Thai Smile Palm Springs in Palm Springs

Went to have dinner on a Sunday evening. It was mildly occupied. As we came in we were greeted with smiles. Friendly personal, very welcoming. Dean our server was just amazing! I cannot say it enough our visit was very enjoyable and comfortable. Since we arrived till we left he and all personal were very professional and great customer service.The food was flavorful and tasty. Right temperature and brought out in a timely manner. Appetizers we presentable and delicious. Food was just as great..Definitely will be coming back again.

Overall, the food was great. The Thai hot wings were delicious. However, they were very small wings. The only negative was we paid with cash and never came back with our change. We planned on leaving a 20% tip but ended up being 26%. The service was good but I would recommend never assume its all a tip.

Visited at around 3pm and the place was still packed with people kept on coming in. We ordered Pad Thai and Drunken Squid. Food was good with friendly waitress. Its a recommend if you are looking for some decent Thai food!

Todays visit redeemed my confidence in this place. I originally ordered here months ago (for pick up) and the food was just ok. I thought Id give it a 2nd chance and Im glad I did. The food this time was delicious.I started out with a nice cold Thai ice tea. It was creamy and sweet, but not too sweet; very refreshing.I had the Pork Steamed Dumplings as an appetizer and what an unexpected treat. It was cool to see the steam coming out of the pot and the dumplings were cooked perfectly, soft and full of flavor (with the sauce that comes with it).My main was the Pad Thai. This is my go to order to see how a Thai place can cook. Thai Sample did no, disappoint this time. The noodles were cooked all the way through and the sauce (although looked weirdly orange) was really tasty, just the right amount of heat and sweet. Im especially loved the fresh crushed peanuts and bean sprouts in it; gives it that nice fresh crunch.The service was great too. Fast and friendly and so helpful.The ambiance was cool. I got sat in the Bamboo section. Lots of bamboo art and light fixtures.Im actually looking forward to coming back to try new things.

This place has stolen my heart! Went twice in one week did not disappoint!! Fast service! Delicious meals. Love the thai tea with the meals. The soap with lunch was absolutely phenomenal. Would 100% go back! The pad thai was amazing!

A very busy place during the holidays. We waited quite some time to be seated and for the food to come. It was less pricey than I expected. In where I based (the east coast) there are many Thai restaurants but this one is no inferior in any respect. Dessert was definitely a recommendation.

Delicious, fast, and excellent service. I am a small person, so the booth was a little uncomfortable, but the vibes here are great. Husband got the honey pork & added Thai chili and said it was cooked well, fresh veggies were crisp, good sauce. I had the Shrimp Lard Prik & it was excellent, too. The wings were crispy, excellent sauce- seriously, order extra- good portion for an app & affordable. Lots of outdoor seating if thats what youre into. The staff was very kind & patient. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I came here for lunch on Sunday and got a table right away. We got drunken noodles (perfectly spicy) and Pad Thai, both were delicious. Our server, Terri, was attentive and super friendly. I definitely will eat here again in the future when I’m in the area.

Wow! What a warm welcome to Palm Springs! First day here during vacation and Thai Smile was my first stop. The service was amazing and food was great! They serve iced tea instead of water which I thought was the best thing ever! Never seen anyone do that before. Ordered the Pot Stickers, Pad Thai, and Sticky Rice Mango. Everything was perfect! Secondly a go to.

We decided to grab a Christmas dinner while visiting Palm Springs. We waited almost an hour to be seated and food took another hour. They were overwhelmed but the staff and management came through. The food was fresh and super flavorful, as Thai should be. Highly recommend Thai Smile (but on a less busy day).
