Yummy YELLOW CURRY and Shrimp! I got the Lunch Special..Im very picky... was SO delicious!!... I didnt take photo till after I ate some, lol.. the salad was fresh and delicious too! I will definitely be back!!

Just stopped in for my 1st time and had lunch with a friend. The restaurant has plenty of seating and many booths, super clean. The staff are real nice and the food is good. I order L9 which is Veggies with Rice & Salad. The portions are definitely going to fill you up. Enjoyed this visit and will be back!

Hands down, this is the best thai food in Modesto! Its fresh and flavorful and the people that work there are kind and attentive. Also, the decor is pretty. Finding parking can be challenging, but this is still our new favorite restaurant.

I really liked the decor of this restaurant. It was very clean, and the service was very good! I had the salmon rad prig, and it was perfect! Perfectly steamed white rice as well! My husband had beef curry, and he said it tasted very good. The fresh spring rolls we started with were so yummy! Then Thai ice tea as an after dinner sweet treat...Delicious! It was our first time there, and we plan to go back, often!

The food is so flavorful and delicious... you will not be disappointed. The restaurant was full in the middle of the week and even then, the staff was very attentive and friendly. Constant refills on water, food came out fast and made to order. I enjoy the Pad Grapao and Pad Thai hot (very spicy) and the Thai iced tea.

At the heart of downtown Modesto. This Thai restaurant offers great food. I tried their House pad thai and veggies egg rolls. The portion size was large and I hardly finished it by myself. The taste was authentic. The pad thai had shrimp, tofu and chicken. You can ask them to make it spicy or not. Its only open for take out now, I would definitely be looking forward for them to open the indoors so I can experience the indoor dining. The employees are nice. Definitely recommend for some authentic Thai food.

Great place for lunch if you work near downtown Modesto. The service is always fast and the lunch special prices are even better! The food was very fresh and full of flavor. Always look forward to coming here for lunch. It can get busy so I recommend coming a little early.

We biked downtown to buy tickets for Madame Butterfly this weekend and stopped here for lunch. I had my usual Thai choice of Pad Thai, though this time with scallops and my husband had General Tsao chicken. Both dishes were excellent and not at all spicy. Each came with a small salad with a tasty honey mustard dressing. Next time Ill try to be more adventuresome and try something new.

I love this restaurant! I’m vegetarian and gluten free and they have great meatless options. The curries taste great and the rice dishes are on point. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. They changed owners but the service is still the best. Just make sure you check your to-go order before you leave.

My favorite Thai food place! Friendly staff who can help you with choices and options. Excellent fresh flavors and a wide variety of dishes both Thai and some Chinese. They have excellent vegetarian options along with good meat and fish dishes as well. I recommend the lunch specials. Great place for dinner before going to Gallo - just a block away.

This was my first dive into authentic Thai food instead of a place that happens to have Thai food just for context. From the appetizers to the service my experience was fantastic. The food was very clean and had great flavor. My favorite had to be the Green Curry with chicken I wanted to lick the bowl. My water was never empty and it was a nice atmosphere to be in. Thailand Restaurant will see me again and I cant wait to try more dishes!

Food is ALWAYS good!Update: Wont be going back, they let a lady have her dog walking through the restaurant while she waited for her order. The dog was going in and around patrons who were eating. If this is permitted then whats going on in the kitchen. I like dogs but there is a place for them.

We had spring rolls, chicken satay and Thai noodle soup with shrimp and beef. My daughter is a picky eater and she ate EVERYTHING with such gusto. The satay was actually dripping with juiciness. It wasn’t dry at all. Furthermore, the peanut sauce was so well balanced. Fish sauce is sometimes used quite heavily in Thai food; but, you won’t experience that here. My only complaint were the few flies buzzing around and we weren’t offered the assortment of chilies that you usually find at the table. I guess you have to request it.

