2023-12-08 19:52:58I have to share my review about Terri Common Grounds because we had such an amazing experience having our Mission Hills High School Cross Country banquet here. Every single person we worked with was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The facilities are gorgeous and everyone (150 people) in attendance felt the same way. I would not hesitate to contact them to host an event here. The pricing is very reasonable and you will not be disappointed. Not to mention every time you or anyone from the community books with them, it goes right back into the development of the Campus, positively impacting the neuro diverse community for life. Go check them out!

2023-06-30 20:15:15This was my first visit to this campus and I was so impressed and excited about the work they do, the campus they are building and their vision! The coffee shop is beautiful, open concept with indoor and outside seating. There is an event room availible for reservation next to it and an outdoor BBQ. They offer brunch and their food is made fresh and is truly wonderful.

2023-09-18 20:38:54Nice place. Outdoor seating has good views and overhead mist sprays every few minutes when the weather is hot. Cafe has a lot of food options, just nothing exquisite. Prices are just right but a tad high for their sandwiches. Location is special, quite, secluded, private unless its busy for an event. Venue is new and magnificent nestled within a nice backdrop of small mountains. If you love a good espresso dont come here. All the cups are large so youll be drinking 10:1 ratio of milk. Even if you ask for less milk they wont get it right and their coffee beans are super dark, oily & over roasted. Subpar of any other roaster. Its a shame. This place had so much potential.

2023-04-09 04:08:46This place is awesome! Highly recommend visiting! This café is owned by TERI, the same name of a school in Oceanside, CA, where they help students with special needs. Some of the money they make here goes to funding of that school in Oceanside. This café has tons of parking, indoor and outdoor seating, all flat ground, so wheelchair accessible, one wheelchair accessible restroom for any gender, they sell some foods and lots of drinks, and they sell cute merch and art! I bought myself a beautiful green shirt with the TERI logo on it, as well as a blue shirt for my dog (see photos)! The employees are all kind, they have heaters outside, high chairs for babies, free WiFi, and everything you need. This is definitely a great place to bring family, friends, a date, or even to sit and study. The food and drinks we bought were delicious, and they had live music playing outside (not too loud which was awesome)!

2022-06-04 14:06:01What a great hidden gem in north Escondido. This coffee shop and cafe, part of the Teri campus serving those with developmental needs, is a training tool for participants. There is a great assortment of coffees and food. Additionally beer and wine is available and an evening happy hour happens as well. This is a great addition to the community and an organic/zero waste complex from what I understand too. The WiFi is awesome and seating is plenty.

2022-10-15 01:33:52Beautiful location, I accidentally bypassed it at first but finding our way back home was way easier. Lots of open land around, we walked up and there are d plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Friday night and there was even live music on the patio area.Teri had a great variety of food and coffee/non coffee beverage options on the menu as well as standing fridges with a variety of canned and bottle options (everything from freshly squeezed orange juice to even a large selection of beers and wine). Looked like they even had wine by the glass as well. I got my standard Americano, 30 oz was about $3 +/- and it was really good. The kids opted for hot chocolates which they really enjoyed and they were very reasonably priced.I got a few chocolate chip cookies and coffee/brown butter/walnut cookies to bring home. My son got a breakfast bagel to snack on (whats better than breakfast around dinner?) And my daughter got one of her favorites, a jalepeno cheese bagel. She really enjoyed it, said one of the most flavorful, best best bagels she has had.The staff was super friendly and all smiles. It was quite busy for a Friday evening which is good and the staff kept up with the crowd. There is also a cute store where you can purchase some locally made items like jams, jellies and dog treats. Some fun gems, I got a cute homemade ghost magnet. Looks like they also have an event space as well as some fun activities planned.Well be back soon, great place to hang out and just relax. Plus Teri is doing a great job helping out their community and great causes. Thank you TERI, Yelp Elite, and Anne for another awesome night out!

2023-05-31 18:17:09Super cute shop with great food and some delicious food options. The vegetarian breakfast burrito was really good and big enough for me to save half of it for another meal. The staff was very nice and patient when I had a complicated order. Tons of tables and seating and a great place to work on a laptop or talk with friends. Also I love all of the local goods that are available for purchase as well. I plan to go back to purchase a few things as gifts! Definitely recommend. Lots of parking and a beautiful patio space as well. Plus your money is going to a good cause.
