I recently visited Thai Nakorn restaurant and I must say I had a delightful experience. The customer service was impeccable - the staff were welcoming and efficient, ensuring that my dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.I ordered a variety of dishes and each one was a masterpiece. The crab fried rice was bursting with flavor, with generous portions of crab meat mixed in. The crying tiger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender meat that was complemented by a tangy and spicy dipping sauce. The Tom Yum soup was a great starter, with a nice balance of sour and spicy flavors that really tantalized my taste buds. Finally, the green curry was the perfect blend of spice and creaminess, with tender pieces of beef and fresh vegetables.Overall, I highly recommend this Thai restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience. As I saw the Spicy Basil Fried Rice on the menu -- which I had not seen elsewhere, I couldnt resist the temptation to sample its flavors. Along with that, I also ordered the Pad See Ew. Being a fan of basil but not particularly tolerant of spiciness, I knew this dish would be a make-or-break moment for my taste buds. To my delight, the Spicy Basil Fried Rice delivered a captivating blend of flavors, combining the distinct essence of basil with the satisfying crunch and heat of dried chili. The perfectly cooked chicken and shrimp as my choice of protein added another layer of excellence to the dish.Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed with the generous portion sizes (see the photo), which is worth the price. The portion filled up to the top. The Spicy Basil Fried Rice left such a lasting impression on me that I can confidently say I would eagerly return to indulge in its flavors once again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Great food, great service!! The servers were very attentive and friendly. We ordered mostly North Eastern Thailand type of food, very tasty and authentic. Crying Tiger, BBQ pork neck, Spicy Beef Salad, and Deep fried Fish were some of the dishes we ordered.

The service is good though expect a crowded restaurant experience less like a gourmet restaurant and more like a weekday option out, The physical restaurant has booths and tables. This is a great Thai restaurant located in Stanton. My personal favorite is the chicken medium spicy basil with a side of white rice. Ah man, every time I get this the flavor is on point and consistent. I love when the basil hits as you take a bite! My little one loves noodles so we got an order of vegetable chow mein. It really is enough on its own but it went well with the spicy chicken basil. Last we ordered the 4 PC egg rolls and the sweet sour sauce with it just set it over the top! I think i could just get like 3 of those orders one day.

Our favorite place to dine as a couple. We eat here at least 3 times a month lol faithfully. Crying tiger is the go to. (Pad see ew) or the beef pad Thai, pork spring rolls. Service is the best. We are always seated and served right away. Food is always hot and delicious!! Our kids love eating here also. The best fried rice and sticky rice. I would tell you my favorite drink to order but it’s not on the menu and I’m sorry I won’t share but it’s so delicious!!

Our family had eaten at this restaurant many times over the year but had not been compelled to leave a review until now. We arrived at the restaurant at roughly 8pm, fully awared that theyll be closing at 9pm so we ordered immediately.Food came out fairly quickly, but many of the regular dishes we had before tasted strange. Not sure if the kitchen staffs decided to take the night off earlier, but the seasoning were off. Also, we had to constantly remind various staffs to check on our orders.Overall, this was not the usual experience we had at Thai Nakorn. It would be disappointing to see another good Thai restaurant going downhill in quality.

I ate the whole pot of rice... Enough said hahaha...But really tho, service was good.. food was amazing!! I recommend the green curry, ask for some spice on the side its literally fire!!. The tilapia with mango salsa was good, the squid salad was just good.. but for the price and quality i will definitely be back!! With more friends just to have them experience it. The food was mid, but the service was horrible. Felt like getting attacked by my server for sitting at a spot another server who greeted me told me to sit at. The restaurant was practically empty at the time of my arrival, so i’d assume anywhere they designate me should be okay, right? Oh, and cash only. My family and I usually come here and its good service and food. My last trip however, we ordered some coconut jello dessert and after we had already eaten some of it, we noticed that there was actually white mold all over the dessert. The only thing we got was a it taken off our tab. If it wasnt for that, Id have given higher ratings. Id say double check the desserts and drinks, but the hot foods should be good.

