Love this place. I hang out here a lot cuz it has that kind of vibe. Lots of good food choices. The Pint & Bottle is a great bar and Love the vast variety of beers they have on tap. I also discovered Belini a delicious Proseco with Peach liquor...yummm
Great place to eat... Scratch Burgers Ahi Burger was delicious, will return again.

I enjoy walking in, its welcoming and theres lots of food options. Besides the food theres a jewelry store inside. The hall is kept clean despite the traffic. It is loud so if youre looking for a quite spot this might not be best. Their outdoor sitting is pet friendly. I usually come here for the ice cream at Afters or egg sandwiches at Don Waffly. Stop by and try.
Its a food court so it was cool to have different options but the food was just ok.
Pho was delicious as always! Surprised how empty the food court was and the restaurants that are no longer there.
Nice vibe overall but that korean restaurant took 30 minutes too get my Kalbi Poutine which was a hot mess of greasy salty heartburn.
A food court worth a moderate commute. High quality food in a broad set of options. Something for everyone. It feels safe in terms of covid precautions - its large and airy inside and there is outside seating available (as well as indoor).

Best food court I’ve been to, beer, coffee, pizza, hot chicken, etc. Parking can be tricky but I recommend it.
There were several good choices for a quick lunch. It was not crowded. People can also enjoy a coffee or at another place beer. I recommend checking it out.

Went to the new Pizza Man Dans- was not impressed with the automated ordering or the automated drink dispensing. My bloody mary was undrinkable and the girl that was working there didnt seem too knowledgeable so I didnt even bother with her. My husbands fuzzy navel seed to come out of a machine and was not very good either. We wont be going back.
I love this place. Its technically a food court but it doesnt at all feel like your regular food court. tons of food, great interior designs. I love sitting in the tiny wall booths and watching people pass, but the large sitting steps on the other side is also very comfy to chill for a while. there are also plenty of conventional table/chair set ups and most of the food booths have places to sit as well. the little shops are neat and add tot he eclectic atmosphere.Also free WiFi! woo!
Very good food mall like place. Silver lake ramen is one of the restaurants in the food hall. The ramen is very good I recommend the classic ramen with tofu. The ramen is very rich and the broth is kinda creamy which is very good and the noodles are also very good. I recommend going here
Great meet-up place that offers a variety of food options, indoor and outdoor seating, and restrooms. Currently there is ramen, fried chicken, Mexican, Vietnamese, ice cream, etc. Plenty of free parking
A great selection of small restaurants. The main thing to keep in mind is the setting that everything is in. The collection is a very nice high end shopping center, so the place is very upscale. It costs a pretty penny to have a spot, so expect there to be an increased price tag compared to what you may be used to. Think of it as a convenience fee for having this bunch of great food joints all in the same building.
Really cool communal food court. Has several different options and various flavors of different cultures and types of food -- as well as art-decor stylized dining areas. Theres plenty of seating, including some unconventional spots (like sitting on a 20 sided metal chair).This is a great place to go in a group, because each person can order food from a different locations within the annex, and enjoy their prefered meals together without leaving the building.
We come almost everyday! Its a great place to hang around with your friends or family even business meetings! The environment makes you feel home, when I came for the first time I was looking for the wow factor and It totally did! Is one of the best places to come In Oxnard! We love this place and we are gonna keep coming here!
This is such an exciting addition to the Collection! It is a food court with various local and amazing businesses. We talked a lot with the jewelry guy, he repairs, makes, and sells jewelry--- definitely recommend. There is awesome Korean sausage. There is authentic Mexican food. The Pho and ceviche bar was a great yummy and healthy option. We also tried Scratch, which were some of the best sandwiches and pie. Cant wait for the rest of the stores to open!
If you are looking for good food, look no further. The Annex has a variety of foods and desserts offered by Afters Ice Cream and Don Waffly along with some beers from Bottle & Pint. I highly recommend you try it and then go shopping at The Collection.
Silverlake Ramen was really really good - broth flavor, (out of spinach the day I was there), bamboo shoots, nori, green onion and the pork served was a nice slice of pork belly not traditional char shu - tender and good flavor, and extra noodles of course.Fast service considering the long line, I only waited 10 minutes for my lunch.
I loved it! I almost forgot I was in Oxnard while gazing about in here. I couldnt keep my head from turning in all directions because as soon as you take a step inside theres so much to see! This place is a super high end food court which makes it a bit pricey; however, all in all I think it is well worth it and I am really glad to have The Annex here in Oxnard.

