This place is very clean, and the service was good. I love their Pai Thai and Tom Kha Soup with coconut milk and shrimps. The flavors were perfectly balanced. They do came in a big portion for their dishes. This will be my go-to Thai restaurant in this area.

Took a risk and went for it here and we have NO regrets! The serving sizes were more than plenty, the service was great, and the food came out incredibly quick. We got two of the noodle options, the pineapple curry, and the pineapple fried rice! The noodles were AMAZING and the fried rice was almost creamy SOO GOOD. Probably wouldn’t get the pineapple curry again, but we’ll definitely come back next time we were in town!

We got the pineapple fried rice, angry chicken, and chicken satay (yes all chicken LOLL) my favorite was the fried rice as it was very flavorful and the satay was good. Angry was just typical veggies with chicken. This place was pretty good, with good service and being pretty clean. If you need your fix of Thai food, Id recommend you come here. There isnt anything mindblowing or life-changing about this place but that doesnt mean I wouldnt come again. The aromatics of the food were really good tho LOLL perhaps THAT was life-changing.

The ambiance is good. The staff are friendly and the service is good. Portion sizes are good. But the taste is not great. I tried chicken sauté and angry with chicken and vegetables. Sauté’s came with peanut sauce and cucumber onion sweet sauce. I felt peanut sauce made from peanut butter and lemon juice. The angry chicken dish is a total disappointment. Not flavorful. It is not spicy at all. It’s zero on the scale of 1-10. We had to ask for some spicy sauce. I was looking for authentic Thai spicy food. Definitely, this restaurant didnt win my heart

Super delicious food! On my top 3 Thai food places for sure. The five flavor chicken was super crispy yet saucy as well. The pad Thai had a mix of egg tofu and chicken which I loved. The satay chicken was my favorite 10/10 for perfectly cooked yet juicy. Their peanut sauce with it was so flavorful.

Food is tasty and well priced for the huge portions they give (we generally order a dish per person and have lots of leftovers for the next day.) Theyve got their own little parking lot as well and decent restaurant capacity size. Servers attentiveness really depends on how busy they are, which is reasonable.

Parking is a bit small, but the food is excellent 👌 the portions are huge with fair pricing. The service is also amazing. Skinny manager with glasses is very funny and provide very good service. The other lady server was also very friendly and provide excellent service. Overall I would come back multiple times including with families and friends.

New spot alert! Have to say this place is pretty darn good. The service during lunch was great. The food is really good and let me warn you, portions are huge! My group of three ordered a small soup, pad thai, beef curry and pork w/lemongrass. All were delish and I really wanted to eat more but man, I was stuffed. We took two full containers to-go and barely put a dent in one of the dishes. Definitely come here with the fam for full enjoyment so you can taste a little of everything.The restaurant has its own dedicated parking lot so it was easy to park, however getting in and out can be hard as there’s oncoming traffic in both directions.We will be back!

The food was fine but the serving sizes were very big. If you could not take it home (like is as we were traveling), it was wasteful. The atmosphere was interesting, with 3 large and bright TVs dominating the room. If you like what is on you will be fine.

This is their second location. Opened a few months ago...Welcome to Milpitas. The first one is in Campbell.Thaibodia Bistro is not a traditional Thai restaurant. Its more of a Thai, and Cambodian fusion along with traditional dishes as well. The portions are on the generous side, definitely bring an appetite. The staff is friendly and efficient. The venue had a lot of open space, especially in the middle. Im guessing they will fill it up with more seats once they start getting busier.Some delicious Southeast Asian eats:~ C5 - SALAW MACHU KTISS - 4.5/5A Cambodian style stew: sign me up! Love meself some Cambodian food. So many ingredients in here! Tasty, lots flavor...a good balance of everything. Not overpowering in any way. I did think the Chicken was a bit overcooked though.~ FIVE FLAVOR - 4/5This is more of an Asian fusion dish. So Orange...Slightly Sweet to start, but then the spices start to kick it. You can taste a variety of spices. While it gave me the spice sweats, it didnt linger and wasnt overly spicy. I ordered this dish Medium.~ GARLIC BUTTER - 4.5/5One of their Signature Chicken dishes. A lot going on here, its a hearty dish. I recommend a side, rice or noodles to compliment this one. Also make sour to eat it when its warm and crispy. This is one dish you cant let sit...unless youre a fan of soggy chicken.

I have been there twice for dinner with a friend & both times we had a bad experience. My friend was served chicken still with blood, i was served wrong order.I was a regular @ the Santa Clara branch & it was excellent for years till they closed. The servers @ Milipitas are young & always on their personal phones, they dont check on customers.I wont be returning to the Millipitas branch. Im going to try the Bascom branch where the Santa Clara staff moved to.

