First time at this shop. Delicious bagels! I had never tried a bialy bagel before and did so today. It was full of flavor and texture. I ordered it with an “American omelette”. Staff are super friendly and professional. I will definitely stop by this little gem again. Thank you Bagel Factory!

It was my first time going here. I was really excited so I ordered three bagels, blueberry bagel w strawberry cream cheese, raisin, and Spanish omelet bagel with soup. Felt very rushed at ordering to and I understand there were a lot of customers but they need to be better at taking order. I finished paying and got into my car and reached over to my bagels only realizing there was only two. Drove 20 mins back to the bagel factory and told the lady in the counter that she forgot my strawberry bagel and the old lady said quote on quote “She replaced my strawberry cream cheese bagel to Spanish omelet bagel” I was expecting her to say sorry about that we will quickly make you a strawberry cream cheese bagel but she was arguing with me and being rude. I never got to eat my blueberry bagel w strawberry cream cheese :(. Not really satisfied by the customer service…

Dont understand the high reviews here. Bagels are below average, though there are no good bagels in South Bay so cant complain too much. Eggs were microwaved and flavorless on the breakfast sandwich.

First time, last time! Bagels were hard and very messy. I ordered an American omelet and it was way more cream cheese then actual egg, spanish and mushrooms. If you want to eat nothing but cream cheese on your bagel then this place is for you. Minus the hard bagels that tasted old!! Never again!!

On June 23rd I took my Son Oliver to The Best Bagel place 🥯 in the world 🌍 and all types of yummy and wild flavors from homemade muffins to homemade cream chesse strawberry 🍓 to 🌶Jalapeño flavor to much more . Great to find a south bay outlet of this west LA staple. Down to earth bagel shop, very authentic, not flashy. Ive eaten at the one up in LA dozens of times and everything is very good. I love the lox cream cheese they make here.

Love the bagels, particularly the Jalepeno ones which have plenty of flavour. Best time to go is early in the morning when they are at their freshest. I personally enjoy them without the cream cheese because its always overloaded and you end up not tasting the bagel itself.

I absolutely love their bagels. This place is great to hit up before work or during lunch. They have whatever bagel youre looking for fresh baked in the back. The sandwiches are great, choose your bagel and get the vegetable, portobello or the whitefish. Cant go wrong with any of those. My wife always gets the omelettes, they have 3 different kinds to choose from.

Ive been coming here for many years since I was a teenager.. They changed locations not far from their first original place... Tasty fresh from the oven bagels, my favorite the garlic bagel 🥯 there is more to choose from, just check your choices on the menu.If you love fresh bagels with cream cheese, this is your place to go..Try them any way you like, Coffee and tea 🍵 are good. There are also small takeout salads and 3 or more different soups to choose from depending on what day of the week . Barley soup, tortilla soup, potatoes and leak soup, etc.Parking is free and very accessible. Torrance location!The best in all South Bay!!!

Best Fresh Bagels in Torrance. Staff is always helpful in suggestions and quick to prepare the Sandwich to your liking. Daily soup varieties change quite a bit but thats a good thing.

This place is consistently excellent. Good bagels of course but the staff are also friendly and efficient. It definitely has more of a neighborhood bagel shop feel than some of the bigger chains. Good coffee as well!

I dont know of another place that you can walk in and see them boiling the bagels right there. Best bagels in the South Bay and the workers are awesome. Its become a regular part of our Saturday morning routine.

Cream cheese whipped, bagels fresh. Got half a dozen bagels (plain and blueberry), an 8 oz tub of cream cheese, a western omelette on. Bagel, and a cheese omelette on a bagel. For 21 bucks. The eggs cooked via microwave so it gets real fluffy. The cheese had a nice stretch to it. Wana come back to try the lox bagels. They had other flavor bagels to try too, like everything bagel, onion bagel, and multiple flavors of cream cheese. So I didnt get a picture of the food because we were very hungry but its pretty IG worthy.

Reminds me of a small cafeteria in a old office building with extremely limited selection of premade sandwiches. They do have a wide variety of bagel offerings but I am certain that they are not made onsite. Its location is not a good fit for it as it feels out of place. I had one 9fnthe bagel sandwiches and it was underwhelming and lacked several of the items that were described to be on it. I had taken the sandwich to go, so didnt bother going back or calling to inform them of the issue. I doubt that I will venture back in there again.
