Had dinner few weeks ago. Ordered green and red curry, vegetable fried rice and basil chicken. The taste is excellent, portions are large and the dishes come with steamed rice which is a plus as compared to other restaurants where you have to pay extra. Service was excellent as well and this has become my new favorite Thai restaurant in the tri valley.

Amazing food, as always! The employees are also very accommodating and hospitable. Go (the employee) is the kindest person ever! Also the atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasent - especially once you start to eat. The wait for the food is short too, even when busy!I recommend the yellow curry with chicken. Its the best Thai curry Ive ever had in the east bay.I had a Thai iced coffee for the first time here and it is to die for!Thank you everyone at Thai Taste!

Wow... where to start. The food was amazing with all 5 stars because of everything this group does. Very clean and the hostess was very helpful when asked about the different dishes. Had the chicken Satay to start with a cucumber salad and was blown away how moist the chicken was. We chose the chili salmon and the 3 Brothers as entrees and both were fantastic. Definitely going to be a regular stop for Thai

First time visiting this little gem since a friend recommended their catfish with garlic sauce. Although catfish was unavailable we still enjoyed the dish made with another fish filet as well as green payaya salad and eggplants with basil. Will definitely visit again

Loved the food. We are a fan of Thai food, including the kids. We had Thai yellow curry for the kids and Tom Yum soup for us. Both were awesome and quantity was great!Will come back soon

Delicious, my go to when visiting. the flavors are harmonious and balanced. im interested in trying other dishes just based on how good my regular favorites are, I love a good pumpkin curry and this place has it, im equally obsessed with their green curry. I had stopped eating pad thai over the years because it too sweet from other restaurants, my friend ordered it from here and i was so happy - the fish sauce came through, not too sweet - I thought it was the best i have had in a very long time.

Great local spot for authentic Thai dishes! Really enjoy their noodle plates and eggplant basil chicken. Their spices are real and true to Thai spice levels! Be careful if you’re not ready for some great spicy food. Order mild or no spice if you can’t handle. Best thai food in the atrium-Valley!

The food was very flavorful and the service was great. We tried the pad thai, tom yum, and pra ram chicken. We very much enjoyed them all. We had been curious about this place for a while and we are glad we decided to finally try it. We will be back.

This place used to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore. I deleted my previous review with 4 stars. Recent orders were pathetic!You are charged $16 for a half box food that had such less serving! Every item is nauseatingly oily.Never order for to go. Pad see eew was so less for $14. This my Karen moment but I will no longer eat here again. LISTEN!! The service is incredulous. In context, this interaction was no longer than 20 seconds. I ordered a Thai tea and veggie stir fry. After I finished, the waitress brought me my receipt and I placed my credit card in the holder. About a minute later she came over with a portable card reader. She had my credit card in her hand while she held the terminal for me. The options on the screen from top left to bottom right were 18%, 20%, 22%, 25%, No tip, and custom. I pressed No tip, she muttered, then quickly re-entered the total and showed me the same screen. I was confused with the interaction, so far thinking I made a mistake. I pressed No tip AGAIN. There is a language barrier and I thought she said it wasnt working. I was still lost and just said I needed a copy of the receipt so I could leave. I could not figure out her confusion or why she couldnt swipe my card. Very tensely, she then again quickly re-entered the total and showed me the tip screen. This time I pressed the custom tip thinking the machine was malfunctioning. She seemed happier and less tense. I pressed 1 and then enter. She said, You want to tip a penny. I said, Yes, I dont want to leave a tip to reiterate my previous two choices. She then took the machine again and this time ran my card. She didnt say anything after that. Thats when I figured out she was trying to force me to tip. Tipping is optional, not required. To the owners of the restaurant, I feel this reflects your management and your values towards customers very, very poorly.

The second I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member and promptly seated. Within minutes I had water and a menu. I ordered potstickers (not pictured because I ate them before I thought to take a photo, sorry yall) . However they were hot fresh and super yummy highly recommend them. I also ordered and yellow curry but adked for them to make it spicy! IT WAS SO.DAMN GOOD plenty of chicken and veggies! The curry its self was so flavorful, served pipping hot! No complaints l, deffintly going back there soon!

Ordered chicken curry and chicken and shrimp soup. The soup was not what I expected but I enjoyed both meals. Definitely worth the money. I also ordered the thai coffee. Very thick, semi sweet. Im not a coffee drinker, but Im sure a coffee drinker would love it.

