Recommended by a friend, he told me their Thai time wings, gra pow or ka prow are addicting, but i decided to get their Green Fried Rice. I was not disappointed! Don’t know if all their portions are like their fried rice but they gave so much, that i only ate half of it for lunch & the other half for dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place to try their other dishes! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Thai Food.

I really enjoyed my 2 visits to this place. Good prices and yummy Thai food. Their Khao Soi is different than others Ive had, but delicious. Love the Pumpkin Seafood Curry. So full of seafood and perfect amount of spice. Service is so good and parking was not hard to find, with a little patience. The lemonade is homemade and delicious. Prices are so reasonable too!

This is my favorite one of thai restaurants in San Francisco even the place is quite small but I really the foods there it’s authentic and the prices is reasonable anyway the place it’s always busy according to it’s really small but that’s an understanding reason tho. As I’m thai I would recommend this one if you like Thai food.

A small place, but satisfying, after shooting at bakers beach, i went to this place based on reviews. And all the reviews are true, small, yet wondrous. Fast service with tasty food. If you are in the neighborhood, do try this place. Its amazing and dont forgwt to taste the thai iced tea. Never though thai food is this delicious. Pretty mediocre, and just about everything reflects that. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s only about as good as what I can make at home and I’m terrible at cooking Thai food. Rice tasted a bit off, but the other things we ordered were alright I guess. I can’t say I’d recommend this to anyone, and unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

The food in this place is delicious! They offer a great price, quality and quantity in comparison with other places.Furthermore, the service is good and the place is clean.My favorite dish to order is the #80. In the first and second video you can see the difference between indoor dining and takeout. (The flavor doesnt change just presentation obviously). I would recommend this place for a yummy Thai food.

Pretty good selection of fairly priced Thai food. The place is pretty small and always busy. Good thing, you can secure your spot in the line via yelp though. Unfortunately we had roach stopping by our table after we had finished. This clearly shouldn’t happen in any restaurant!

I have tried a lot of Thai food in my life, and this is the closet thing taste wise to authentic. I introduced my boyfriend to Thai food & this restaurant is the only one he’ll eat at, and me too, because their food is GOOD. We order the green duck curry, and if you like spicy, they will hook you up. They have the best duck. We live outside of SF just about 45 minutes away, but will drive out there just for the food!!! Out of the 19 years in North America, Ive never had Thai food that reminded me so much of Cambodia like this place. The thick Thai red seafood curry was perfectly creamy and infused with coconut flavour encased in a fresh coconut. If you visit San Francisco, you need to try this place. The Thai iced coffee is also a must try.

This little hole in the wall has incredible food! I had their Thai iced tea and green rotee, which were both delicious. Its inexpensive and has nice decor. One thing to note is that it is small and busy. Make sure to add yourself to the waitlist, which is on the wall to the left of the door when you enter.They even do a neat little decoration with the straw wrapper when you get the drink, as pictured

Of all the places that offer Thai cuisine in San Francisco Thai Time is my favorite. It’s small and cute and the Angel basil wings are immaculate. The curry 🍛 is thick and flavorful. If I ask for Thai hot 🥵 they don’t water it down they make it very hot. Which is exactly what I need in a Panang curry! Also they don’t price gouge it’s very affordable considering some of the alternative options. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you’re visiting or live near the inner Richmond. ♥️

This place was phenomenal last time I went four years ago.Now prices have gone up to a degree that just feels horrible. Nearly doubled in some cases. Food quality seemed similar to some degree but as though less care were being put into the food. Portions are slightly smaller.Very sad. Everything was terrible.To the people calling this “the best pad Thai ever,” “authentic Thai food”, and “the best Thai food in SF hands down,” are you being paid to write reviews?Nothing about this food is authentic. It’s beyond “adjusted to the tastes of white people” and just straight up bad. The pad Thai tasted almost like fake food. After reading all the great reviews I thought I give this place a try definitely not up to my expectations for authentic thai food... but they do give you a large portion and the price was reasonable.I ordered the pad se ew which was just ok and I asked for the original fried rice medium spicy and it was just sweet and bland and the papaya salad which was absolutely the worst no flavor what so ever. Wife and I love Thai food. Visited the shoe repair shop next door, saw the unpretentious small restaurant. Looked at the menu, decided to take a chance. Very pleasantly surprised how good the selections were. Saw some very interesting daily specials after ordering, maybe next time I will look first. But was completely satisfied with our selections. Attentive waitress kept our water glasses topped off, appreciated with the spicy selections (perfect spice level-no too much, not too little). The lunch special with soup and rice was perfect. I loved my red curry and beans sauteed with meat. Wife loved her pad Thai and sauteed Japanese eggplant. My photo is there somewhere. 4/7: returned today. Also posted a photo of the specials, which we tried today. The Tango Mango and Thai Time Noodles are excellent! Reasonable prices, delicious food, good service.

