Ten Gu Ramen in Bakersfield

First time here. The food was delicious!! It came out pretty quickly as well. Our server wasnt the best, she didnt really check in on us. Other than that everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

Beat ramen in town absolutely no comparison. Servers are friendly and on point. I swear there is passion in that food. Chasu Ramen is a must have.

Went in on a slow night ordered the fried chicken and everything was surprisingly good, ramen wasnt too salty. The oil fresh on the fried chicken. The Chicken ramen did have a few small bits of cartilage but I actually finished the broth and I would come again.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve never had a disappointing meal.The ramen is always flavorful, but if you want a little something extra, you can add some soy sauce, sesame seeds, chili oil or chili powder, each of which is available on every table.This time we started with the veggie egg rolls, which came with a nice sweet and sour sauce. Only $5 and it was just enough to tide us over before our bowls arrived.I love the chasu pork bowl with sesame seeds, a bit of soy sauce, and some chili oil. Add an extra egg and it’s magical!If you love ramen, stop by and give Ten Gu Ramen a try. The beer is cold, the soup is hot, and the ambiance is enjoyable - even when it’s packed.

Excellent service with great food. I usually get the spicy pork Ramon with thin noodles but tried the spicy chicken Ramon with thin noodles which I liked better. This is my regular go to place for Ramon as its constantly good.

And this place never disappoints. I just order through DoorDash and the amount of quality is above and beyond compared to the one on coffee. Both are really good but the presentation and delivery from this location on Gosford five stars all the way.

Enjoyed their Tengu Tonkotsu and Seafood Ramen so far. Really tasty soup and appetizers. Worth the money. Small chill ambience. It’s comfort food for these cool days.🍜 Would recommend.👍🏽

Went to Tengu on a Sunday evening. Grabbed an appeti$er and some soup. The broth wad very tasty. I asked for extra broth to go as I had some left over noodles. I was charged an extra 3.50, which is sort of crazy. Only a little extra broth and the soup is already pricey. I didnt notice until I reviewed the check. Overall, the food was good, service was just adequate and the place is rather small. It appears that the establishment caters more to carryout, which is what I normally do. However, I do notice that they serve more in quantity when I dine in. There is a trade off.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I placed an online order for pickup 1hour in advance, and they forgot to put order in. I decided to wait and asked for a drink while I wait. Another 45mins later and I get an extra bill for the soda and they got the order wrong..... No apologies just do you want us to remake it?

The broth used for their Udon was bland and had a strange aftertaste, the Chashu was dry and tasted like cardboard and their noodles are not the best quality. It is slightly cheaper here than other places. Their sides, the Edamame and Curry Rice bowls are both very good.
