall, Tbread is my favorite in my area ☺️☺️☺️.They open at 9:00 AM so early for those who works in the morning shift. It’s so convenient 🤩🤩🤩

Randomly driving around because got cabin fever. Thought they were a bakery but were pleasantly surprised to find theyre a banh mi restaurant.I ordered the #1, the special, while my wife ordered the #3, the grilled pork. In both sandwiches, the bread was great! Wonderful mouth feel, delicious, with a supple crust. The ingredients were also delicious and my sandwich had a light sweetness to it. The #3 was more savory.If Im in the area, Id drop by again.

It does not open at 9 am…I work at 10 so I arrived at the business at 9 to get some foods. But by 9:30am and it’s still not open. Frustrated cause now I have to go to work.

Guy working went out and fed a duck some lettuce while I was waiting on an eggroll so thats 5 stars right there. Duck was PUMPED. That the bahn mi and eggroll were some of the best Ive ever had is really just icing.

Fantastic teriyaki chicken. Very generous serving of succulent, juicy chicken. So much, I might skip dinner. Great ratio of veggies. Might ask for mayo next time. And of course, their bread is to die for.Friendly service too.

They do not open when they say they do. This is the second time that we have tried to go at 9 am (their supposed opening time). It’s been 15 minutes and no sign of opening and no one picking up the phone. I’m sure staffing is an issue, but I don’t think that justifies putting up false hours.

Took advantage of their Buy 4 Sandwiches Get 1 for FREE promo. Vegetarians, they have a Mushroom Avocado Banh Mi! Waited about half an hour for the sandwiches from when I ordered. Recommend calling ahead for large orders. This is a new small business and only two workers at the time, so I understand the wait. Sandwiches were pretty big. Love the slight sweetness in the picked veggies. Bread was fresh: crunchy outside, soft inside. They also offer pastries but I already got 5 sandwiches 😁 Next time.

Got the TBread Special. Great. Good balance of flavors and textures; none of the flavors overpower the others. I like this banh mi better than Lees; the bread is slightly softer than other banh mi Ive had, but its still firm enough to feel right and holds up to the ingredients. I will definitely be back to this place.

I usually have the grilled pork banh mi. Its delicious, especially the bread (so crispy and fresh) and the pickled vegetables. Ive also enjoyed the shrimp and pork spring rolls. m happy to support a local business.

I was excited about coming here last week and trying their banh mi as the pictures looked good and the reviews seemed to be good as well. There are a few things that are causing me to rate this so lowly.1. There was someone walking around on the phone with no mask on talking on the phone while orders were being prepared, including mine. There is a sign at the entrance saying that masks are required to come in.2. Had ordered the TBread special and the Lemongrass chicken (#2) and had issues with both. The TBread was dry and the pork floss didnt help at all. The picked veggies (applies to both) tasted watered down and not flavor enough. The lemongrass chicken barely tasted like lemongrass and was generally bland.3. For $8+ a sandwich, they seemed overpriced and not worth the cost. Yes the size of the sandwiches were on the larger size but dont feel that for the lack of flavor with no major standouts to the sandwiches, its just not worth it.4. When I placed my order, I had also ordered an iced coffee but I guess they didnt hear me. Im fine with that if I they didnt charge me, which they didnt but what I do have an issue with is how the person said it. It was a very accusatory tone as if Im trying to pull a fast one of them or something. I left a 15% tip for take out, why would I trying and cheat my way out of a $4 drink???

Solid sandwich. Bread is nice and crispy. The pork is some sort of manufactured meat however, not freshly cooked Vietnamese BBQ pork that I am used to. For the price I am a bit disappointed. Too bad I bought two :(

Had a great Bahn Mi style sandwich (Grilled Chicken and Avocado) and it was really tasty! Simple menu. If you want a great sandwich you have found the right place! Best to order ahead, it takes about 15 minutes to prepare but all good things are worth the wait.

The bread is excellent. Crunchy and fresh. I liked the spicy lemongrass chicken. The avocado and mushroom sandwich is also delicious. The grilled pork was okay but I think other places have a better grilled meat.

Price point for the food is very good, the banh mis are pretty large! Went on a Saturday for pick up and ordered there - there was about a 15-20 wait with how busy they were, but it was worth it! I believe they own the tea shop next door as well, and if you want tea buy it before your sandwich because theyll give you a discount if you provide your receipt!

Sandwiches have fresh ingredients. Pork is free of fat and tasty. Pickle is not traditional cucumber pickle but pickled radish with lots of flavor. Bread not too hard. Fantastic.

A Vietnamese sandwich shop opened up next to my work in Mountain View, called TBread @TBread.Store. So close that I can walk there during my break or lunch and it only takes less than five minutes. They offered a coupon for a free sandwich and I finally able to cash it in. First bite in, I notice how the baguette bread soft but yet crunchy. Thats always a good sign of a properly baked baguette, where the bites will cause the outer layer of the bread will crumble. It had a hint of sweetie to it, which I liked become it was difficult from other Vietnamese sandwich spots. It reminded me of the Creamy French bread with custard from Anderson bakery. They were not stingy with the protein and veggies, the sandwich was stacked. The sanitize was huge, also as big as my forearm. I got the grilled pork and it was perfectly seasoned and well flavored. The pickled veggies were very authentic, as if I was still eating the same sandwich I had as a kid in Vietnam. They also have crossiants and other pastries. If you purchase something from TeaZone next door, they will offer you 20% off your bill. I really like the sandwich cart they had in front, it made the restaurant really feel authentic. They also have great decorations for a small, simple shop. I cant wait to go back to try the T Bread special. 🥪🥖 @TBread.Store

Tried this banh mi shop and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality, fresh ingredients. I got the chicken avocado, which was super tasty, along with a couple of the pork rolls - also delicious. This banh mi place is way better than others around here (the other places in Mountain View and Los Altos have an excessive bread to ingredients ratio). I cant imagine anyone not liking the food quality.Order was packed in an expensive paper bag. Looks and feels good, but not necessary. Just focus on the food quality, and use regular bags.The other dig at this place is with the name, T-bread. I had no clue this place had banh mi, sounds like a bakery shop. Store paid premium to be on super busy El Camino Real, but hungry customers pass by every day because they dont know what they sell.Definitely coming back, and would highly recommend.

Ordered from this place as I was looking for another place for Vietnamese sandwiches. I’ve been to Lee’s, places in Little Saigon and places in Milpitas. Wanted a place closer the Peninsula.This place offers Vietnamese sandwiches and spring rolls only. Great “fast food” option. The bread was fresh and crispy. The grilled pork was moist and substantial with good flavoring. Not dry and paper thin like other places. Lots of veggie. Also ordered the meatball sandwich. The meatball flavor was just a little off and I would have liked a little more meat. The TBread sandwich is a little different with egg, but tasty. Shrimp spring rolls also very fresh.I ordered online and can customize my sandwiches by picking what veggies I want or on the side. Prices comparable with other bahn mi placesThe order was ready as stated. I thought the packaging was over the top. My recommendation is use less packaging and scale down the fancy bag so you can stay in business longer. Try to use less plastics.I would say this place is between 4 to 4 1/2 stars. Definitely going back. Oh, there’s a boba tea place right next to it. Super convenient!
