There was a mix up with our party, and they fixed it for us. It was my first time ever and it was amazing. I was from out of state. From California. So, thank you to everyone there that made it fun.

Really hit the spot for me especially being pregnant, needed something that wasnt gonna upset my stomach. Customer Service was great. I ordered the #11 Teriyaki Chicken Benso, and got a lot of food. Was soo good too.

One of my favorite spots for my cravings! Owner is one of the friendliest i’ve ever met. Staff is kind and service is great. Definitely recommend to come over & satisfy your cravings!

The best Sushi EVER! I LOVE sushi, but I really wanted to have time to go to a movie as well, so for date night we went here. Even though its at a food court, the Sushi is AMAZING! The Philadelphia rolls didnt skimp on anything. The rice is decent quality too. Were totally coming back!

I ordered a crunch roll that was very good but it said it had crab meat which to me was false advertising since imi is three letters and they coulda written that or told me when I asked “it has crab meat it?” Still would recommend 🤷🏽‍♀️

The most friendly helpful service. With incredible food options. I have been eating here for 5 years and always make a point to visit when I am in town. The teriyaki bowls and salmon dish are my favorites but I also love the sushi rolls

I love this place! Whenever I come to the mall, this is where I always get my food. They have the best orange chicken and everything is always cooked perfectly. The owner and the rest of the employees are always so nice and have great customer service. Whenever my sister and I go here to eat, the owner always gives us free water bottles which is so nice. Everyone should definitely go here!

This place has been in parkway since I was a teenager so at least 15-20 years. They have always served fresh fish in their sushi and have had wonderful staff. Not the easiest location to go to regularly but great when you have to hit the mall.

I never really like to make bad reviews but today was the worst customer service experience ever! The two ladys in the front were too busy talking and laughing while I was trying to order. I said my order and the lady repeated it wrong and I asked for her to repeat it to me again and she made a face. I corrected her while she kept ignoring me to talk to her coworker. You guys need better employees! The food is great but this place is lacking customer service.

Ordered 1 roll and already made tempura veggies took over 10 minute for the 1 roll but all food was really good. Would make a new policy that employees cant eat in the front, it was off-putting to see an employee eating and filling her plate while waiting for my food.

This is the best food place ever! We have been going here for years and the quality is always top notch! The food is always good and fresh, and the owner and employees are always very nice and attentive. And they have good water! We love Teriyaki House!

I been coming here since 2017 with my four little boys, it’s my boys favorite place, they specially love the ramen noodles and the California rolls, I love everything, and very everything is very delicious, the owner very often surprises me with a free drink, they are also very friendly awesome costumer service 😋👍🫶

I recommend the bento boxes. For about $11 they really come with a lot. Your choice of meat, white rice, 4 pieces of California roll sushi, mixed fried tempura, and miso soup. Definitely recommend if youre coming here.

Convenient friendly courteous, all of these can be said about this location the teriyaki chicken is delightfully delicious and so is sushi so Im told buy my daughter who eats it all the time she loves it I on the other hand like my fish cooked they have salad it can be made up they have specialty dishes you can order theyre all easily gotten dont take forever to get reasonably priced in general just a nice place to sit down and take a few minutes from hectic shopping and relax have a decent meal and just enjoy life

While the food was good in taste, the customer service on the other hand was atrocious. After placing my order and paying I was not given a receipt. They also forgot an item on my order and when confronted they just told me I didnt order it. Then when I asked them to show me my receipt they told me they couldnt find it. Then while eating my food one of the Ladies working at the establishment said she found my reciept. When it was given to me it was in pieces and hastly taped together. So in short I would not expect much in terms of customer service when coming to this establishment.

Ordered terryaki chicken (TERRYAKI HOUSE),orange chicken, combo.And 5 pc crunchy roll.My son and I shared.Both agreed chicken,especially the terryaki chicken was dry and nasty...Only thing we finished is the sushi, which is usually good here.We both wish we wouldve just stuck with the sushi.
