Teri Cafe is our go-to lunch place if we were looking for something quick, delicious and affordable. The service is pretty fast, you get your food in less than 10minutes from ordering. The food is good tasting. I always get the katsudon bowl or the chicken teriyaki bowl. I also tried their poke bowl and it was not bad.The price is really affordable and the serving is always plenty.

Every time I order, I always ask for the chicken to be done “well done x3” . I repeat myself an excessive amounts of time because we like the chicken to be nice and crispy and a bit charred. I don’t know how many times I have had to return the food to have it grilled more. And of course the time that I choose not to check the food it’s not correct. Now I have to sit here and pick at the chicken.

Almost did not go in because it was an “order at the register” restaurant. So glad we did! Portion size’s were substantial and beer price outstanding! Very fast and friendly service… with lively atmosphere. Also, very importantly, staff cleans tables immediately.

Ordered: Beef Teri Yakisoba. It had 85% noodles with a few shreds of the veggies advertised. The meat was sparse and dry. The flavor was almost non-existent, except a gunky aftertaste. Maybe I ordered the wrong item, but I have no excitement in trying any other dishes. Ill have to add to this or cook dinner. I cant eat it like this, sorry. Just disappointed.

The hand rolls had too much sauce on them, hard to taste the fish. Tempura is pretty good, light batter, good sauce but could use some grated diakon.The teriyaki dishes are solid if a bit too saucy for my taste.Good rice, nice seating. Id study the menu before you arrive so you dont hold up the line.I wonder how the Ramen is???

This place is a favorite.We have the spicy miso soup teriyaki beef and chicken with shrimp in order of temporary shrimp and gyoza.. My meal came with salad potato salad and miso soup.The service was fast even though it was the middle of lunch. The food was served hot and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive.Theres plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Beer is available by the bottle and glass.They also have all of your favorites sushi, tempura, edamame, ramen 🍜Give this place a try.

We always thoroughly enjoy ourselves when we come here. We usually come for lunch and the specials are really good. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The food is good and fresh. I can highly recommend the Katsu, chicken teriyaki, california roll, tempura shimp and veggies, the miso soup, and the chicken yakisoba. The patio area is nice and clean as well.

This is one of our favorites and weve patronized this spot for the last 7+ years. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. The dinner specials are big enough to share (or not 😉) and if you have kids, the mini bowls are the perfect portion. The Ramen is also excellent. Really, we have not had anything that we did not love.They have also adapted to COVID guidelines and really streamlined their service while keeping safety in mind, which we appreciate!

We’ve been getting Teri’s cafe for YEARS AND YEARS, their food is AMAZING,clean,tasteful and they never mess up our orders! The ONLY thing i wish they would do is DELIVERY through any app for delivery! We would order way more a week then we do, going every few weeks, food for thought! Not their best night. Chicken teriyaki bowl was luke warm. Miso soup was also luke warm. My chicken salad almost forgot its chicken and the portion size was smaller than previous visits. All bummers! Ive always enjoyed their soup, food and ambiance. Its usually a good reasonably priced place to enjoy a good meal. Just not tonight. Got there for lunch at 11:45 expecting to beat the rush, only to find a line out the door. Must be a good place was my first thought. The line moved quickly as two young men at the registers were taking orders promptly and efficiently, with a smile. I took a seat at the countertop and after a short wait received my chashu ramen. The amount of pork would have cost extra at some other places Ive experienced. And the extremely tender chashu shredded itself as I picked it up with my chop sticks. I thought the broth was a little salty, but I use less salt than most. Very flavorful lunch. And the busy servers were cheerful and offered to refill my water. As the saying goes... Ill be back!

Staff is very friendly. The assistant manager was more than helpful when the order was taken down wrong by the cashier. She corrected the order and brought the food out quickly. The only reason I dropped a star is because the potato salad recipe changed. It was really dry this time and tasted different than we remember it. Everything is still amazing. I always order the D2 and am never dissatisfied. The salad dressing is on another level. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

So I’ve noticed if this place isn’t busy, the staff will not come around and ask if you want a refill on your drink, only if the place is busy does the staff actually come around and see if you need anything and how your food is.This obviously isn’t a HUGE deal but make it at least consistent, I know I can get up and ask for a refill at any time. It’s just the point.Food is always killer and never have any complaints on that note.

I felt like experiencing a delicious ramen adventure today for lunch, so I hit up Teri Cafe II in order to satisfy my craving. And what can I say, it hit the spot! I ordered a delicious bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen, which is pork ramen with a broth that is made from boiling the pork bones. The broth was AMAZING. So creamy, savory, and tasty! The slices of pork were absolutely delectable, and the ramen noodles were of the perfect consistency. As any good ramen bowl does, this bowl offered other extras to satisfy different parts of your taste buds, such as the inclusion of sprouts and seaweed, among other ingredients. My final conclusion: If you LOVE ramen like I do, you owe it to yourself to travel to this fine establishment and embark upon a ramen adventure that you will not regret!

First of all, they seem to have way too many people working there just standing around in the counter area. Maybe cut back on the unnecessary employees, and you can give better portions for the price you charge.Ive eaten here in the past, and was really surprised at how small the bowls have become, as far as what is put in them. Add a little more rice, add a couple more vegetables, Im not a toddler. I only weigh 130 pounds, but thats just not enuf food for an adult. You get way more in a bowl at Panda, for several dollars less. The beef is also being overcooked, it was like eating leather. You dont need to heavily sear thin cut beef, theres not enough moisture in it to hold up to that type of cooking.So, to sum it up, look where your costs are going and be a little more generous with the food and less generous with the excess employees, and retrain your cook. Minimum wage is about to go up to $15.50 an hour so, you are probably going to have to do that anyway.Overall, the food is good, but it takes better portions to make it worth it.

If you go here to Eat its a 5 star, the food quality is 5 stars. If you are going to get takeout do yourself a favor and go to the El Camino location. In the past 5 times, me or my family has ordered from here 3 times they have forgotten something. First two times I was told there was nothing they can do but I could drive back and pick up the missing items after driving 15 minutes one way.. This last time I asked to speak with a manager and they gave me 40% off the Item they messed up on. Low key little spot in Oceanside, CA. My husband and I were there to look at a property and stopped here for a late lunch. The menu was substantial, so it took us a little bit to review it and make our selections. When we decided to grab a bite there, we werent thinking sushi, but sushi was available, as well as Poke bowls. Bob chose a tuna Poke bowl and I selected one of the daily sushi roll specials. The Plaza sushi toll was tempura shrimp rolled in rice and topped with bits of tempura soft shell crab and a delicious sauce. The roll was so delicious that we ordered a second one. The tuna Poke bowl was also very delicious. The seafood tasted very fresh and the restaurant was very clean, including the chairs, under the tables and the restrooms. All the staff were very courteous and efficient. Will definitely visit again the next time we are in Oceanside.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. The menu wasnt overly large, however, the fact that you could customize the various cuisine was a big draw. I received a text stating that the order was ready for pickup. I was at the Motel 6 on Plaza Drive ( less than 5 minutes away) and arrived there in the designated area. If you are not too hungry, one of their teriyaki bowls or sushi selections should do the trick. For larger appetites they have full meals that will fill you up! It is NOT full service; you will have to wait in line with the rest of the folks and order your meal BEFORE you or someone in your party grabs a table (table squatting before you receive your number from the cashier is strongly discouraged!). Seating inside is somewhat limited, especially during busy hours, but they do have an outside, dog friendly, heated patio that accommodate several additional tables. Take out is available and if you call ahead it should be ready when you get there.