Went for an early lunch on a Thursday and was surprised to see quite a few tables filled. The place has a lovely ambience and is a great spot for a quiet food outing & casual dates.We ordered a shrimp cake for appetizer, pineapple fried rice with chicken, pad see ew with chicken, char karee kok with pork for entree. Service was nice and pretty fast and quantity is really good. All the food was tasty except for the pineapple fried rice which had a canned pineapple taste to it. I have tried their house style fried rice before and highly recommend it. I like it that they have lot of options and you can choose the type of protein that you want. Ended the lunch with their only option, mango sticky rice and it is the yummiest dessert!

I love this place!! Its so under-rated!! Everything Ive ordered from here has not disappointed. My favorites include the parmasean chicken; its crispy chicken, slices of red onion, slices of jalapeño, and lots of garlic 🤤 how can you go wrong. The B4 garlic butter chicken is fire, so much flavor!! The pineapple fried rice with shrimp and chicken is a must, and the soup with a coconut broth with seafood is amazing. Tonight I tried the spicy catfish #80 😋 it was delicious. Ill definitely order it again, and again, and again lol. Oh and the sauces top it off. I never finsh my food but thats okay I love leftovers from this place, the next day the food is extra spicy and flavorful. Staff is friendly, food is served fast and the price is a steal.

We ordered Pad Rad Hna and Ka-Ree Stir Fry on a Sunday for lunch. Portion size was huge for two. We could only finish one entree and took another as a to-go. It tasted so good and we were very satisfied on ordering a new dish and turning out to be so good. We did not expect it to be soupy, but to our surprise Pad Rad Hna was soupy good. There was only one waiter at the restaurant who was handling all the orders. Great service. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

I recently dined at this place and unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed with the food. The dishes I tried were incredibly bland and lacked any discernible flavor. It felt as though all the taste had been drained from the ingredients, leaving me underwhelmed and unsatisfied. However, I must commend the staff for their excellent service. The waitstaff was attentive, polite, and made an effort to ensure a pleasant dining experience. While the service was commendable, the lackluster food greatly impacted my overall impression of the restaurant.

Authentic Thai and Cambodia cuisine; one way to tell is the spice in picture; it is called Nam Pla Pric; one of my way to identify genuine Thai restaurant is to see whether they provide spice tray with Nam Pla; with it, it might be authentic; without, very likely it is not. Long store short, the food here is amazing. Tom Yum soup, basil eggplant; and Pad Kee Ew (wide, Thai noodle stir fried). Each dish costs about 15-20; reasonable and easy going family style place; highly recommended.

We got a lot of food for their 3 meals for $30 deal, and they all tasted decent and filled us up. Some people would love that deal. For me, it was too much food and I felt like I would be fat if I ate it regularly. There wasn’t a ton of chicken, but lots of rice, pineapple, cashews and it tasted good.I think a lot of people would like the deal so I’m rating it higher than I personally would give it because to me it’s too much food and not particularly amazing in any other way.

Went there when they opened and server/waitress was still mopping the floor. We were the first and only customers at 11 am so atmosphere was okay. We ordered salaw machew kreung beef and fish cakes. Fish cakes were a little over done, and soup was okay. The guy behind the counter with the glasses was attentive and nice, but our waitress could be more like him. I would definitely give this place another try mid day next time. There are more food on the menu I would like to try.

Getting the attention of my waitress may have taken a minute or two :) but I was checking out the menu and since this is my first time here I tried the papaya salad to gauge how my next experience might be. I asked without dried shrimp and they accommodated and the flavors are really great! Medium is just a good enough heat for me and the texture is nice and its refreshing. I dont know how else to describe it but bad and really weird? Had a funky scent (like bamboo shoots) but there werent any bamboo shoots. It was sopping wet and tasted nothing like pad Thai. No tamarind flavor, just an odd umami, funky taste. No amount of chili, peanuts or sambal could help. Because I like their papaya salad so much I am willing to go back to try something else. Ordered immediately courtesy efficient serving portion for pad thai were unbelievable. I ordered two shrimp and two chicken could feed 8 versus 4. Place clean and delightful inside. Will be back to dine in. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to serve your family and friends. Great Thai food. Eggpland basil is amazing with Shrimps, Beef or chicken. Tom Kha and Tom Yam soups are very good.Chicken satay well done and has a right amount of meat. In some places you can get thin slices but this place provides big chicken pieces.The only thing I would changes is the number of shrimps they put into dishes. Its usually 7 or 8 but Id like to see 10 at least. That shouldnt change cost much.

