We have ordered lunch multiple times for business lunches and wanted something Kosher for some of our attendees. This place has consistently delivered really good food and good portions. Everything we have ordered and tried has been excellent. They have multiple locations Ive only tried this spot. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

If its not obvious by the photos, Tel Aviv is quality matched with authenticity. Getting a plate full of flavor was a tidbit on The pricey side, however even if this meal cost an arm or a leg, I would happily give up my other limb for seconds. Delicious, amazing service, friendly staff, and above all, kosher!Ill be returning here anytime my family or friends come to visit!

Bland, expensive food. I ordered the Sabich which was easily the worst sabich Ive ever had, zero seasoning or flavor. The hardboiled eggs were so overcooked that the yolks were gray. Plus there was close to no eggplant in the sandwich (I got a lil on the side tho). The laffa bread and fries were good. The atmosphere is crowded, loud and hectic. But the service was fast, and the guys there seemed nice. So my advice is...Dont get the sabich! Youd probably be better off with something else.

I would definitely come here again. The plate portions are quite large. Ill probably have leftovers for tomorrows dinner and a snack. The staff were courteous and helpful. Awesome hummus, second best falafel Ive ever had, the fries were my favorite home-cooked kind of soft on the inside, and all of the veggies were very fresh. The eggplant was just a touch too oily, but very close to perfect. This is the place Ill go to for shawarma. Thanks for the awesome meal... or three!

Best shawarma wrap (Laffa as we call it back home :) in the valley. If youre looking for a good clean place with awesome full-flavored Mediterranean style food look no further, this is your place. Not the cheapest but definitely a place Im keeping coming back to everytime Im around. As you most probably understand by now, Shawarma in Laffa is my favorite dish over here and the guys will be happy to customize your Laffa to whatever discerning needs your pallet request. If youre a spicy food lover, ask for their spicy sauce, so hot itll make you burn all the calories youve just consumed running home :) Love this place!

Awesome middle Eastern food. Israeli clientele but friendly to all. Large portions. Edit: was there again today and realized again how much I love this place. Got a plate and shared it - we were both beyond satisfied (1$ extra for each pita beyond the one included. Dont appreciate that part so much). Huge full plate. Everything thing fresh and self made. If you like middle eastern food this is definitely one of the places to check out.

The first time i went, this place blew my mind. Everything was so tasty and fresh and the staff could not have been friendlier. The portions were huge. I went 3 nights later and it was a bit different: much smaller portions, not as friendly a staff. I would give 5 stars but i thought it was a bit strange because the discrepancy between the 2 nights was large. I almost felt it was because I did not leave a tip on food to go? Also recommend the chicken breast over the chicken thigh.

If you are looking for a dinner with the family I would Highly recommend this place! They have the best hummus and their falafel is also really good. I ordered the chicken shawarma which is my favorite and highly recommend. This place is friendly and very clean. They have so many options for dinner, its great!! Tel Aviv is one of my favorite Israeli fast food restaurants in Los Angeles. The customer service is always fantastic and the employees are friendly and respectful. Just had takeout from Tel Aviv Kosher Grill in Valley Village and loved it. The place has a very fresh, alive vibe. We had two chicken shwarma plates and one beef kabob plate. The chicken and beef were really moist and tasty, and the pita bread they served us was fresh out of the oven. The staff couldnt have been friendlier or more generous with the portions. Will definitely head back soon.

I apologize in advance, and I will retract this review, if the falafel shawarma truck located outside the restaurant is not affiliated with the restaurant.The kosher falafel shawarma truck on Burbank boulevard outside this restaurant is mezzo at best.The price was right, which was nice. And they added a lot of condiments like red sauce and tahini sauce & napkins.And the falafel sandwich on a pita was delicious! Perfect Israeli style with cucumbers and tomatoes with delicious falafel balls and great sauce! Delicious.The chicken shawarma pita sandwich, however, was vile. The chicken was old and, despite good seasoning, the old age of the grilled chicken was impossible to hide. The cut of the chicken itself was also suspect. Spat out of mouth & instantly trashed it.

In the top shawarma places in the country in terms of quality of meat and the amount of food you get. I got the chicken shawarma plate fo $18 (yes thats a bit pricey) but there was so much food. The quality of chicken was top notch. You wont find this good quality of shawarma meat in many places. The seasoning of the meat want too much to my liking but that doesnt mean it wasnt good. Enjoyed the meal! Would recommend.

Absolutely love this spot. It’s a small spot, but always clean and bright. Their falafels rival that of Amir’s off of Ventura blvd and they serve fries, eggplants, peppers, and pickles on the side (whatever you want!). The price for a pita sandwich may seem high at first, but they give you your money’s worth.

Really amazing, fairly priced. A real treat. They have literaly mounds of yummy sides to thier protiens. They give you as many fries and falafel balls with thier plates as you want. A fun Israeli fast paced environment. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the rather cramped uncomfortable seating. Other then that, this place should be on your restaurant bucket list. Try the shwarma.

Tel Aviv is delicious. I went with a few others to grab some food for take out. We had a couple chicken schwarmas on laffas (a nice warm, doughy, bready wrap), and a chicken schwarma on a baguette. Both were very tasty. The hummus and all the different “salad” toppings were delicious. The portions we’re also very large! The fries were decent, nothing incredible. I highly recommend Tel Aviv. The service is great, friendly, and quick, and the food is amazing with huge portions!

Monday, 22 May 2017: Shalom lic ku lam. Last Thursday, 18 May, I went for the first time to the Israeli fast food restaurant {ha mis ha dah Israeli} in Burbank / Valley Village area. I called before arriving and a man name Paul answer the phone in thick Israel accent.I am Not from Israel and I am not even Jewish, but I Love Israel and the language in my heart and I speak basic Ivrit. So since I had eaten at two other all Israeli restaurants which are my two favorites, but I did not want to pay a high price, so I was looking for fast food, but much cleaner and without any bugs or flies like the fast food Israel restaurant that I ate at a year ago located on Melrose.The food at the Melrose restaurant was Eizee bassa or Al Hapanim, but I was really impressed with Tel Aviv fast food and I love the fact that Paul and all of them are real Jews who speak Hebrew (Ivrit).After all that is why I was there to eat Israeli food and talk in Hebrew and Not English. The food was very good, the three men were very nice to all of the customers. I stood out like a swollen thumb in that I was the only African Black American man there speaking in Ivrit with them as everyone else was Israeli and so were the customers. I liked it so much that I returned later at night to eat again. The only negative thing I can say is that they do Not have a restroom (Ain She roo tem). But at least they had a sink with soap to wash hands. I will go back and eat there again when I want to eat some Ohel mahir Israeli.Elohim Yeverech Israel.
