We usually order from this place a lot, but our order arrived with a major disappointment. We were looking forward to enjoying garlic chicken with rice, a chicken teriyaki bowl, chicken teriyaki with beef, and cream cheese wontons, accompanied by a refreshing Thai Ice tea. However, our delivery driver, Richard from Door Dash, dropped the Thai tea, spilling it all over our front porch and drenching our food in the process. It was truly disheartening.We couldnt help but wonder why we didnt receive a photo as usual with a Door Dash order. It was clear that Richard didnt take a picture because it would have revealed the accident. This left our meal inedible and left us disheartened.Our bill totaled $65.56, and despite the mishap, we still tipped him $7.50 out of that.This experience has left us feeling quite disappointed with the overall service.

Flavor is ok but ended up feeling like paid WAY too much for a bunch of rice. Also fried rice was just the white rice with more brown sauce thrown on to change color. Will probably be a while before go back and try something different to see if just today something wrong because reviews were really hyping this place up

Great great meals cooked to order. COVID protection for staff and customers is all meals placed in to go containers. You may eat your meal inside or at an outside table. Their food is one of my favorites, good portions too. Tables and floors are clean. No public restrooms. Update:. Perfect today, so consistent in their cooking!

Food is delicious. But the quantity should match the quality and price. The chicken chow mein is 7.99 but portion size should be 4.99. The BBQ pork was fair. The wonton soup is a good portion of broth. It only came with 2 pieces of pork, 2 shrimp, 3 wontons and a couple shreds of cabbage (see pics).

This is my husbands favorite Thai place in CALIFORNIA.... The wait my God by the time we finally got our food our food was cold cuz the woman left it out on the counter because she forgot about us. Even though youre giving up people please go back and forth and check and make sure your food isnt done. Restaurants here in California just opened up about 2 weeks ago guys so I know we should give you some slack .. but the food was great .

Food poisoning! Beware of old leftover reheated chicken you cant even stick your fork in! 4 out of 5 of us got food poisoning and set us back a day on vacation. Bummer! The worst part is that they knowingly served us the old meat!

Ive loved this place since I was a child. Their food is so good. I could recommend so many dishes. The garlic pork, The pad Thai, The fried Rice, The spicy bamboo shoot chicken, any of the glass noodles dishes, or some of the red beans sesame balls for dessert. Just incredible.

I usually dont like to give small business bad review, but this is the worst food I ever had!!!! The chicken was cooked many times and not fresh, everything was tasting like it was sitting in thier restaurant for a month!I still have taste of s*** in my mouth 4 hours after I took 2 bites from their food. I dont know how they got over 4 stars here. If you want to get food poison thats the place to go!

This is a great “fast food” Thai restaurant. The place has 4 booths and 4 tables so it’s not very large. Mostly people take the food to go but there room if you come at the right time.In no That expert but I do know good food. As long as you don’t come here with the expectations of a fire start restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.I’ve tried most of the items on the menu but the combination fried rice is my favorite.There are kinda stingy with the shrimp. You never get more than two shrimp with your meal.Overall, it’sa good place to get a quick bite with decent food.

This place use to be really good, not sure what happened. And I understand that buisness probably has been slow due to the pandemic but is it really ok for this place to charge $18 for the shrimp tom yum with 3 shrimp and a hand full of mushrooms!The food was bland and the spring rolls literally had 1 shrimp cut in half. You can get spring rolls with pork and 4 full shrimp at the love pho place at the collection and for $4 not $9. Wasted $60 for this nasty overpriced place!

I ordered take out, and my food looked and tasted bad. But while I was waiting for my food it seemed that everyone else was really enjoying their food, and it actually looked desirable. My Chicken and Broccoli was literally dry old peices of chicken lots of broccoli stems over white rice with a little bit of bland sauce that was immediately soaked up by the rice. A big miss on something that is so simple.

Tried this place based off Yelp. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. We got the Supreme pad thai, yellow curry chicken, BBQ pork fried rice, cucumber salad, and the spicy curry chicken with green beans. My brother who used to have a career in cooking even thought the food was really good. I wish we took pictures but we were starving. Lets just say nothing was left. Ill be back again to try more dishes!

Pad Thai was too sugary. It was so sweet I couldnt eat it. Serving was too small to justify it and Thai tea for 12.00! Stick with other places. Only 2 small shrimp on entire plate. Chicken was so small not even close to calling bit size, their pictures of the plates are very misleading!!!

Worst tasting Thai/Chinese food, ever. Very salty chicken, none of the dishes tasted like what they were. My pad seawee came with shrimp when I just asjed for chicken. The portion size was small for the price, so I overpaid for the food. They used rice to make it look like a healthy portion size. I actually wanted my rice and entree seperate like every other restaurant, but I wasnt given that choice. This restaurant ignores food choice and allergies. There are much better Thai and Chinese restaurants in the area. I am Thai, so I know the difference between good and bad Thai/Chinese food.

I dont know if it is because Oxnard doesnt have other Thai places or if the people here have really low standards, but 4 stars is ridiculous. A more accurate review would be in the 2 to 3 star range.We got Panang Curry and Pad Thai. Both were just OK and overpriced at a total of $18. They also do not take credit cards despite what another reviewer said. Cash only. The only good thing was that the food came out super quick. This also makes you think that the food is prepared ahead of time and not fresh and they likely use a lot of oil to cook and heat it up fast.I usually trust reviews on Yelp, but now I know to take it with a grain of salt for small and remote places like Ventura county.If youre looking for something to eat, go with In N Out down the street. Dont waste your time and money with this place. It sucks.

This place is horrible. I ordered a simple shrimp chowmain and the shrimp was frost bitten. It took forever to receive my order and when I got it the noodles was dry. They where stingy on the sause. I couldnt finish my plate it was so bad. I ended up leaving paying more than it was worth. Smh waste of time.

I have eaten at this place many times before it’s good and tasty but yesterday I got an a stomach infection, sunday one day after I still in bed waiting to go to the doctor,If it gets severe then I have to go to emergency,food was really hot I don’t think that was the problem the problem is with cups for the drinks only rinsed And without the straw,I got all the bacteria from somebody else who drink it that cup,they need to start giving disposable cups again.yes I’m going to call the health apartment of Ventura county government center so they can give this place a visit.I am not going to ever eat at this place again.

If its your first time going get THIS.... chicken chow mein with extra noodles and little veggies, with extra sauce on the noodles and an order of chicken fried rice. Truuuust meeeeee.. the flavor of these noodles are to die for!!! Make sure you say extra noodles so they dont add a bunch of veggies. When I crave asian food this is my spot EVERY TIME!!!
