It is very disappointing that it has such a high rating but the service is so bad!We came in as the second table while the other table of guests is already served! We had waited for a long long long tine! Then our food is finally served! However, we ordered four dishes and our server forgot one of them even though I already tried to confirm at the end of ordering! And she still argued that we didn’t order!The green curry beef is overcooked!But to be fair, other than the green curry beef, other dishes are good! And the environment is good!

For a long time there has been tracy Thai and Thai cafe. I have never liked either one. So happy to have another option in tracy. The food is really good and the service is good as well. I had the honey pork and brown rice. It was quite good and not too salty. My wife had the wide noodles with tofu and we shared the fresh roles which tasted nice and fresh. Would come back again. The place was full (it’s not too big) the entire time with steady take out traffic. All food signs that the food is good.

Weve been meaning to try this place for a while. Its usually packed but we finally made iiit! Well definitely be going back for more. We had the green curry, tom kha soup, pad se eew, and the yum goong salad. Everything was filled with flavor. It takes a while for the food to come out but its worth the wait.

Good service, clean, and most importantly delicious food. Dishes I recommend include Tom Kha Gai (coconut sour soup with chicken), Pad Ma Khua Yao with Pork (grilled eggplant with vegetables), and Chuchee Talay (seafood in sweet red curry sauce).

My go-to Thai restaurant. Staff is always welcoming and friendly and the food never disappoints! I have been coming for years when I lived in Tracy and still come back whenever I’m back in town. No other restaurant’s food can compare.

Very flavourful & fresh food. This is definitely the best thai food we have had for quite a while. We had the pad gra prow (a sauteed entree with chilli garlic sauce), The green curry and the Veg Basil Fried rice. We loved all the items, with the fried rice being the best. The default spice level is normal for all their items, but they have the option to make something mild, mild-to-medium, medium or hot. We took the medium and it was a bit on the spicy side. I wouldnt recommend beyond mild-to-medium for most people unless you are confident about spice. The girl who served us was very friendly and helpful in choosing the right items and spice level.

My wife and I travel a lot and always hit Thai Restaurants all over the US. THAI JASMINE IS NUMBER 1!! The inside is very simple and clean and doesnt have a ton of ornate elephants and such but the food is the absolute best. Always super freshveggies, great meat and flavors are memorable. Closed Sun and Mon so check online as are limited. I would say 4.8 and its a MUST try!!

Took literally forever to serve the food. Not sure what the hold up was but it was not explained to us. 2 plates should not take 1 hour wait to serve it. What I noticed they had been serving all the take outs first before the foods ordered to dine. Not a great experience. Food is not even the greatest. After 1 hour just the small appetizer was served.

I didnt actually go there. I went to Whisky Purgatory Bar which is close. It was a unique experience, serving cocktails as well as whiskey. Its not really a place for dinner, but they do serve small plates of chicken tacos, chicken sandwich, etc and appetizers. The staff was friendly and the place was full. No masks required. Its a small place and they dont take reservations on weekends so go early.

We usually just get salad Gai and the occasional fried rice, but weve tried several other dishes from Thai Jasmine, and were very happy. I knocked off 1 star because they dont always answer the phone, which is super agitating when you are hungry. Theres been times I have to go place my order in person and then wait in the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes-or just pick somewhere else to eat.

Had the drunken noodles with wide noodles and Tofu.Meal was very tasty,Sauce was great with a bit of spice to it,Vegetables were fresh and crisp.Noodles were soft, and a good consistency.Decor is nice and has a tan/golden appearance to it. Lighting follows the decor.The staff was kind, and the food was great. A great family-run feeling restaurant.Would go again.

This is one of our favorite places to go when we need our Thai food fix. The food is cooked perfectly and has very fresh flavors.We like the their Salad Kai (Thai Chicken Salad) along with the Sautéed Eggplant and Vegetables with Fried Tofu instead of meat. The fresh spring rolls are refreshing along with any of their curry dishes. If you are looking for a good Thai Food Restaurant I encouraged our to stop by.

It was a wonderful experience! I dont understand what others are complaining about. Yes, I agree, its not a huge place but not as small as some people are implying. During busy hours, yes, you might have to wait a little, but I think its worth the wait. The food is delicious. We ordered their papaya salad with prawns, yellow curry, and the grilled beef! The yellow curry was a touch sweet to my liking but it had great flavor; my daughter liked it (and she loves curry). The other entrees tasted very delicious and the staff are all very nice!

