This place is run by a guy who used to own the Pho place in Gilroy until he retired and i am so happy he came back to serving his food and a lot closer to me!!!! Yey! they serve really delicious beef noodles which i love! But everything in their menu is delicious and comforting.

Very friendly very fresh and good food at a good price. Good comfort food. Great for cold weather. The owners are super friendly. Come and check it out you wont be disappointed.

We order beef stew, the dish was ok, the carrots inside my plate wasn’t fresh cooked, it was frozen cooked.. you can see it obviously.. I would not come next time..

Love this guys pho when he had a restaurant at Gilroy (Pho Ann) and seeing that same menu again brought back old memories of mi bo kho. Slurping them noodles had my tastebuds tearing for joy and took me back in 2005. Thank you for bringing this menu close to home. I will try to visit you as much as we can.

Food was excellent. Pho and other dish I ordered. The honeydew Boba drink was awesome. Owners are friendly. Restaurant is clean. Great restaurant in Salinas.

I ordered over the phone. Said 20 minutes wait. I showed up on 20 minutes to say it would be another 10-15 minutes. I wait 20 more minutes and still not ready. Took a total of 55 minutes to get my food. The food was good but small portion for the Large PHO expect a long wait.

I walked in to a very clean and comfortable and good essence in the air. I was quickly sat down and attended very quickly also. Great and helpful customer service at all times we were asked if anything else was needed to make our meal more enticing. The amount of food was a healthy serving so no complaints there left a happy camper. A great spot to eat I totally will visit them again.

They lagged on meats but man they made up in flavor. This is possibly the best one out here so far in Salinas, Ca. Flavor is great price is on point and they have a variety of options to pick from, from a menu that u can understand. Decor good handicap access great. Parking available and can fit a big party. The lady is so nice and there customer service is great. I love that she pushes the appetizer. Thats right mam go get it. Will come again for sure when i travel by.

My family and I eat from here very often; excellent food and service. We recommend the thin slice steak beef, chicken, and seafood pho. The shrimp and pork vermicelli noodles, as well as the fresh spring rolls, are also yummy. All reasonably priced.

Very good pho... fresh and very tasty broth. The Korean short ribs are good as well but the fried chicken appetizer is a stand out. One of the best friend chicken dishes Ive had. Very friendly owners ... definitely the best in town right now by far.

I usually love coming here for to-go, but today I was very disappointed. I accidentally ordered #1 but I wasnt wearing my glasses, and quickly told the lady I actually meant that I wanted to order #7 within less than a minute. The lady ignored me and threw a fit, turned to finish making someones drink while yelling, and making her drink with so much anger. Throwing ice in the blender, etc. I was standing there in shock and while she finally let me pay she started to press the numbers on her calculator while yelling once again. They only had 3 tables, so I dont think it was necessary of her to be stressed or take it out on me. I thought i mightve been overexaggerating but her face said otherwise. I dont think Ill be coming anytime soon and I am saddened to have felt so uncomfortable for simply ordering the wrong thing.Dont get me wrong, the other times Ive came here her other coworkers are always nice.

I didnt want to leave a bad review because Im sure the food is great, but heads up after speaking with someone who works there, this is not a gluten-free friendly restaurant. Staff does not seem to be knowledgeable about gluten, so if youre allergic I suggest eating elsewhere.

Friday, May 17, 2019Location:1940 N Main St, Salinas, CA 93906PARKING:Plenty of free parking.ADA:ADA parking at front door.Looks like nearly all tables are wheelchair accessible.BATHROOMS:Bathrooms are clean.No foul odors.FOOD:Menu is quite complete.This is a Viet Namese Restaurant.Dont expect to find other Asian items on the menu.The food looks and tastes like the food served to me in Viet Nam.Portions are ample.Youll not walk away hungry.Unless you are a glutton.Prices are reasonable.This is a great place to lunch or enjoy a casual dinner with your Sweetheart.Nothing formal here.T-shirt, shorts and sandals are welcome here.Staff is pleasant.They understand and speak English well.However, theyve an Asian ear for language.In my case, the waitress misunderstood white rice for fried rice.Ill return, and recommend this restaurant to my beautiful Sleeping Beauty.

I feel the food is a bit too weak on traditional Vietnamese flavors. This is understandable since very few of their customers are Vietnamese. Otherwise, its a good place to have reasonably priced, Americanized Vietnamese food.
