Nice and quiet family owned place. The waitress was very nice and her food suggestions were spot on with what my wife would like. We had two appetizers the chicken egg rolls and the cream cheese wantons. They came out hot and tasted very good with the delicious dipping sauce. My wife got the green papaya salad and I got the Chicken Pad Thai. Both dishes did not disappoint, my suggestion is get the mild Papaya salad unless you want them to bring the fire. Overall a good place for a quick lunch or even a beer with friends and some appetizers.

Definitely a hidden Gem in Folsom. Love this place. Their beer selection is off the hook! The bar is set up nicely and you can also enjoy the beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. The food is amazing and so is the service. I always order their Penang curry with vegetables and Tofu. And it is perfect every time. Cheers!!

Super good food! Tried the papaya salad, drunken noodles, crab fried rice, and avocado bomb. Minus the rice, everything else we got was vegetarian and it didn’t feel like it needed meat. Everything was delicious and filling.

I came here with a group of about 20 people on a Saturday at 8pm. They accommodated us very well. Food came out pretty quickly and was very tasty!I have a peanut allergy so I was worried about eating in a Thai restaurant. However, they told me that only a couple of their dishes have peanuts and the rest of the dishes are safe. I had the drunken noodle, which was peanut-free, and there were no issues!

This is a great Asian fusion style restaurant. Everything we had was amazing. Great atmosphere, and they have a very large beer tap selection. I was very happy to stumble on this place, and I will definitely be back!

Oh my gosh, this place is a hidden gem...so unexpected, but absolutely fantastic. Great beer list, cute bar area, creative menu, amazing service.. and the FOOD?!? It was some of the best thai food Ive ever had. We had sweet and sour pork, shrimp and pineapple red curry, thai chow mein, and cream cheese wontons.... Everything was incredible!!!

We’ve been here 4 times over the past few months and Thai on Tap has been consistently great! Terrific Thai food and a spacious patio area. We loved the Drunken Noodles with chicken and shrimp Pad Thai. Great beer selection (coconut porter!) And, of course, excellent Thai iced tea. We took advantage of the amazing weather and had lunch on their patio. Great service, incredible food.

Nice place in your standard strip mall. Fried avocado appetizer was really good. And my tofu salad was excellent. Unfortunately, my lunch mates shrimp pad Thai was not so great. Otherwise, would have gotten one more star. Service was a little slow, but felt standard for most Thai places. Otherwise, service was great and friendly!

Another date night and another new location tried. We saw Thai On Tap a little while back, thought the name was intriguing and decided we had to try it. First thing we noticed as we entered was it is bigger than it appears and has an outside seating area as well. A very nice hostess/waitress greated us, sat us promptly, provided menus and pointed out the board listing the current selections of beer on tap. We reviewed the menus, and I the beer board, and when she returned we ordered our drinks, an appetizer and a couple of entrées. The beer was good and at least a dozen taps to choose from. The food was out pretty quickly and everything was very good! Overall an enjoyable experience and good food (we had fried wontons, red curry chicken and chicken pad thai). While I think the name should be Thai & Taps, it works as is! Definitely recommend giving it a try. Well be back when Thai is what were craving!

The food was good and the service was okay. My wife ordered Penang peanut curry mild. It wasnt mild and there were no peanuts in it. Either fix the menu or fix the recipe. When something has peanuts in the name you would expect peanuts in the food. But the really bad thing was the music playing. It was all covers of sappy 80s pop songs and love ballads. And it was also too loud. The music alone is why we will not be going back to this establishment.Final grades areFood A-Service A-Atmosphere F
