I love the ladies that work the drive through. They are always very nice and hospitable. The lady at the drive through had an issue with a door dasher picking up an order twice and she was very concerned about the customer not getting their food and reached out multiple times and unfortunately the customer didnt pick up. But the drive through worker went above and beyond to make sure that the customer was getting their order. Very respectful people, food is always fresh and the conversation is always nice.

The staff was rude and the food wasnt that great. There is 3 doors but only 1 of the doors actually open up. And that one is facing the Cost Less grocery store. U get alot of food. Inside of the restaurant was fair and I got my take out order pretty fast and in less than 5 minutes.

Only one lady at the window is nice. The young ones should all be fired. They clearly hate what they do. They throw your food at you. Slam the window in your face. They can see you trying to ask for something and they will not! Come to the window to check and see what you want, they will walk away so you cant ask for anything.I love the food. Sometimes its burnt a bit more. Sometimes a little dry or fat on the chicken but its very minimal and its not often they burn the chicken too much. Its only happened to me once. Ill take that any day over their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I have not been back. I cant pay those prices for girls who roll their eyes, slam the door and throw things at me just because I wanted napkins....

Ghetto, horrible Chinese food. They use the wrong kind of rice for fried rice. The chicken inside the soggy sweet and sour chicken is horrible. The lady with all the tattoos was super rude when I was ordering for some reason. I couldnt even eat it. Threw it away. Waste of $13 the good reviews are from people who have never had good Chinese food. My bag had sauce all over it.

Food is always so good & fresh. The wait time is a little long but worth it. Customer Service is great, the lady is always friendly. Closing time is different from what goggle has posted and also at restaurants have a couple signs that day 8:30 closing. I went already twice on Sundays and its closed by 730.

Just finished eating here, for my wife’s plate we asked for the chicken well done, we did not receive it well done so we took it back and asked if they can make it well done, the lady in. The front says yes takes it to the back, and proceeds to microwave it, we got the plate back and my wife still couldn’t eat it, we asked why couldn’t they grill the chicken more, and the lady said she couldn’t put the chicken back on the grill, which is fine but at this point she probably should had gave us a new well done chicken like we originally asked. They need work on their customer service.

Ive had both good and NOW A BAD experience here. I just got here at 8:15 and theyre Closed?! WHAT? . . I Cant close my store whenever I feel like it. I have to serve my customers the hours that are Posted.Google says they were Open.But NO!!! Now I have to find something else to eat :-(Very Disappointed 😞😞😞.

I was upset about the prices and how u had to order an entire plate of whatever you wanted. It was ultimately them not having any soap in their restroom that gave me the creeps. Even after telling her but there was no soap in the restroom next to the sign that said employees must wash their hands that she chose to sit down with another co-worker and eat and not refill the soap so I dont know what that tells you but I know what it tells me, I didnt eat much

Omg! Paid over $34 for two dinners and we were so disappointed. The food was so greasy or oily I dont know. Lets just say terrible. Couldnt even get half way through before giving up and throwing them away.Just happy we didnt get sick.

I enjoy eating here. Fried rice with chicken well done. The spring rolls are my favorite. Price is a little high but theres two meals worth per order. Friendly staff, clean facilities.

We just came from there and we waited forever at the drive thru. The food was burnt and the rice was either overdone and mush or some parts were cold and hard. It also seems we got less meat than the Modesto location on Coffee Rd. They even got our orders wrong when we got there I ordered 2 number 25s and 1 order of egg rolls and 1 order of wantons. When we got to the cashier she even forgot what we ordered. Its terrible now she even told me were under new management come back OK! like come on at least stick to the right portions and remember what your customers order. This place is a fraud now ill never come back and ill make sure to tell everyone what happened here at this restaurant under new management.

Havent been there in years but decided to try it out again. Been there twice in two weeks. Very good and healthy alternative to burgers or junk food. The only issue was the soda I got tasted like the machine needed to be cleaned.

I dont like giving bad reviews but you have to be honest as a good guide sooo. This used to be a go to for us when we wanted a light fresh grilled meal. After a few management changes the place was remodeled and the food was still good and service was decent. But after a facebook post from a former employee about health code violations the restaurant was temporarily closed then reopened with a under new management banner. But sad to say we never returned

Drive thru at a complete stop for the 15 minutes I sat there. I had 3 people behind me. But they backed out. Leaving me a quick exit. If the girls at the counter could have stopped talking long enough they MIGHT of actually bagged the order between them. But when your watching food get cold. While employees gossip. The walk in didnt seem like a great idea either. Too many options in the area to pay for cold food.

I only order a chicken bowl if I ever visit here since the place is never busy n seems like product doesn t move much. The fact they charge 4 percent extra if u dont pay w cash is ridiculous. If u have to charge more for non cash paying customers, maybe it s time to close shop. All combo s come w only a small drink. Also the cashier also is making ur food so it takes awhile. Either update ur stores by remodeling or close.

This place is so disgusting! I just went there today got a number #21. I didn’t get my egg roll and the meat was cold, rice looked like it was heated in the oven. The teriyaki sauce didn’t look good. It didn’t even come out of the container. Place is so nasty!

This place really is a joke. You are told one price and when you get to the window and pay they up the price. If you pay cash you get a discount but if you pay with a card you get screwed. How is a little container of rice $4 now? Rice is the cheapest thing to sell! Please beware if you go here due to over priced food and scam you out your money. I will never return again and will advice everyone I know to stay away!

This place is alright. Ordered here for the first time earlier today and their yakitoris were delicious. As for their chowmain and fried rice.. Its ok. Their chicken with teriyaki is a 3.5 to me. If youre looking for good teriyaki food, I recommend this place for a 2nd option if youre in Ceres and wanting some too good teriyaki food. But I normally get my chicken teriyaki from yukaris bento box. Sadly thats located out in Lodi lol. But if there was to be one in ceres it would highly be my 1st recommendation to try out! Service was good though.
