This place is really cool! The staff are super friendly and inviting towards the guest and the food is phenomenal. I like getting the firecracker sushi roll and the soups are very hearty. Everything always tastes super good and the food won’t cost you and arm and leg. Definitely going to be coming here often. Big thumbs up!

Ordered the House Pho and Green Tea Boba. Excellent customer service, served our food quicker than expected and even let me try a sample of the Taro Boba which I highly recommend. Update: 3/25/22 ordered shrimp pho, Taro Boba and dragon roll. Friendly customer service, food came out quickly and was delicious.

Teriyaki House! Being away from the wide array of bay area eateries Im used to, Teriyaki House in Los Banos makes me feel right at home. They serve traditional Chinese food, Sushi, fusion dishes, and Singapore style food. Since opening, I believe the restaurant has had 3 owners, and Ive had the pleasure of knowing all three of them. The food is great, and I believe theyve just added pho, udon, and some other noodle soup choices. I am a big fan of jalapeno beef, and the shrimp & pineapple fried rice. The staff is always courteous, and friendly. I appreciate them very much. Also, the Singapore friend rice is one of my absolute favorites. I order it medium spicy.. If you dont consume pork, ask them to substitute it with extra chicken.

Everything I ordered tasted like it was almost expired. I could barely touch my chicken katsu, California roll or salad. All were just..gross. the chow mein and fried rice were edible, but mushy.

Make sure you check your Trey. 2 out of 3 had food and chemical buildup on the corners of the treys. We admittedly canceled our orders.. Food was good for the 2 bits I took but wouldnt dine in. Who knows what cooking stations look like.

In the past I have gave Teriyaki House favorable reviews. But the last visit was so good. I was given the wrong order. The second order had minimal meat and the red dipping sweet sauce barely covered the bottom cup. Granted they might have been busy earlier. It makes me wonder why it would effect other servings.

The food was edible but not great. The California roll didn’t have any cucumber in it so it was all mushy with no crunch. The fried rice was very bland. The service was nice but I definitely wouldn’t come back here for the food.

Food is good. They messed up on my order I asked for orange chicken didnt check before I left because I had never had a issue when I got how it was sweet and sour I called the older lady answer and was rude saying that was orange chicken and that I was confused on what there food looked like.They are understaffed. But like I mentioned the food is good. The younger gal there thats been there years with the short hair not sure her name but shes great fast and very helpful. I will update when I get her name shes great.

We went in for sushi and it was not the California roll we expected at all! The Salmon was raw ( took off as it was on top of roll) We ate some of it after we took the salmon off and lost our appetite, Also be careful they give you small amount of wasabi and if you ask for more they charge you extra …. Definitely won’t be back there,

This is the worst place I have ever eaten sushi at. My dragon roll was tiny and completely blah tasting. My husbands and kids teriyaki was the same absolutely no flavor as well. It was the smallest servings I’ve ever seen and my friends orange chicken didn’t come with rice. He also said his was horrible. Will never come back and encourage everyone to stay away from here. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write and I’m doing so because I read the other reviews and thought I was going to have at least decent food. Don’t go here!

If this is what passes for Chinese or Japanese food in Los Banos it is very sad for the residents of the town. I ordered Lemon Chicken, not expecting any thing great. And I got what I expected. Two large mounds of pre cooked dried out rice, anemic slices of processed chicken coated in congealed cornstarch sauce that had NO lemon flavor. We ordered Wor wonton soup, it had 4 wontons in it. 4. My friend ordered a Bento box, a 1 item Bento box. I could see the grease sitting on his noodles and all I could smell was salt.

Honestly 2.5. Thats all. Nothing special. Was pretty disappointed when I got teriyaki chicken at TERIYAKI HOUSE and it wasnt even good. Edible yes. Enough to bring me back nah. Chow mein didnt have much flavor, pretty sure instant chow mein tastes better. Ill might go back to try the pho one day but we will see. People seemed to be ordering boba drinks more than the food so maybe thats the hype. Honestly panda is right down. The street and Id rather go there then a local restaurant which for me is pretty hard to say.

Didnt get any utensils or soy sauce with Sushi/Pho takeout. Sushi rice was some of the blandest Ive tasted, and the roll came with an unlisted spicy sauce and mayo sauce. Pho was decent, but the included herbs were brown, wilted, and gross.

My Favorite place to eat in Los Banos. Has some vegetarian + vegan selections. Its a small place but Id imagine you can bring some friends there in off hours when its not busy (provided covid19 restrictions are ever lifted) In the meanwhile Id advise calling ahead if you know the menu. If not Im sure they have a copy of it online. Friendly staff, good price, nice portions.

I love the food here. The house speacial plate comes with everything I want. Although this time I was meet with biggotry. The young girl running the cash drawer I could tell was having an issue with me, and started snickering with one of the cooks as soon as she saw me. Definately NOT lgbt friendly.

Waited 15 minutes for the one person on staff to get me a seat, and eventually get me a drink. They I ordered the house special, string bean chicken, plate. They came back and said they were out of soup that comes with it but they dont substitute or adjust the cost of your meal for one of the items youre supposed to get with your meal. I asked as was basically told go f yourself in the nicest way. ... Food was ok.

The staff were very friendly, but the food left much to be desired. My husband got the chow mein, teriyaki chicken, and vegetable tempura. Everything was very bland and the chicken was so small it couldnt have even been a full piece of chicken. I got the garlic chicken, fried rice and pot stickers. The garlic chicken and pot stickers were very tasty, but much like the chow mein, the fried rice didnt have much flavor and only tasted good after I added a bunch of sauces to it. Over all Im not super impressed with this place. It had great reviews but I was definitely expecting better food.

Where can i start? Well to start Im aperson who needs special foods and preparation and needless to say they offer that and more. The young ladies all three of them always make sure my that my food is always prepared the way i need it. They always go above and beyond to make sure my food is prepared the way my body can tolerate. I love they take the time to make sure Im taken care of even if they have to wait to close. Highly recommend.

Godzilla sushi was gross. Customer service is terrible. The soda is gross. The only good thing was the fried rice and kung pow chicken. We tried to have them take the Godzilla roll back as in not charge us or make us something different but the guy argued and was very rude. Extremely disappointed.

The food is some of the best that you will get in Los Banos, at least for Asian food. The staff is always very very kind and attentive. Sushi is good and reasonably priced as well. The owner is Taiwanese. If youre from the Bay, its nothing special at all, but for Los Banos, its very good.

Probably the only Pho in Los Banos. However, it is quite simple. I will recommend this place to anyone that likes Pho. I would suggest adding some sort of mobile ordering, it would be much easier to place orders and make the payment through the site. The Boba is also great!

Traditional take-out at a low price! Not fancy inside (old, worn appearance that kind of reminds me of the take-out Chinese places on the East Coast), but a sit-down restaurant nonetheless. Got a large amount of veggie stir fry with tofu (or you can get meat) for $6.50. Large bento-style meals for $7.75, and unless you have a huge stomach, this will feed you for more than one meal. :)