There is so many options at this trendy food court, from Mexican food and their micheladas, a cute brewery, pho and ice cream. This place is amazing. Nightly recommend if you are in the area for a quick meal, snack, drink
The new Silverlake Ramen location in Riverpark was delicious! The man at the register was cheereful and helpful, the service overall was good. I ordered The Blaze, a spicy pork ramen. Their level 2 spicyness was not overpowering and the balance of flavors, broth, meat, egg, onions, worked very well.

Prices are too high and food is not very tasty. Best food they have there is el tapatío. Others places are good like Vietnamese food but prices are high, dont go to the ceviche place you will be disappointed, worst ceviche Ive ever had. Best thing must bee Boba drinks and the afters ice cream. Nice for just walking around and grabbing a snack but I would eat at restaurants that are outside by the theater or around the collection.
Such a great place to get food! I got Silverlake, the Ramen spot, and I really enjoyed it. Havent tried everything else but everything looked good.
Every place in here has Good food I like the pho and the Ramen especially. burning mouth chicken is really good too but I hate their ranch!
Overall, this place was great. Its super casual. Great place to hang out. A good amount of variety. You can sit inside or out. I just hope they can continue to keep the shops open and maintain the variety.
The annex is a pretty sweet hangout spot. The store can be a little pricey and phone service isnt good in the area for some reason. They need to fix this issue. Its not easy to delivery jobs when your phone doesnt have service.
Its nice if you are with a group of people and everyone wants something different, you do get ehat you pay for so dont expect much other than variety lol
Tried the Tapatio place here and was disappointed. Over priced and lower quality and lower quantity than the regular ones. Ill stick to the Camarillo one. I get more for my buck there. I havent tried most of the shops there but looks pricey.

So I went into the annex I absolutely didn’t have a problem with the place but the reasoning behind my low rating for this place is because of the Pho restaurant. One of their employees went into the restroom, while I was in ther changing my daughter diaper, and when she walked out, she didn’t do the one thing that no matter what EVERYONE should do, she didn’t want wash her hands, definetly never eating at pho, it might have a clean appearance and everything but if one employee doesn’t wash her hands what can guarantee me that any of them do, and they handle food.
Some great food spots here and it is dog friendly! Be sure to try The Blend, Burning Mouth, and Afters Ice Cream.
Go to spot for pho and ramen. My daughter loves the pink drink at blended. Will review more once I tried the other spots in the annex

There’s nothing there, there’s a couple chains inside and beer place. Trying too hard to be a public market and failed miserably. If Oxnard had revitalized their downtown area with the same concept it would have been better.
Fun, different types of food
Not a beer drinker but I love Bottle & Pint. The bartender suggested something that I may like and I did. Recommend it to anyone who is looking for something different in a beer.

Yes, it is a rip off of The Packing District in OC. But you know what, its a concentrated place of Oxnards best and LAs favorite food stops. So check it out and enjoy Oxnard culture.

2023-10-14 19:50:07We have tried practically everything in the annex and can honestly say that it is all good. From the pasta, pizza, deliciously made coffee and smoothies, chicken, adult beverages, ramen and so much more! Great environment to bring friends and have a great time although the music can be a little loud sometimes. Once youre done eating go and grab some ice cream and complete the day with a smile.

I liked pytaya bowl and pytaya smoothy. I went back for more. I want to try pancakes next time. Love Pho has several locations, and this place is clean and cute. I thought the decorations were smart. The servers were pretty good. The After Ice Cream was a nice touch after the meal, but the wait was too long...

Goodbye and for my favorite place is this little coffee shop that has Phenomenal Coffee. Some of the best Ive ever had. Plenty of places to Sit Either Inside or Out. If youre in the Collection definitely check it out.
