Probably the best orange chicken I have ever had. It was crispy, not too bready and packed with flavor. All the food we got was very good but the orange chicken was the star. We went in with a large group of 7 on a Saturday around 3pm and they sat us quickly. All of the staff was friendly.

Very delicious foods. We love the taste and the temperature of the foods which suitable for a cold day.I was impressed with a spicy spaghetti, they really nailed it when making an Italian dish into a Thai seasoned. Good job. The pickles for Chicken satay also a plus. Definitely coming back.

Excellent service with beyond delicious food. Our server recommend this Thai beer that is equivalent to an ipa. We waited no time to be seated. The place was clean and not too crowded. They have great portion sizes and our food tasted fresh. Please don’t get them mixed up with Thai House Express which is also on the same street.

The number one reason to visit Thai House is the great food. I havent had a dish that disappointed me. The servers are always very nice and quite helpful. The ambiance is so so. Its brightly lit and when its full, you have to sit in the back and I dont really like it back there. Its a minor quibble, though.Favorites: Tom Kah Gai, yellow chicken curry, chicken skewers with peanut sauce, and the mango sticky rice when you can get it. Oh yeah, their coconut smoothie thing is soooo good too. 😋🧋

This is was one of the few places that was open on Monday and Im very grateful for it. They are offering indoor and outdoor dining, however theyre patio was empty. The outdoor area had no heater and the lights were turned off. The service was fine; they took our order and seated relatively quickly(it was a party of 4). The order was correct and came out quickly. We ordered a variety of food- we got boba milk tea, Thai tea, fried rice, green curry, and coconut soup. My friend ordered some Pad Thai! Everything was delicious and they allowed to stay for 2 hours while we talk and ate our dinner. My only concern was the chicken; it wasnt savory and the price were mismatched. Sometime I receieved cartilage and other times strips- sometimes both. Still, Id be back! My girlfriend loved the green curry!

Super tasty, didnt think I would like the raw cabbage but it became slightly steamed, wontons were not cheesy, probably my fault. If you ask for mild it will be spicy. Very tasty and service was nice, great portions and reasonably priced. Got a lemon instead of a lime.

On Monday, I reconnected with a buddy who has experienced some developmental challenges and we tried to determine a mutually compatible food joint. While he has his own peculiarities, I have my share of dietary preferences. We roamed around a few spots, including Boston Market, Pieology, and Pollo Loco among others, but ended up settling on this one. It was noon and the place was already getting packed. He and I are diabolically different - he is a carnivore and carb-driven, while I am the opposite. Remarkably, the young server catered to us with tremendous patience, elaborating on the nuanced choices, spicy levels, and even accommodating our request to divide the dishes onto additional plates, provide disposable utensils, and more. Little doubt, we must have been the fussiest pair among the hungry crowd, at least for the day. The taste and abundance were worth the expense. We were both amazed that the server and even the whole crew carried themselves with composure throughout the duration. As grateful patrons, we certainly wouldnt forget to reciprocate with a kind gesture on top of the tab!

Their hours say they close at 10pm but I arrived at 9:05 and they wouldn’t let me order a to-go order because their kitchen closes at 9pm. Just set your closing time to 9pm so you don’t waste anyone’s time. A few people came in behind me and were also turned away and just as upset. Will never try this place no matter how “good” the food is.

Excited to try this place for the first time. Went at about 915pm, ordered some food and I went to use the restroom and on my way back I cought one of the waitress emptying all the hot sauce bowls from every table into one bottle, the bottle that they use to refill every tables hot sauce. I was completely grossed out by it and I couldnt believe it... I continued to dine there and I asked for more hot sauce at my table and the waitress brought that same bottle to pour me more hot sauce....so by this point I lost my appetite, I cannot believe with how delicate things are right now they are putting everyones germs back into the same distribution sauce bottle and basically recycling the hot sauce that people leave at their tables to me that is extremely unsanitary and plane out gross....for that reason Im never dining here again....maybe if I never saw this I would of been ok, but I knew exactly what I saw and the waitress knew that I saw her and immediately stopped. Im sorry if I ruined anyones experience here but I felt I had to write this to inform you guys.

Food is good but service was bad. I had to ask for utensils, sauce and chili. Every time they would just drop off items and leave. Didnt check on us to see if we needed anything else. On top of that when i was paying i was told to leave a tip. (Which we did but they wanted more) food is great if you dont mind the lack of attention and attitude. Oh and by the way they recycle the souce that is left. Wish i took a picture when they did that.

Thought the prices here will immediately intimidate, the portions are absolutely huge, in a way that most anyone without a devilish hunger could probably split a meal. I was happy to try Chinese black bean sauce for the first time with rice noodles, and wasnt dissappointed by the subtle but healthy flavor I came to find. They could have used more sauce to be able to spice up the rice, but that was made well enough with the one spicy sauce they did have on hand. The biggest gripe (and the loss of the star) is that they didnt have any alternative milks for their Boba, I would have absolutely loved to try it, but sadly it wasnt meant to be.