I was visiting San Francisco, and we wanted to try something different, we found this place on a youtube video and had to try it. The food was delicious I highly recommend the sweet n sour chicken over garlic rice. Let me tell you this is not your average fatty fried sweet and sour chicken from a fast food Chinese restaurant. This is quality and the sweet and sour sauce is not a bright orange at all. We also tried the pad thai which was good as well. Definitely recommend if you want something different. The worker helped recommend items.

Their Catfish curry is my favorite. Yes, you need to eat with your hands cause the fish is bone in; but the sweet spicy curry makes it all worth it. Im going to update the review to 5 stars because I have been coming for lunch almost once a week for the past couple of months. The waitress knows all of our orders off the top of her head. The food is consistently exceeding my expectations and reasonably priced. Quality food at an affordable price is a bit of a rarity in San Francisco but this place does it all day.We usually go for lunch but sometimes it can be crowded. There are only a handful of tables so if it is busy then youll have to wait or take it to go. Since there are a lot of other Asian restaurants in the area then you may end up somewhere else if Thai Time is full. That would be unfortunate unless you get a table at Burma Superstar.

Ok me and my dining partner loved the ⭐️YELLOW curry FRIED RICE⭐️, we also enjoyed the spring rolls. The pad kee mao was pretty good/not extraordinary (has a nice kick to it)... same to the chicken satay. Great portions and a nice assortment of sauces — which goes a long way with me! Very cute little restaurant with a sweet ambiance even during quarantine (love all the mirrors and aquarium and triptychs).

We went based on reviews, but came away very unimpressed. The bamboo shoots in my dish had an acrid, chemical taste. And overall, there was no flavor of vegetables nor any fresh taste of spices. Some of the best red curry Ive had, and huge portions, easily 2 meals even for a guy like me. Its not worth docking a star for, but be aware that they charge for rice.

I love the food. Thats definitely 5 stars. My go-to is the veggie pad-thai with rice noodles. The only issue I have is getting food delivered. The restaurant is small, so its hard to get a table. But its been an ordeal getting food delivered... If the food doesnt arrive because they forgot, then itll come 1.5 hrs later. Dining area is a very cramped, but the decor and space is well utilized to give an authentic hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Thailand vibe. I ordered their pad Thai which was very good. My friend had the pad kee mao which I wasnt a fan of due to the canned bamboo and baby corn. Even though they use these ingredients in actual dishes in Thailand also, I just prefer the taste and crunch of fresh vegetables.

One of my staple restaurants in the Inner Richmond, this place has authentic Thai food and really pretty cheap prices. Its a tiny restaurant with only a few tables and they always seem to have a pretty good crowd any night of the week. I am a fan of the Gang Panang and the Pad Thai. Truly an exceptional experience. My husband and I stopped in and shared the Tom Ka Gai soup (chicken) which came in a clay pot over an open flame. The complexity of the sweet and sour flavors was genius and was the best we’d ever had and we’ve had this soup a lot! We then had the pad se ew (tofu with egg) and the tofu panang (added veggies). Both dishes were spectacular and the portions so huge we took another full meal home for two. Definitely stop into the gem for the food and the excellent service.

Thai Time is now our new favorite low-key Thai restaurant, replacing King of Thai Noodle/Kings Thai Cuisine #1 in the Inner Richmond. we opted to try something new on Saturday evening at 9pm and found this place open and packed. The restaurant is very small, best for groups of 2 or 4. Tables turned fast and the servers were very attentive to let us know approximately how soon our table would be ready. A large menu is available by the door for perusing while you wait outside, along with a park bench.The food here was amazing. We ordered the Green Curry Duck (Sliced boneless roasted duck in spicy green curry with bamboo shoots, Japanese eggplant, zucchini, and basil), which was delicious! The duck was roasted and then cooked in the green curry, adding so much flavor. We also got the Hor Mok Talay (Sautéed prawns, calamari, scallops, mussels, crab claw, and coconut meat with red thick curry sauce on steamed cabbage and basil). This dish was amazing simply because of the presentation. The curry was served in a coconut shell and they didnt skimp on the seafood! If you get this, dont forget to use the spoon to scoop the coconut flesh inside because it was HELLA GOOD. (Yes, I busted out hella because its really hella good.)We noticed a lot of tables had some kind of fried appetizer roll, but figured we had enough food for two, so we missed out. Hot Thai tea was $1.50, with unlimited refills.The bathroom is a bit hard to get to and very cramped. Youll have to go through their tiny alleyway kitchen to the very back where there is a door. Street parking was plentiful at 9pm on a Saturday as always.I cant say how much we loved this place. Just go try it because its HELLA GOOD.

They have some place to sit but they don’t look arranged so I asked to confirm if I can eat there they replied yes you can. Disappointed in this place. Not what I expected. Had to walk through the narrow kitchen to get to the bathroom, could feel the heat from the stove. Food had a different flavor than, what I expected, maybe because of the brown rice. I would not return. Also there were three tables to sit four each. Waitress told us to sit at a table for two, with my chair backing into someone elses chair. Tight squeeze and I am not overweight.

The food was REALLY good which makes up for their normal service, (they only have two servers- very small place), and very inexpensive non-touristy place my sister showed me from when she lived here.