Thai Jasmine used to be our go to place in Tracy, but not anymore. It has really gone downhill.We ordered Pad Kee Mao and Pad Thai. We were informed that the Pad Kee Mao only came with seafood which was fine at the time.come to find out when we questioned the cashier about why only seafood was available, they replied that all the other meats were available as well and didn’t know why we were told otherwise. On top of that, the seafood portions have considerably less when compared to the other meat portions. We were also very disappointed when our dishes were served with spaghetti noodles instead of the wide rice noodles in the description of the dishes, as well as partially frozen seafood and vegetables. I hope things go back to the way they used to be soon, but we will not be returning

Called 4 times and they did not pick up. Drove 30 minutes to their restaurant and they said they could not serve me because theyre backed-up 1 hour and 45 minutes with orders. Hmm... Hire more workers because of your booming business? Its not right when a customer calls 4 times and makes a 1 hour round-trip, only to not get served food. Take your money elsewhere - these people dont want it and dont care.

Dude srsly one of the best Thai places in thr (greater) Bay Area. Consistently good. Everything is so 💣 I could cry. So far we’ve had fried fish pla rad prik, vegan panang, seafood gang panang (my mom’s fave and she has super discerning taste buds; they pack it w seafood), Thai basil rice, sticky rice desserts, insanely tasty salads... they’ll even make vegan Thai tea w coconut milk instead. So grateful this place is in Tracy, phewf!

I have visited this place couple of times for my office lunch and every time I have tried different items - no doubt, they were delicious and reasonable price.I relish their Thai ice team - not too sweet but at right amount.The staff is courteous and space is well maintained.Definitely a good spot for office lunches.

Thai Jasmine saved me from my hunger! I went to another restaurant, only to find out it was closed (though for some reason they didnt tell me they were closed when I entered.) Anyway, my mom suggested this place. Im glad she did. My pad Thai was absolutely delicious! Ive had pad Thais with no flavor, and some that were too sweet. This pad Thai was just right. I wanted to try their fresh rolls, but they had run out. Im going to have to come back earlier in the dinner service to get some! The staff were friendly, offering us water while we waited for our to-go order. Next time I eat here, Im dining in.

The service and the food was equally outstanding. Our waitress Julie did an outstanding job with her recommendations. Definitely the best Thai food in town by far and the prices are very reasonable. If you havent gone there yet you definitely need to.

This is one of my most favorite restaurants in the world! The food is always delicious and the service is great! I recently let them know that I would bring a party of 7 for my youngests birthday. When I arrived they had everything all set up for us Manager David advised us that they were very shorthanded that night. We still found the service to be awesome, even though they were busy!! We ordered 2 each of the fresh rolls and chicken satay as appetizers, then salad gai with extra chicken, chicken pad see ew, shrimp pad Thai, yellow and panang curry with rice, all mild and all no soy sauce, due to gluten sensitivities plus I cant eat spicy. ALL was totally wonderful and the total cost, without tip was $103... for all that food and for stuffing 7 people!!!

Great food and great people. My favorite spot for lunch. There are 3 Thai places within a few blocks. Thai Jasmine is the one you want! Eat in or order to go because its great either way. Flavorful food and im partial to the salad gai (hot). Come find what your favorite level of spice is!

Food is good but terrible service. 30 min later still no appetizers, table who came after us was already served their food. No one checked on us, I had to ask David what was going on with our order. I think he lost our order but no excuse for not noticing since I could see him checking other tables but ours, its like we wer invisible. Finally after 40 min our food came, appetizer came 10 min later, go figure. Bill was wrong, there was a dessert that we never got. Took another 15 min to box our leftover. Just a chain of unfortunate events. We always come here but now not so sure if I wer to go back, there are other Thai food places in town that are just as good.

We LOVE their food but it is almost impossible to order over the phone. You literally have to call 10-20 times for anyone to pick up. With having such a small floor youd think someone could at least pick up the phone. Ive gone in to place an order after failing to reach them by phone and there was maybe 2 tables filled.

The BEST chicken Thai salad I have try, I use to work in Tracy and this was my go to place everyday literally everyday my sister would tell me cant you pick something else! I was like No!😂😂 I love livw this place great service, the only small problem is trying to get a pre order phone rings and rings, but I understand is because if you want great food you have wait in the line and I have no problem with that! Because tbe food is worth it.... Now if you want fast go get it at other place, because this is NO fast food this is delicious, exquisite clean cuisine 👍🙋‍♀️❤