By far, one of my favorite restaurants in the South Bay. They used to be on El Camino in Santa Clara but now theyre in Campbell near Pruneyard and the new location on Main street in Milpitas. They have fusion Thai/Cambodian food that is so delicious but the garlic butter wings are THE BEST! They fry and pan toss with sweet onions, garlic, jalapenos and french fries. It is so frickin GOOD!!! Trust me, you have to try it if you eat at the restaurant. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Both of my experiences were pick up. If you call to order over the phone, make sure you know what you want because whoever is taking orders wont show a lot of patience. I would say they were even a somehow rude as I was making questions about the menu and my order.Food is ok. Most of what I ordered was good but the Pad Thai was a bit dry and was missing some of the peanut flavor usually brought by the sauce.

Online ordering was extremely easy and the food was ready for pickup right around when the notification alerted me to come. I only rate 2 starts because 1) the waitress (non-Asian look) was loud and a bit hostile. I arrived to order to go and she seems unhappy/unwelcoming, too loud when speaking (I wish I brought my ear plugs). A good option for vegetarians. The menu is fairly standard Thai cuisine, nothing fancy. Cambodian items are hit or miss for vegetarians. Amazing. I would give the food extra stars if I could. I had bamboo basil shrimp and loved. The sauce had just the right amount of bite, and I think the bamboo had been marinated. It was more like a mushroom but it was GOOD. The rice was light and fluffy and the ice water was *just* short of condensing on the glass. One quibble -- when I pay $2 for tea I dont expect a teabag. Something to keep in mind is, I have only had take out from here.The Hor Mok with the Rock fish is Fantastic!! I would recommend ordering a side of coconut rice with it.The Tom Jurd Woon sen was really good, we got it with the shrimp and it was good sized, juicy shrimp with delicious and savory broth.The silver noodle salad wasn’t my favorite because I ordered it with chicken and it was fishy…could have just been the dressing I didn’t like very much.I look forward to trying more on the menu!

The last time I ate here the server ( I think the manager) got in a fight with one of the cooks . It went on for over 20 mins, and escalated to them fighting in the kitchen. Everyone in the dining room could here. It took a violent turn when you heard stuff being broken and then screaming at each other. I figured I would give them another shot being they were my favorite Thai food ever. I tried to call in my order to pick up, but I was greeted with attitude. Extremely condescending. Very argumentative . So much for trying to support a local business in this time of need. This place is crossed off my list indefinitely.

This place has been my last resort for years now. The problem here is that the service is exceptionally poor and the food is just OK, not great at all. Ive actually eaten here and they refused to give me any utensils to eat the food with. I asked multiple times, and after waiting for about ten minutes with my food already cold, I just got up and grabbed it myself from the wait station. Ive never eaten anywhere around this area that had service that was this bad, I honestly dont know how they stay in business.

I am always surprise that not many people know about it or visit this place for dinner. I love the ambiance and the seating. Great place to sit and chat with someone you come with and watch game if with friends in a corner. Small restaurant but big menu. Real big and good options.I have always started with chicken satay with peanut sauce. Try it and you may end having everytime like me. Next i usually get chicken dish or prawns/shrimp.I prefer to order by menu number so my fav is 76 (garlic), 77(cashew nut) with chicken mostly and rice. I tried bbq chicken B1 once and felt ok about it. I think will stick to thai on main course.The garlic wings and lemon pepper is 1 time try. Dont miss roti. How could i not talk about roti all time :DThis is a great place to try thai in this neighborhood other than the dusita thai.

Waitress didnt give us menus. She said let me have this and pulled a plate from under the menu I was reading, rather than walking round the table to get the spare one. When I tried to order a hefeweizen, she turned to face the taps and muttered something behind the menus. When asked to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes and said she only had IPA. My wife asked if she had any Qingdao. She said shed check, but went away to tap repeatedly into the register, taking the menus, with all the other drink choices, away. We gave her five minutes, but she didnt come back. We left, for the Burmese restaurant right next door - good food with good service. Ive loved hundreds of Thai meals at tens of Thai restaurants on three continents but Ive never experienced service like this. Sign in the window reads help wanted. Clearly more of a cri de cœur than Id originally assumed.

Ordered roti and larb. i have to day both let me down. as someone whos lived in SE asia for years, the roti dip is nothing special--its essentially satay sauce. the roti itself is not stretchy enough. as with larb, the dish is simple, and it all boils down to how the taste comes together from balancing the spices. in this instance the dish failed at doing that (too much fish sauce and salt, and the onion should be replaced with green onion, which isnt as stingy).