Food was great. I loved their seafood salad enough to the point I tried replicating it at home. (Not something I normally do). The place is crowded and slightly overpriced for some of their dishes. I wasnt sure if I was paying for service on top of the food when I say the pricing.Staff was friendly and tried their best so that their customers can have as best experience as they can. I do recommend that they add Chinese beside their broccoli (in their menu) so people dont assume American broccoli.

Ive been coming to this restaurant with my family for over 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience and the food has been excellent, but 2days ago, I had the worst experience ever and I am sad to say, I will no longer come to this establishment. I took my 2yr old and my 9yr old niece to eat here for a special lunch, mind it was really hot outside and we had walked almost 2 miles to get here, to get forgotten by the Asian server. It wasnt busy when we arrived and there were three Asian servers behind the counter and none of them moved a finger to sit us down until one girl offered us a seat. She sat us down and walked away, after 10 minutes she asked us for our drinks. At this point three other group of guest arrived including a white man and she rapidly offered them water and gave them salad before coming back and letting us order food without any drinks yet. I couldnt believe it, the server totally was helping other guest before offering us any drinks and she kept skipping my table. My niece notice it too and of course being pregnant and all I took a stand and told the waiter that she was helping others and had forgotten to give us water, she walked away and minutes later another waiter comes out with water. They had sent other different Asian waiters to serve us, but they all had bad attitude because I stood up. When the food arrive, it was real bad food, the salad had old leaves intertwined with other salad leaves and our rice was cold. I am very disappointed and upset at what has happened, not only that, Im 7months pregnant and if it wasnt for my group being hungry, tired and super hot at the moment, I would of walked out. Nobody apologized and they sent the other waiter that was attending me home or something so that they didnt have to deal with any scenes, horrible customer service, this establishment needs to manage their servers and teach them about customer service and how to treat people, regardless of their background and the way they look, its very expensive here, but its not all that great when you get treated like your not welcome, and Ill be taking my service somewhere else. I do have to say, the Latina server is really nice and she helped us out more than the Asian servers in this location and props to here for her great customer service. The others should learn from her or get a different profession.

Thai House is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Monterey Park. (They have two sites about one block part; the second located across from McDonalds)The food is authentic and spicy enough to satisfy most taste buds. The Pad Thai is delicious; the glass noodle salad is a revelation. The Thai soups are delectable. I often order the Tom Yum soup, Thai spicy. There is no other flavor like it. For an added treat, try their avacado (fried) rolls. This is the perfect appetizer to start your meal with.The servers are attentive and try to make your experience as welcoming and positive as can be. This is a popular place so there is an element of loud talking and waiting. But once the food arrives prepare for a sensational dining experience. The prices are midrange expensive, but I am sure the rent in Atlantic Square is sky high.

My family and I ❤ this place ! We go at least once a month, or at least a few times a year. Its ALWAYS AMAZING, and its hard to find a restaurant where you and family have more than 1 favorite. Weve been customers for about 13 yrs, and CAN NOT FIND another Thai place as good anywhere when were outside the area. Most places dont even come CLOSE In our opinion. Last but not least, especially with COVID I feel its important to say, weve never had an issue with theyre cleanliness, and Im extremely picky when it comes to that. It took a while to be seated last night even though they have 4 tables open and when we did got seated they forgot to come back and ask if were ready to order. I kept asking one of the server, but it seems like I didnt exist. Finally one of the server noticed that Ive been trying to ask someone to take our order and he went to our table right away. He took our order and repeated our order after, he did a pretty good job. The food didnt take long and that was a good thing cuz I was pretty hungry. We ordered: 1. Fish Ball noodle soup with flat noodles: we asked not to put bean sprout, green onion and cilantro on it. No extra salt and oil. It was bland, but made to our liking. 2. Pad Prik King with tofu medium spicy: I thought this was the best dish we ordered. It wasnt oily and the flavor was spot on. 3. Chicken satay well done: so soft and not chewy at all. The side of peanut sauce and cucumber with onions just complimented this dish very well. 4. Fried calamari: this is not you traditional calamari. They made the calamari theyre own style. Not rings of squid, but more of like chicken tenders only with squid. Overall with the the food; taste and presentation I give it a 9/10. The single server I give 10/10 for making sure we got the right food we ordered and was sent out to our table properly and on time. I advise to try the Thai tea as well. Its good. Boba or not.

Ive been coming here since I was in high school and Ive never been disappointed. Great place! 😁 Some of the dishes I recommend are the Spicy Spaghetti, Cashew Nut Chicken, Shrimp Tom-yum soup (any tom-yum is delicious though), Beef Broccoli, Chow Mein Pan Fried, and rice noodle dishes! 👍 Milk Tea with boba is also my favorite, but Jasmine Milk Tea and Taro are good too.

Just walked out of the place and went somewhere else after the staff blatantly ignored me as I was right in front of thier faces trying to get a table. They literally were looking at me as I was asking to be seated and just turned away and ignored me as if I was not there! Delicious food. I accidentally choked on chow mein and needed the heimlich maneuver but staff were really nice about it. I had the chow mein, orange chicken and fried rice. All amazing.
