Great space, full of entertainment with a positive vibe! The little bar with a small selection of food/snack is a plus. Highly recommended especially during the weekend! There is a Sunday Farmers market here as well. Definitely check this place out! There are several good restaurants around it as well.

Really fun place. Lots of tables. Large grass area for picnics or kids to run around. They have misters to keep you cool. They sell beer, wine and white clawsFor snacks They have nachos and popcorn. No fee to get in and we saw a great band. Lots of dancing going on.

It was a pleasure to go to a drive-in movie. I hadnt been to one in a long time. Clean and well structured. Friendly and helpful staff.2/19/22 - Attended a music night for the first time in the barn. Great vibes, with lots of people dancing. The music was a bit loud, but it was a good time.Concessions are good and include beer and wine selections. $6 and $8.

Our first time in the barn, we were having a great time watching the band. People were dancing and they stopped the music and said we had to sit down. Everyone was spaced out and respectful of the covid rules. Then at an hour and 11 minutes into the set they shut down everything saying there were too many people. Then why did they let that many people in? Left disappointed. Great potential for this place.

We LOVED it!I had the Beet Salad and my adult daughter had the Korean chicken. We were both very happy with our choices and will be back to try other menu items♥️.(The Korean Chicken is a sandwich. It is listed under sandwiches but somehow we both missed that and were surprised that it was a sandwich! Our bad! It was really good. A little spicy for me but Im a super wimp on spicy food! She loved it)We ate outside and were very comfortable. The service was GREAT👍.They have a great looking beer menu but we were having a quick lunch then picking up kids so no beer.I suggest you give this place a try. You are going to love it!

Events at the Barn are wonderful! We really enjoy the live music and Fork in the Road events. Its so nice to have something to look forward to all week, that my whole family can attend together (toddler included). We always have such a nice time getting outside and feeling the love of our local community. Lovely experience all-around! This is such an amazing addition to Chico!

This place was awesome. I went back in late 20202. One gripe I did have was the popcorn, wasnt exactly movie theater style, and it wasnt hot or remotely warm, but yknow what?This place gets 5 stars or more from me.Clean and tidy property.Bathrooms are clean and well stocked with heating and air conditioning.Staff are friendly, and the customers dont break the rules and ruin the experience. (Which wouldnt effect my rating anyways).I had an AMAZING time, and will be back again.

My friend told me about this place and we went last night. What a fun place, very relaxed. Everyone was dancing and singing along with the band. It was so nice to hear live music again. Kids and dogs are welcomed too. I will tell my friends and I will be back. Thank you for creating this fun place.

Such a great experience! Talk about bringing back childhood nostalgia. Set up is great. The barn is beautiful. Confession stand is cute and they have a nice selection of beer, wine, and snacks. They have 3 nice permanent bathrooms and two porter potties avilable. Youll want to get there early if you are backing in so you can chose your spot. Just what Chico needs.

It was our first time there. We like Kyle. Although the barn has a beautiful grass area for kids to play on at least two families of young kids, allowed 5-6 kids to run, take food off tables of others, throw objects constantly and run all around the adults on the cement trying to listen to Kyle. I watched as my daughter was almost hot twice by flying objects an elderly man almost fell because of the wild kids and one mans food was almost hijacked by an in watched kid. I had hoped for a relaxing time.

Great Drive In theater. I cant wait till they build up enough business to get new releases. In the meantime the nostalgic films are perfect. Having an intermission in the middle is perfect, it allows you to run to the bathroom and get concessions without missing any of the movie. And if you have 3 or more people its cheaper than going to the theater.

Kudos to the ENTIRE staff at Merriam Park Drive Inn in Chico!I had a concern and the person at the gate took me seriously! She really listenend and said she would pass on my concern.All the Security Guards were helpful and nice and the concessions person was very nice and polite.Seeing Grease tonight but we will be back ALL SUMMER!Thanks for a GREAT experience!

I love this venue. The barn itself is historic and has a story all its own. Wish they would continue the drive in. That has been the best thing in Chico in the last 1 1/2 years.

The music choice was controversial at best. Not appropriate for what should be a family environment. Songs featuring the n word should be featured in family friendly areas or environment be aware families.
