2023-12-05 22:31:08As a customer, I felt welcomed. They were very helpful in explaining the food items. Everything was fresh from meats to veggies. They have different kinds of soups and ranges of spiciness. Yummy for my tummy! All ages will enjoy! 🥰

2022-12-22 05:09:44Pretty solid Shabu shop with options for AYCE or a la carte. We tend to go with a large combo and share for an extra $12. Tried the Tom yum myself and GF went with the usual miso. Meats were premium angus, short rib and prime rib eye. Each added $1-3 per to the price of the combo and the broths were an extra $2 each. All in all a great meal for a cool night.Love the fact they have condiments and Chile within reach and service was very good on this night.

2022-03-27 05:05:56This is definitely a good place for AYCE Japanese shabu shabu. I would give it 80-85 out of 100. However, here are three things I need to say. Hopefully, the owner of the restaurant will see and can make improvements.1. There were sand in clams! Lots of sand so that we didn’t order any clams after the first round.2. Not sure if the staff misunderstood or the meat was mislabeled in the kitchen? They told us that meat in photo #1 was “premium beef” and in photo #2 was “Wagyu”. That doesn’t make sense at all! Are you serious??3. The calamari tasted okay but it had a thin but extremely strong film on the surface… see the 3rd picture? That was funny…

2023-09-03 23:05:28My go-to shabu place with my friend. Food is always good and filling. Sometimes service is slow. Depends on the time of day. And sometimes the wait is long. Again depends on the time of day.

2023-09-03 18:33:41Ive been to many Shabu Shabu places and this one is very good, but not quite amazing.PROS:+All you can eat for a reasonable price+The meats were very tender and flavorful+The miso broth was rich and delicious+Service was good; additional meats and soda refills were quickCONS:-Bar setup was rather cramped and made it awkward to work with the soup-Limited appetizer menu, would love to have had gyoza at least-Compared to Shabu Shabu places that have a self serve buffet of veggies, spices, sauces, fried foods, and add on meats, this felt limited.

2018-07-25 05:36:21I still love this place. I have been coming here for around a year. Back in February I introduced my sister and niece to this place and they love it too. Now it is July 2018 and we brought my nephew who is a very choosy eater. It took a while but once he decided to try he loved it as well. The thing I love most is that not only is the food great but so is the service.

2019-06-10 09:30:09$28 for regular, $34 for premium, really good price. Food materials are fine for this price. But this time the service was far worse than before. All waiters and waitresses are weirdly turning down the heating power as soon as possible, then ignoring re-ordering or adding soup. In this plaza, I still recommend this all-you-can-eat.

2022-09-22 11:36:32Ive been going to this place since I was a child and have ordered the same things for the past 18 years, I think 18 years, I was a kid so I dont know the exact year I started. The original owners were awesome, a married couple who served us well and made us feel like family. I was sad to hear that they were selling the company. The new owners took over about a decade ago, I think, but luckily they kept the same ponzu recipe. Its my absolute favorite and as I said before its the same order every time I go: AYCE premium beef because its softer and easier to chew compared to the wagyu. Wagyu taste better but I eat about 2lbs of meat and premium beef is just easier to eat. When you order AYCE your options are 4 orders of meat or veggies. One order is roughly 4 ounces of meat, I order 4 plates for 1lb of meat. Then I order another one when they bring it out. Usually I stop at 2lbs because it is a good level of fullness. However I might order another 2 plates if I feel brave. You get 3 options for dipping sauce but I only get the most important one: ponzu. All you can eat: 31$ for regular 38$ for premium items. I get premium.I usually finish everything in an hour or an hour and a half if Im taking with friends which is usually the time limit anyways.1.5 hours. All in all this long story can be summarized into one sentence: as long as they keep that ponzu recipe then ill keep coming back. If youre a meat head like me youll come back too. Also, it gets busy around 7pm to closing so if you have a large group I suggest calling first so they can make room for you.

2023-10-21 19:37:21I am a delivery man, when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff needed to take a picture of the menu and get it to the kitchen, which needed to wait for one hour, isnt the time of the Courier money? If theres no way to make takeout, why open the takeout?

2023-10-09 03:43:29I used to frequent this place. But cant as much as the prices for AYCE went up! I hate to stop coming here but it is the only place that has Tom yum broth.
