I was expectin, dry chicken, bland salad and rice, but my god, the chicken was moist, the sauces, not ur typical store bought sauces. The salad well covered with a delicious dressing. I finish the plate. Hail the King!

Food is awesome. Really fresh chicken was really tender, rice perfectly cooked. Ive only lived in Whittier 2 weeks and Ive been here about 6 times already. Helps getting through the covid stay at home.

I saw this place on my way to work and finally decided to give it a try.Their chicken is pretty good, slightly dry but its better than most places.The reason why I came to this place was to try the bibimbap, turns out they had a different type, a healthy bibimbap but I still tried it and to my surprise it was good.Their teriyaki chicken is on spot, the sauce is tangy with a good sweetness to it, their rice is awesome, perfectly steamed and has a nice fluffy texture.The miso soup was prepared to perfection, even after we finished the meal and the soup had cooled it still had a great taste.If youre looking for your basic Korean grill dishes Id definitely recommend this place.

I have tried several of their menu items and liked them. I usually get takeout. The portions are huge. One order of stir fried chicken was enough for my mother and I for lunch for two days.

Came here today for lunch, the bento boxes are a good deal, everything on it from the potstickers to the meat and sushi and to the salad are really good, service was very timely and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. Overall very happy with my dinning experience.

Great Mom and Pop place. The portions are HEFTY! We ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki bowls. They were delicious and didnt skip on the protein, the vegetables were Fresh and crisp.Ryan who works at the counter was Very helpful and kind, his customer service was STELLAR!!

Wow, very impressed with this place. Delicious teriyaki sauce, perfectly charred chicken with no gristle at all. The vegetables were steamed and flavourful, and the rice was perfect. Rice can make or break my experience. Will be coming here again!

We spent $83.00, and the California roll had rotten avocado in it. I tasted one piece and then noticed the rotten avocado. Chicken Katsu was so dry and hard. I normally do not drive back to return food however, it was inedible. When I told the staffer the issue he then spoke with the owner and told me I cannot have a reusing for the sushi because I took a bite of a roll. Such a disappointment because you want to give business to independent restaurants however, the disregard for quality of the food is too much. Never going back. By the way most of food was blah as well.

My wife and I make it a point to get a plate here at least once, every other week traveling 20+ miles. It never disappoints, highly recommend for good teriyaki. Everyone who has manned the front desk has also been very friendly and welcoming.

They do everything right. Food is fresh and clean, price is good. Sauces are above average.Service is quick and friendly. I live a few blocks away, and I come here when I am hungry. Its a great choice.

My first time today. Im sorry I didnt take a picture but I literally couldnt wait to eat it lol. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and boy am I satiated. The portions are big. The food was delicious and had that char taste to it which i absolutely love! They made the food to order so expect to wait a little bit, but good food and fast and fast food aint good. I have come to this place ever since they closed the old one and opened Teriyaki King. I love the food but I had one bad experience with the chicken called back to let them know, to atleast get a replacement and the counter person at the front froceeded to tell me I had ate a certain amount and point out minor things. I get it if the plate is almost gone its ridiculous (which mine wasnt). The food is good just dont complain if you get bad food i guess

Nah. After eating here, I am going elsewhere to get food. I spent ten dollars on six/seven dollars worth of food and I didnt even get a drink. When I brought it up I was brushed off. Im gonna go out of my way to go elsewhere. Too bad cuz there was promise. Salad mix was spring and iceberg. Not bad. Anyways I hope evil at you thats my bad but maybe dont upcharge 75 cents for brown rice it costs the same.

The food was great! The portion is plentiful!I am giving a 3 star because of the boba. The milk tea was delicious but boba balls were in the cup as 3 major clusters. Was not able to drink up through the straw.

Food not so good, tempura rubbery and cali roll had such a tiny amount of avocado for the price, and somewhat bland. The miso had no tofu as pictured, but the young man at the counter was very courteous and patient with all our orders, or I wouldve given it one star.

This place has THE BEST food! I have been coming here for years and it continues to amaze me 🔥 for new comers i would definitely recommend the yakisoba my favorite is the chicken or combo (shrimp, beef, chicken) and they also have vegan options!! Its so fresh and tasty. I literally drive hours in traffic sometimes just to make it here. No other place compares and Ive been to some pretty boujie teriyaki places. Definitely give it a try you will not regret it 💯😍

Ive been here enough times and the food is very plain and overpriced. the asian owner didnt recognize me apparently and when i was waiting for a ride (without buying food) he kicked me out. its december 9th its 830 pm and its around 50° out. and im a young girl. i dont mean to pull that card out but its so rude im too young to even care for reviews but he was so rude. thats no way to treat a customer. he always has new employees they dont even have a dress code or uniform they wear plugs to work and are so unprofessional.

Two stars for the boba. I have been here 2x decided to give it another try with my son because he wanted Ramen and the place he wanted to go to was closed Yummy House Eden Cafe. I should have known better when the menu board spells Ramen as Ramyan - WTH anyway its meh basically packaged noodles and probably not home made broth not even sure the vegetables were fresh - just go for the boba. I also ordered the egg rolls the texture inside was mushy and the flavor was bland the only good thing about them is they killed the heat of the spicy Ramyan I ordered. BTW the first time I went there I had chorro within less than an hour of eating my meal - Probably not going back except for boba

Never fails, if you like fried rice, this is one spot you must try.Generous servings, delicious food, although a bit steep for fried rice, you can easily share an order .Yakisoba is good too, also plenty of food to share.

Unfortunately it wasnt what we remembered. The vegetable tempura wasnt cooked correctly and my Katsu was over cooked. The beef was yummy and rice done well. Salad was sad and had an odd water like dressing.Save you $$ and drive on.

The worst food I had. The curry chicken was not curry chicken. They poured little bit of curry gravy on top of fried crispy chicken. Worst tasted food. Wasted $9 which went to trash.
