Had a great experience at Teriyaki House! The restaurant is clean, well lit, and a perfect place to stop for a quick lunch. Pricing was very reasonable and staff was friendly. Limited seating available. Combo #2 (teriyaki chicken, sweet & sour pork, rice/veggies/spring roll) was delicious, flavorful, and a large portion for the price.

Friendly staff, great prices. It’s a small building so not a lot of tables. 3 of the four person tables and 5 two person tables. Chicken teriyaki is really good and large portions. Meat is flavorful and tender. Also very quick!

The chicken was extremely salty compared to what it was like when I would eat here.Do they have a different cook? They also soaked the chicken with teriyaki sauce that I had to use napkins to wipe it off. I like the chicken crispy, not soggy!

Always such a good experience at this place! The food is amazing and they are super fast with each order!! I’ve never waited more than 5-7 minutes for my food! They’re great, kind and quick!!This is the combo #2 and I ate a few of the sweet & sours before taking the pic!

This place quickly became a household favorite for our family shortly after we moved to Chico. Not only does the food tast great, but the portion sizing is superb (we always have leftovers) and the price cant be beat! Quality food, and fast service - plus its healthier than many other options available around here. We love Teriyaki House!

Good teriyaki. Prices are about what Id expect. Staff is friendly, service was quick, good was hot. Sweet and sour pork was cooked well. Rice and chicken were good. Spring roll was good.

Inexpensive meals for the amount of food you get . excellent teriyaki chicken, and I love their steamed vegetable bowels their spring rolls are fabulous. If you havent tried this place, give them a chance. I think you would really like it here .

Look Im just honest about what I see and what I want to see. I really do not sugar coat anything. So here it is, I wasnt greeted when I walked in, place could use a cleaning,food was cold, and workers were on there phones by the register. If your so board then maybe you should pick up a broom or a towel and clean the place for your boss!!! Obviously you really could care less about your job or your bosses business . Very disappointed.

Always great food. Cheapest price for a delicious meal.The dining area is pretty small, only 8 or 10 tables, but everyone, staff and customers, are always in a good mood.Most people do take out but its a nice little place to sit and eat if your not looking to lounge or for a quiet place.This is always our go to when we cant agree on somewhere.

This place is not what everyone hyped it up to be. Idk if it was just the timing or whatever. But I ordered 2 #1 combos & a #2 combo. The sweet girl that took my order was friendly. I waited about 7 minutes for the food. Excited to finally have Teriyaki House that my neighbors bragged about. Only to get home & open our plates to dry & burnt chicken & beef. The rice was wet wet, I hate soggy rice. Disappointing! I’ll give it another try just not anytime soon.

I ordered the chicken bowl and it was delicious. It tasted like a dish you could easily make at home. Nothing fancy, but everything was nicely done. Chicken tasted charbroiled, rice was fluffy, and veggies werent too soggy or soft.As a warning to people who eat more than the average person, I would suggest ordering a combination plate or maybe even ordering two bowls because I was not completely satisfied in terms of portions. Maybe thats just me, but it is a suggestion.

Great food, low prices, clean environment. I like to grab a couple of the chicken skewers on busy weeknights to take home and throw into a big salad, or potato soup, or a casserole. I also love then for a quick lunch! Their a great bargain, and delicious! Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Wish they had more of a tea selection, or served boba tea, hence the 4 stars.

Love the grilled chicken they have here! Beef always tastes a little too salty for me, but not bad. Veggies are always cooked perfectly. VERY fast service. Recommended if you want to grab something on a lunch break!

So very upset with the service and my Chicken Teriyaki bowl. I phoned in my order and was told 20min. It took 45mins for my order. Then when I got home and opened my bowl the chicken was burnt n dry. I love Teriyaki House, never had a bad experience there. What the heck. So disappointed.

This is the best teriaki take out in the area and the prices are great. Plain & not fancy if you want to eat in, but the food is what you come for. Phone take out orders are always ready in 10-15 minutes. Good food, good deal.

I used to like this place when they only had one location. Mainly because Im diabetic and order a chicken bowl no rice. Now they said they charge me extra because I wanted NO rice and rice is expensive... What kind of reason is that? Just give me a bowl with no rice and keep everything else the same.

Not too bad except the price went up for the food and it was a little bit too much for what I got tons of rice very little meat very little vegetables and they change the sauce its not teriyaki sauce at all its just honey with a little bit of soy sauce and thats not what I wanted when I pay for it! The quality of service has gone downhill really bad and Im tired of people using covid as an excuse for the poor service!!!

Great food, however, the costumer service was hurtful. I had some time to kill so I ate inside. The server brought me my food with no napkins and never came back to check on me. In addition, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands then she snuck and took my plate even though they came out 7x to get soda and take orders. Ill never eat here again. I was not rude or anything I dont understand why 😓

Great teriyaki food, very reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Small place (only a few tables) but perfect for takeout or a quick lunch. Have been a regular take out customer since finding it a few months ago! Wish they were also open on Sundays.

Food was decent, but waited forever for our to-go order. Order after order was brought out to customers that came in after us. Finally asked where our order was and it had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Good thing we werent in a hurry.

My husband and I have been going to the Teriyaki House since it opened many, many years ago. The family that own this restaurant are wonderful people and they always make sure you get a good product. We were especially happy when we discovered they opened a new location right near our store. It is near the McDonalds on Notre Dame Blvd and I can make a choice to eat something healthy by going to Teriyaki House, rather than get a burger, which is a good thing.
