Thai Villa Restaurant in Lakewood

First time stopping by and it will not be the last. The meat was so tender (not overcooked). Honestly, the best Thai food in the area (Cypress, Lakewood, Hawaiian Gardens, Long Beach). Ordered Thai tea, beef salad, dumpings, yellow curry w shrimp, and beef rice. The only downside was our curry took a long time (they caught the error before bringing it to the table but the wait was super long. We ended up bringing the curry home. The ambiance was nice. They said Fridays and Saturdays- its karaoke nights.

Outstanding and delicious food in a rather non-descript strip mall location. Ive lived close to this place for many years and never tried it until today, and I regret that I didnt give it a try sooner. The food was tasty and well prepared with less sauce than some places, and I think that allowed the flavors of the ingredients to shine more.

The food is of high quality, but the portion sizes provided for the prices are not satisfactory. ( that’s to go). Additionally, it is unreasonable to be stingy with the sauces, especially when customers spend a significant amount of money. It is unfair to give them only one sauce . It is recommended to refrain from displaying greediness and unsettling looks when customers choose not to leave tips. Overall, the food is enjoyable.

This would be a good Valentines Day restaurant especially if you have a load of money because theres Tesla charging stations in the parking lot. I enjoy the atmosphere this karaoke I wish I would have participated in but I was too hungry to contribute. The food they could have been better but the atmosphere was amazing and also the service is great young man he seemed very focused and the owner was very focused its serving as I really enjoyed her company. Its good to go into a restaurant in the people are very warm and friendly towards you. The pad thai and their fried rice be unfortunately I didnt take pictures of but fortunately it was good. I think its hard for a Thai in big cities because theres so much competition everybodys making Thai food not only even taught. If you have a chance to check out a local store I think this place is going to be very popular because of the Tesla charging stations they were just ran to Tesla people walking in buying random Thai food I thought that was amusing. I know they enjoyed it.

I walked in close to 8p and there were around 4 parties and one that was leaving. It was quite dark in there and the tables were real close to each other as it is a small space. I can imagine how crowded it gets on busy days. Theres a tiny stage on the corner for karaoke on Fridays. I think the host told me it took place from 3p-9p.My order was to-go, and I had to place it in the back where the cash register is at. I had pad see ew with chicken and it was a decent portion for $13.95+tax (came out to ~$15.50). I liked how the server gave me 2 types of hot sauce/chiles. And the flavor was real good. My wait was about 7-10 mins even though they had about 3 people trickle in for pickup orders at that time, and only one server.I will def go back when Im around the area again and craving Thai food.

Love the food here! Best Thai food in Long Beach/Lakewood. Owner is a very sweet lady, and they have karaoke Fridays and Saturday nights.

Amazing food AND service. The orange chicken was amazing, and the larb wasn’t far behind. Coolest carafe of Thai tea too. Thank you!
