TEAZENTEA in Brentwood

Came just after opening for a meetup with some friends. Was confused at first as the outside hours said 11 but the Google page and their sign said open so I tried the door and they were, in fact, open. The employees were super nice, I ordered from the kiosk and chose a honeydew smoothie with aloe. Sat and waited for friends and my drink. Drink was ready fairly quickly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of early morning, rainy day, bubble tea shop before friends arrived. The chalk wall was a nice touch and the Ponyo and Anya were a nice addition to it. A friend brought their one year old who enjoyed greeting everyone who walked in. Everyone was very nice about it. A friend ordered a waffle which they didnt enjoy and split it with my other friend. I wish there were other snack options, but whatever. Ill definitely be back for more honeydew drinks.

Great boba but super high prices. Lovely atmosphere in the store with really nice Christmas decorations! Very friendly staff too. However, I ordered by myself at the kiosk and it wanted me to give a tip. To who??

Good customer service and drinks were super good and the bangtan 10th anniversary drinks were so good and decorations my daughter loved it!!

Loved this place and the vibe. The Halloween decor was cute and spooky and decorations were good. Not too crowded for a Sunday noon. There were two screens were we can order for the drink/ food & then wait for them to call your name.Ordered a Crème Brûlée (25% sugar, less ice, honey boba and coffee jelly) and Mango summer (0% sugar, less ice, mango jelly). Crème brûlée was yummy, but even the 25% sugar was too sweet for me. There was quite a good amount of crème brûlée in the bottom of the drink.The mango summer was ok. We ordered a 0% sugar drink so it was just like a flavored water. It had a big slice of orange. Though we ordered less ice, the drink had a lot of ice & I think they left out the ice part in the order.

First time at this tea place and I tried the green tea matcha strawberry cow and pandan waffle. The drink was pretty and delicious! The pandan was fluffy and warm! I will go back and try more of their drinks!

Latest update: 5/2022- ordered coconut waffle and mango bobas. As usual amazing bobas and delish waffles. Highly recommend these waffles, please see the pics.Ordered taro smoothie and mango smoothie from here via Uber eats. Loved the smoothies. Definitely recommend.

They can sometimes play the music uncomfortably loud inside. Usually order in the mobile app and go in to pick up the awesome teas.

Good selection for a boba place. Creme bruleé had an unknown PB-flavored powder in friends drink but my oolong boba milk tea was satisfactory! Would come catch up with friends here again, but wouldnt get it take out.I do have to say, the seating areas (especially couches) arent very clean. Felt a little gross after, but that doesnt diminish the enjoyable conversation. Just something for the business to perhaps take note of...

Great tea shop. Staff was friendly and they have good quality drinks. They were well set up for social distancing. I felt safe.My only feedback is the main menu is very hard to understand. They have odd categories of drinks and the menu is hard to follow.

Had the Dalgona coffee drink with Boba. Nothing special, tasted like ordinary coffee and the boba pearl was too sweet.