Im not going to pretend to know what authentic Thai food taste like but I do know that this is one top Thai food restaurants Ive been to. Food is delicious, the service is prompt and friendly, and the restaurant is lively and clean. The Fried Pomfret with Chili, garlic sauce is exceptional and the Beef Panang is probably the best Ive had. Prices are a bit higher than other Thai food restaurants, but I think the quality warrants it. Parking can be a bit of a hassle as its in a crowded strip mall.

This location is our absolute favorite for thai food. Its a bit of a drive for us but never disappoints. The crispy fried fish with mango salad is amazing. Pad see ew was perfect, wish I had room for some beef panang as thats always one of my favorite here as well. Ive gone a couple times before and the first time was alright but only because we ordered the Yum Soup instead of the Clear Soup lol. It was too sweet and spicy for our tastes. The other times we ordered clear soup but with basils, the soup is a bit sweet. Just now, we ordered clear soup again without basils and it was good. I usually give them a five star but this time it was different I ordered the beef salad and it wasnt the ribeye beef cut that they say they use as a matter of fact it tastes different too! Upon closer inspection it look like if it was an organ meat of some kind I dont know what type of organ meat was used but I know it wasnt ribeye steak I can tell you that much! I have 4 years experience as a meat wrapper with Stater Brothers and I know my cuts of meats. I was disappointed to say the least and it was a darn pity shame for them to have done that. On a positive note I did love the custard that was in the young coconut.

I’m an old Thainakorn customer from the Buena Park days in the’80s. Had a 3 order takeout last night: nam sod crispy rice, Penang curry with tofu, and pad Thai noodle. The first 2 were very good like old times, the pad Thai noodle was poor, noodles all stuck together in globs, no egg, almost no green onions, very little chicken. Has this place changed management? Sonny would never sell this very poor pad Thai noodle.

Its kinda like Pad Thai, but way better.Theres two Thai Nakorn Restaurant (with the other one on Garden Grove Blvd.) But for some reason, this one is always better, from the environment to the quality of the food.And did I mention the Tom Yum Soup? If I knew the upcharge for shrimp would be for only one I wouldnt have bothered. In town for Disneyland, we took a suggestion from our Lyft driver and went to Thai Nakorn. We were not disappointed!My favorite dish is squid salad and here, it was served to perfection! Squid pieces were tender and lemongrass shavings and mint were plentiful. I prefer marinade of citrus juices instead of vinegar and so does Thai Nakorn. YUM!We also ordered chili clams, also perfectly tender and plump. As a familiar choice, we ordered drunken noodles which came with enough sauce for the noodles not be sticky and clumped but instead, were al dente, lots of Thai basil and absolutely delicious.Table service was friendly, efficient and mindful. We had a great meal. Well stop in, at any opportunity.

This is still the best Thai food in OC. Ive only given out a handful of 5 star reviews and this is one of them. The pad thai is the best, the papaya salad is super good, the tom yum soup is da bomb and their curries are spectacular. The wait staff is super friendly and we all know that is rare 😉. For real, my wife who happens to be Vietnamese also loves this place and its her number one Thai choice always. Dont go to the Americanized Thai restaurant down the street (Hiccups, really? Cmon!), go to the real deal, this is real Thai food restaurant and you wont regret it.

The restaurant is large and very clean. Good atmospher. I came for lunch on a Saturday so it wasnt crowded. I had the Beef Panang Curry which was delicious. It was all beef and two slices of red pepper. I wanted more vegetables in the curry but was very happy with the generous amount of beef.I also had the Nom Sad Crispy Rice. It was over salted but the texture of the crispy rice and slight bite from.lime juice was heavenly.The service was lacking but also they left you alone to enjoy your meal.... So you chose if that is a positive or negative.I look forward to coming here again and trying more of their food.

They don’t give you a bill with the list of food that you ordered unless you ask for it. We saw the price was higher than what we thought it should be so we asked for the bill. Sure enough there was an unordered item on the bill. My Father talked politely to the waiter that we ordered the food from, but instead of apologizing he was rude and complained that we were making a big deal out of it. It would not be a big deal if he just apologized and removed it from out bill. But it became a big deal when we just asked him about it and he acted like a jerk!!!