Good place. Nice environment. I think the meat plates looks like vegetable plate with a little bit of meat. I found my cup had lipstick 💄 they changed it with the wrong drink. Not sure how is the cleaning process for them, but someone was explaining me they have a dishwasher with hot water, but please scrub the dishes or look at them before use them. Tip was a half for that mistake. Good was ok and service good prices are*** each person $30 in average

This is my go to spot for Thai food in Modesto. I think they have the best pad Thai in Modesto and the service has always been great. The waiters are also attentive, they keep my water full, and the cooks bring out the food quickly. Its also always very clean and its kept cool. I recommend this place!

Food is freshly made. Its great and the flavors are there but its not authentic enough for me. I would give the food rating 3.5. There are traditional varieties to select from the menu. I have to say that its probably one of the cleanest Thai restaurant that Ive been to. Cleanliness is always a plus! Customer service was also great. For that reason I gave it a 5.

Thailand has the same menu as Tasty Thai. My favorite dishes are Pad Prig Khing and Pineapple Fried Rice. The food is really delicious. they add coconut milk to several pastes and curries which I really like. It moderated the heat of the spices and brings all the flavors out. I have always had a good experience. consistently great taste.

I ordered the general tsos chicken because Ive been desperately seeking a restaurant that does it to my standards. Im incredibly picky about the way chicken looks and feels so my search has been hard until now. For ONCE in Modesto I found a place where I could eat every piece of it and not feel freaked out. Free street parking readily available.Ordered beef salad & panang curry which came with white rice plus a diet pepsi which was served by the can but with free refills. The beef salad was served with a bed of green lettuce, red & green onions, cilantro, shredded carrot topped with beef, spices & dressing. It was very good & definitely checked the spicy box as requested.The panang curry I had with chicken, also spicy, which I ate on a bed of white rice. It was excellent.Fair warning, when you ask for spicy here, be prepared as they heed your request. I am still wiping sweat from my brow and have a runny nose.How much for all this? My favorite thai restaurant in Modesto. Theres great service, the food is amazing, and the location is super convenient. My favorite dish here is the Pad Thai, the portion size is super generous and super affordable. The curry here and stir fry dishes are also amazing. I love mangoes too, so I definitely recommend the mango sticky rice.Warning though, try not to come here on a Friday during lunch. It will be packed and it will probably take you around 30 minutes to get a seat and another 30-40 minutes to get your food. But besides then, any other time during the week there arent as many people.

Years ago before the current owners took over, we had gone and it was bad - like we ate, left and never came back bad.Glad we went there after an article in the local newspaper.The food was delicious. We started with spring rolls (your choice of meat) and they had chicken meat to choose from! Yay! The other places in town do not have chicken spring rolls with this tummy peanut sauce.We ordered 3 entrees : Pad Thai noodles, Pad Eggplant and Pla Muk Pad Ped.The flavors on all three dishes were very good - so good we already made up our minds, that his was our go to Thai place in town now.And if you like steamed white rice... its free with the entree! Rejoice! Tell everyone.I later found out the owners were former employees at another Thai restaurant in town which happened to be one of our other spots to eat Thai.We will be going back to Thailand restaurant in downtown to taste other dishes.

I love the food, however I would have given a higher rating because of this simple fact. And I mean fact because I wanted to make sure it wasnt just once or twice. The thing I dont like about Thailand restaurant is that they skimp out on the shrimp, like big time, I can count the number of shrimp in a plate that I or a friend can get. Even when we order extra shrimp, its like maybe 1 or 3 more as opposed to the original 4. When theyre charging you more for shrimp and even more for extra, I do expect to have shrimp in at least every other fork/spoon full, not save them for later because thats why I do hahaha. If they can fix that then theyd be golden. The food is great and love the spicyness. But fix the shrimp problem and well be good.

This was the first dining experience my husband and I had upon living in Modesto. It has been our most consistently repeated option to go out to! We love the atmosphere, service, and variety of Thai food here. We LOVE the tom yum soup (get it Thai style), and their shrimp spring rolls are the best I’ve had. The pad see ew, pad kee mao, and pad woon sen are all outstanding The pumpkin and green curries are my favorite. The spice is just right on every dish.
