2023-08-17 19:05:40Service sucked even though they had a button on the table to ring them. They didn’t clear our dirty dishes from the table and did not offer refills. Food itself is not special.Keep in mind they charge a mandatory gratuity fee for parties 4 and over, which was INSANE because they never really checked on us or provided much service. I love leaving fat tips when I’m treated well by staff, but a small party of 4 that you don’t even check on shouldn’t be charged the 20% fee.

2023-07-01 02:47:07I have been to many many Korean BBQ spots with my girlfriend and of the many I have been to with countless ratings, this lesser known one takes my top 2 pick. This is easily my favorite spot only 2nd to 1st because how close it is to me and her.The lines at nighy arent too bad but the seasonings on the cuts of meat are by the best I have tasted to date without a shadow of a doubt. The best meats I would suggest are the spicy pork belly, spicy pork bulgogi, and the marinated beef bulgogi. They are the miat marinated and it tastes like 5 out of 5 stars. The portions are even better because they are not singy with the meat whatsoever. They give you plenty even if its just a party of 3, something I dont see anywhere else. For its cost, it gives you the most bang for your buck. The robots are cool too because it brings you the meats allowing workers to wait other tables as well and all the workers there are very kind. To date, I dont know any orher BBQ spot that has the portions and savoryness that this one does. 5/5 easily

2023-05-30 13:33:10Lets get something straight. You get what you pay for. The buffet was ok, not great, not mid again. This is a mid low buffet. Let it sink in. When seated, please reject the side dishes youre not going to eat, so no unnecessary food is waisted, and the price for the buffet drops in the future. If youre choosing menu C, ask the waitress for all this before ordering meat. Mix vegetables(ask also for jalapeño and garlic), mix salad with Cho ganjang (black brisket sauce on the salad), black pepper, sesame seed oil (even tho they will give you regular oil), tray for the 3 dipping sauce, and rice paper. I wish the owner had a better attitude, attending arriving customers, but hey, I could understand his frustration when a customer asks for tortillas and waist food. Whats next, tapatio sauce on the menu. All jokes aside, Im here to eat at a low price, not to analyze the owner attitude. Buffet is low staff, so be patient and always try to order everything you can the first time to prevent your feelings from getting hurt. Why I give it 4 start is because in other restaurants with the same price, they have steam, charcoal, or propane for grilling, let alone the grill itself, stainless steel or cast iron. Hopefully, this helps new customers, enjoy.

2023-10-07 02:45:27Im surprised i dont have to drive to downtown LA or go to the OC with all that traffic. This place is really good too. A friend for his birthday really had a great time trying some new than those other places its nice, especially with a vibe of restaurants and K-pop recommended.

2023-11-13 04:32:46The food was great and reasonably priced. The 2 robots were really cool. They get pretty packed, though, so they definitely need them. Service took a bit sometimes, which is understandable at such a popular place. The wait wasnt long at all, however. Had a great time! Would definitely come back!

2023-03-06 17:46:35It was the first time in this restaurant. I have mixed thoughts for a first impression. The restaurant itself is part of Plaza Mexico in Lynnwood, CA. In front of the restaurant is a small parking lot. If unable to find parking in front. There are plenty of options around the Plaza..Inside seems very spacious. A front of the house waiter noticed us as we walked in and sat us down.I was expecting normal buffet. However, found out this restaurants style of buffet is choosing from a priced category. Choose 4 proteins that is uncooked and you the consumer/customer have to cook it at the table in a gas wok at the table.Sometimes the waitress will bring the food, but definitely drinks other times they have this robot that brings the food to the table. Very cool and uniqueThe customer service was patient, approachable and helpful. What first impression thing that I thought was weird as a visiter was I the guest get to be a kitchen cook at my table before enjoying the food.Would I go back? No. I give some credit to the workers. However, No I dont want to be a cook (free employee) before finally getting to enjoy it as a guest.Would I recommend? I only will say visit to form your own opinion.

2023-11-11 23:15:13The overall feel of the place is awesome, the staff are not, please pay attention to your bill! 4 of use went to Korean BBQ after taking some edibles (thc ) 3/4 of us had taken them (are driver being sober) and we were indeed high, the person sober was the one taking take of the bill that night but I guess they weren’t paying attention and are bill ended up being 80$ more then it should have been. These people will take advantage of you when they can, or they see you may be in a “vulnerable state” to do so.

2023-11-28 00:25:06The spacious store ensured minimal odors, smoke, and noise. The servers were all friendly and approached with a smile even amidst their busy schedules. The meats were exceptionally fresh with excellent marbling compared to other all-you-can-eat places. Having tried many AYCE restaurants, it seems that Tenraku is the best so far.

2023-12-08 04:51:43Great atmosphere, great service but the quality of meat is not there. There are some dishes taste beyond my expectations but overall its just OK. Stay away from steak kind of big cuts, just get small or thin cut meat or chicken.