A very tasteful and flavorful Thai food. The pad Thai noodles, where one of the best pad Thai noodles I have had. It was such good we did a repeat order in same visit. The Mango Yellow Thai curry was also very flavourful. It had good enough veggies and Mango pieces. The service was also very nice our server/waiter was really polite and understanding and quick service. Surely our go to Thai place, until find something new and better.

This was my first time here. I am a seasoned Thai food eater and the food was fantastic. We had the green curry and Thai chicken basil… so flavorful and yummy… reminds me of when I was in Thailand……highly recommend this restaurant.

Its awful place. Not sure, how they got rating. Ordered some pineapple fries rice and pad Thai. Pad Thai bodies was ok and fried rice was literally stale. They have given some thing.live previous days food. Unfortunately I wasnt able to feed kids this food..have to arrange some other alternative.. dont waste your money on this...

A fantastic Thai place with large portions for a reasonable price. Plus... The food is absolutely delicious!I have tried their crab fried rice (with real crab) Pad Thai, avocado spring roll, and mango rice. The crab fried rice lasted 3 meals for me, and the pad Thai always lasts me 2. The flavors are unique and scrumptious.I recommend ordering online. They are always on time according to the pick up time.

Thai Taste is one of two good Thai restaurants in San Ramon. I like the Masaman Chicken. Its made using dark meat chicken pieces, which is how restaurants in Thailand prepare it.

Tried their food for the first time today. Ordered vegetarian green curry with jasmine rice and a Thai iced tea. Thankfully, there was no hint at all of anything non-vegetarian, no aroma of fish sauce, shrimp paste, shrimp powder, oyster sauce etc., which is sometimes the case when you order vegetarian food at some Thai and Chinese restaurants. The curry was delicious with the vegetables retaining some crunchiness and the flavors were fresh and balanced. The portions are generous and enough for two people or for two meals. The iced tea was also great. I cant wait to try their other dishes!

Had lunch here. Service was excellent, got served almost immediately upon sitting down. Ordered the Pad Thai noodles luncheon special (w/soup). Food was excellent and well proportioned (not a cheap serving). Cup of soup was just over 1/2 filled, though (pet peeve of mine but I didnt mark off). If you are going to offer soup, fill the cup please?Between the serving size, quality of the food and the great service, this is a must try if you havent been here to eat.I will say, their pricing is a bit steep. Most luncheon specials are $10 to $13 per plate (so, it is top end). But its worth it. One of the best Thai restaurants I have eaten at. Reminds me a lot of Sala Thai in Fremont, which (in my opinion) is the best Thai place in the east bay.

Came here for lunch last Sunday. Our order came rather quickly. Everything we ordered was good. We particularly enjoyed the avocado spring roll. The peanut sauce reminded us of the satay sauce in SE Asia. Fried catfish with eggplant and basil was very good. It wasnt in the menu but the made it for us. Well come back again.

We visited Thai Taste Restaurant last week we were impressed by the quality of the food and good taste overall of the restaurant. It is also very inexpensive. They also very responsible towards their customers and public in general by asking everyone to show their Covid vaccine certificate before sitting at a table. It made us feel safe and cared for.

Couldnt be more happier to see an amazing new Thai place in San Ramon. Ever since The Noodle Company closed in this area, we were always looking for a good Thai/Chinese place. We went to Dublin or Walnut Creek but were not satisfied. This place changed it all. The food is delicious, the prices are moderate and ambiance is good. We loved the Mango Curry, and Basil Chicken. Well I dont know what the food taste like unfortunately because of the bad customers service experience I had there when I walked in through the door. We waited to be seated and waited and waited... Three waitress knew we where there but did not greet us or say anything like we will be right with you, basically ignored us as they ran around busy. I went up to the front desk to ask where we should sit? and was told to go back and wait to be seated. I think that was kinda rude and we decided to take our business elsewhere. Also while we waited another person that looked like she was recently seated was asking the waitress if they could get someone over to order their food. The place is a small place and had three waitresses, you would think that would be more than enough to cover such a small restaurant. Good luck to others.

BUT service could improve, during my last visit, i felt rushed ordering and one of the waitstaff seems impatient and stressed with no apologies.. Perhaps they were short staffed that day, but still not professional to take it out on customers. Hopefully they improve on that next time i go!

Its reasonable. Fills the belly and easy on the pocketbook. The hand sanitizer, on the other hand (or on both hands, if you can deal with the pun), leaves much to be desired. Or rather leaves too much to be desired. It has an extreme stench that permeates the mango yellow curry. I presume it penetrates your innards as well. Enjoy.
