Great prices and delicious food. The ambiance is casual yet comfortable. The service is quick. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki. It’s hot, definitely not mild.You have the option of fee noodles, or vegetables or brown rice.

Chicken on point! (Some people pay more for breast? All about those thighs!)Veggies cooked perfect, little crisp still and fresh.The rice was a little over cooked/soft.Their teriyaki sauce is thick and legit, not like watery sweet soysauce.Siracha is OK, prefer a chili garlic sauce.Clean resturant, good staff on our visit.The large is a lot of food, regular is more than enough.

Service was pretty good no complaints there, food was fast and pretty good. Portion size isnt the most its a small bowl but was a great lunch wasnt alot of bang for the buck. But food was delicious, great service and atmosphere was good as well. Would recommend especially on a calorie count. Only issue rice was sticky not fluffy.

My wife and I ordered the spicy chicken bowl and the chicken breast teriyaki bowl; they were delicious. She ordered the yakisoba noodles instead of the rice and I wish I would have done that because it was the perfect mixture. Her chicken was a bit dry but other than that it was great.

It is only okay. I got steak and made it spicy. The spicy sauce is not spicy. Which of course was a let down. This was to go, so I just could not put more on. So if you like spicy, perhaps eat at the location. Otherwise, skip it.

We arrived just as the store was closing. We asked if they would allow us to still order and eat in the restaurant and they obliged. The food was good and the staff was nice. After a long day it was nice to be able to sit down and eat before heading back to the hotel. Thank you!

Information the cashier I was there to pick up an online order. The female who was making the orders said she was working on it. I waited almost 15min and eventually went back to the counter and asked about my order. She turned and picked it up. It had been sitting there for almost 10+ min. She never bothered to call the name for the order. Usually, service is much better.

Absolutely delicious food here. Seating is a little bit cramped though, so spacing can be an issue depending upon where you end up. Pricing is fair for the menu and you get good portions thst leave you feeling full. Great spot to take friends and family for a good meal.

Ummm where’s the mad teriyaki? this was by far the worst. hurt my throat swallowing the dry, overcooked chicken and we literally got 1 tbsp teriyaki for each bowl. pitched it after a few bites. thank goodness i upgraded and paid more for chicken breast. Bye $30.

Ordered a teriyaki bowl. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered a large bowl. These are very large portions. I barely finished the entire bowl. I could have split this dish for two. Very delicious. 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles with vegetables and teriyaki chicken.

Tasty stuff here! My favorite is the mad spicy orange chicken, and cream cheese “crab” rangoons on the side is a must. They come with this delicious sweet dipping sauce. A perfect combo. Service is great too. It all comes in a bit on the pricier side but it’s worth for me every once in a while for delicious fresh food with good portions. The large bowl is basically a family meal I swear…

Consistently good, healthy food that is well prepared. Have ordered take out many times and never been disappointed. Its quick, balanced and inexpensive. Cant go wrong here. My preference is the chicken katsu. Its tender, juicy and the portion is more than enough. Try it. Youll be glad you did.

First time here.Ordered a bowl with half fried rice, half noodles, veggies, and teriyaki steak.Everything was seasoned well and flavorful. Even the veggies were good. The meat was thinly sliced and had a ton of teriyaki, which I loved.The staff was pleasant. Service was satisfactory and timely. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Eating area was also neat and clean. Didnt wait too long, food was ready in less than 10mins.Overall was a great experience. I will be returning in the future to try the appetizers.

I was not overly impressed with the food. Veggies needed a little more crunch and the sauce on the noodles was very watery. I got the spicy tofu and while the heat level was just right the flavor overall was lacking. Portions could be a little larger as well.Service was great, cheerful staff and manager was engaging in a positive way.

They have 3 different sizes which I appreciated. Have option for more cooked vegetables (medley of cabbage, broccoli, carrots,etc.) instead of white or brown rice. Chicken was moist and plentiful, good sauce. Would lunch here again.

Food here was simple yet excellent. And the portions were huge. The food was so tasty I came back the next day to get a bigger bowl. The second time was even better! Chicken was marinated perfectly, veggies were super fresh and not bland, and the white rice was cooked just right, not too soggy and not too dry. I cant wait to try their salmon teriyaki. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best Asian inspired spicy chicken. I get it mad spicy and its the perfect amount of heat for those of us who love very spicy food... I love that they have flavorful vegetables, it makes it easier to choose a healthy side option. The cream cheese-crab Rangoons are fire too! I always get them with my spicy chicken.

Great food, fun atmosphere. The manager at this (marina dunes) location is incredibly attentive and accomodating. They appreciate your business and it shows. Beware the mad spicy, its one of those that increasingly gets hotter with each bite.

Very expensive for the quality. You get quantity but the chicken is hard as a rock. The teriyaki sauce is basically sugar water with a little bit of salt. The spicy chicken is bland and I honestly cant say its very spicy. They have some new spicy sauce that is supposed to be very spicy but they charge extra for it and it doesnt taste good at all. Steamed veggies are mushy. The noodles are good but thats the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1.

This is for the Marina, CA location.Please for the love of god teach your employees how to cook rice, this is like, comedic that a place that has rice as a main part of their menu cant cook rice. I ordered brown rice with chicken teriyaki and there was literally OVER AN INCH of standing rice water in my bowl. The chicken and veggies were good, so I figured Id try it again several weeks later.This time I got white rice, thinking well brown rice can be a little moody, white rice is easier but my bowl had about half an inch of standing rice water, and the rice was so mushy it had formed into solid lumps where the individual rice grains were indistinguishable, and had the same consistency as mash potatoes. Again, the rest of the food was fine.Like, goodness, teach your people to use a rice cooker, this is NOT complicated. What the heck is even happening over there for this ridiculousness?

The standards at this store are horrendous. Employees just drink and eat in front of customers theyre helping. The kitchen was pretty dirty and the wait time for two plates was over 45 minutes. The food was good earning it a star, and the service got it another star. Everyone was friendly.

Everytime I come in the girl at the register I believe her name was Jaeda, takes my order and is very polite. I had to remember her name because of how good the quality was and how she really takes pride in her job. How ever it is far from healthy. My veggies were smothered in oil and soggy. *See picture. Chicken was so dry to the point of being uneditable by my 5 year old. (Who will eat anything). Such a bland, dry, yet oily meal. I will never be back!

If you like teriyaki, this is the place to go, good customer service, nice atmosphere, fast service and you can have as much teriyaki sauce as you like. Get the chicken instead of the salmon. Havent tried their beef since theyre out of it when I was there.

On February 12th I went in for the 1st time. Clean, easy to quickly understand the menu, full of happy eating customers, the line moved quick, all the good signs a first time customer wants to see. Then, in the food prep area l noticed a female African-American worker pull the bunched up fabric of her tight fitting pants out of her groin. Then with those same ungloved hands she began to handle and cut up chicken while her long dreadlocks were bruching across the cutting board. Ok, Ive had ill fitting clothing that needed adjusting, l understand. But touching your groin then handling food without washing hands or putting on gloves and allowing dreadlocks to swipe over a food prep surface in plain view of eating customers without a care is too much...YUK ! I spoke with the manager, he responded well, i got a quick and easy refund. This aint no open air fishmarket in a 3rd world country where health standards mean nothing. I do not lie, nor embellish the facts.
