Such a cute interior with lots of amazing vegan options. My girlfriend and I ordered very well, to the extent that my girlfriend’s dad (non vegan) enjoyed bites from each dish. We got the chips & caviar, calamari mushroom, and the gnocchi pasta dish. All very delicious and CUTE as were the drinks. Cute is a big draw for me and this place succeeded.

Went here on a Thursday, late afternoon, for happy hour. The cocktails were delicous, so was the food. The plates are big enough to satisfy my husband :). We had a place on the terrace which was super nice with all the plants, super cozy. Well come back for sure. Wanna try the pizza :)

Food and atmosphere are great but I’ve been both the NY and LA locations and the NY is far superior. I went into this location craving the mochi pancakes and they weren’t on the menu. My wife also wanted to order two dishes and they were both out of stock for the day. So a lot of missing items from the menu and that was disappointing. I tried to order the mud water and they were also out.The buckwheat pancakes Gf are good but not as good as the mochi pancakes. The coconut yogurt was very good. Tofu scramble and avocado toast were meh, ok but nothing special.

I thought I took a bunch of photos when I came here, but I must have been too excited 🥲 I’ve been to the Butcher’s Daughter in Venice, which love its cozy vibe and have been a fan of the restaurant for some time, especially the amazing coffee & delicious vegan-friendly dishes. I’ve only gone for brunch, so I can’t speak for their lunch and dinner menu. This location in West Hollywood is a much different vibe… SO SO CUTE & bright and trendy. I always order a coffee or almond milk latte, the pancakes (definitely get this and share!) and a savory dish, usually the breakfast sandwich. What I also love is that they allow reservations, which is a huge plus, especially in LA. This spot is great for a small brunch date with a friend or even a brunch of friends (get it? 🤣) and get your mimosas on 🥂🍾🍊

I had the truffle egg toast and it was AMAZING. Love the contrast between the velvety texture of the crème fraîche with the slight crunchiness of the sourdough toast. I only removed a star from the service part because of how long it took to get our food. However, based on the majority of reviews, that doesnt seem to be the norm, so I didnt feel I should remove a whole star on the overall rating for that. Plus our server, the bartender, and our host were all very nice! I like that theyre dog friendly and even offer dogs treats for your furry friend. Cant wait to come back next vacay!

Visited in the morning and ordered off their daytime menu. The food was pretty good, a solid 4/5. However, our server seemed unprofessional and had a nasty attitude that ruined our whole meal. He wasn’t friendly and seemed actively disdainful. Wouldn’t come back

Gorgeous ambiance, excellent food. A complete vegetarian restaurant. We got their mushroom calamari and tacos. Absolutely delicious. Also got their rose latte - had the aroma of fresh coffee. Definitely worth a visit.

Stunning ambience and great brunch selection. If you go between 9-12 in the morning, you can try the breakfast buffet for $28! Our favorite was the yuba chicken and waffles and the bagel and lox toppings :) there was no wait at 10:30 but it filled up soon after we got there

We came here for the buffet breakfast club and we were pretty disappointed. The options were extremely limited. I liked the frittata and the waffle.I love the other locations and the idea of a buffet but they still have quite a few things to fix. For example, have enough drink menus, have cards with description of the ingredients and description of all (!!!) dishes, have more options, spread out the dishes so that not all customers are in one spot especially as it seems like the staff is constantly bringing refills or simply holding up the queue.

Went here for a NYE dinner, they had live music and the ambience was great. My friends and I can’t stop talking about the violet tiramisu 2 weeks later. Our server was very friendly and helpful with wine pairing. Definitely will be back!

This place was spectacular! I can not gush about this place more! The service was absolutely top notch. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. It is a must. I went for the weekly 9am-12pm brunch for $23 per person and ordered the cardamom and Rose latte, OMGoodness I took a photo but you can’t taste a photo, so go already.

An inspired restaurant concept. Very creative menu with delicious and surprising dishes. Great ambience, attentive service. Definitely on the pricier side—you’re paying for the experience, not just the food. The interior is warm and welcoming. There’s plenty of seating with a bar in the middle. Has Wi-Fi, saw some people working here mid-day. The passionfruit juice was lovely, if overpriced. I was recommended the Baja “fish”tacos (not fish, everything here is vegan/vegetarian) by multiple people so I decided to try it. It was super unique and very tasty! I just wish I lightened up on the lime wedges and the sauce before my first bite so I could better taste the flavors. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The Butcher’s Daughter has just opened its door to West Hollywood! It is the 5th location overall! 2nd location to open in Los Angeles! It’s a 100 percent vegetarian cafe/restaurant. If you’re looking for vegan and gluten free options they have that as well!Interior is amazing, it’s jade and bronze scheme gives it a luxury first date and daytime group vibes! Service was amazing our server definitely knew a lot about each dish, which sold us! Food was delicious to eat bite!Here were our favorites that I definitely recommend!The Yuba Sandwich is which their take on fried chicken sandwich! It’s made with tofu curds! And you wouldn’t have never guessed it’s one of my top faves so far in the sandwich category!Sun ravioli a must for sharing and light dinner dish!Corn rib-lets to start off and share with the table,Honestly could have these by itself! I think this spot is delicious and have to disagree with Lea. I mean how many options did you want? I counted more than 20, which I think you’re confusing food options with Tinder swiping (which is not fun). I like the vibe, and it’s very much what you would expect from a cafe in Weho with no meat. Just the meet you do with a friend, or make a new one, with the daughter of the butcher? I don’t know her, but I’m guessing she’s a cut above.

Very overcooked eggs and the biscuit was raw in our Country Breakfast. The waitresses had an attitude, somewhat disguised with fake smiles - they looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. The manager was apologetic and took care of the check, which was appreciated, though we unfortunately won’t be returning. Totally understand that mistakes happen, but our impression of the overall service left a bitter taste in our mouth.

IDK how he came up with the recipe for the Baja Fish Tacos but they are some of the some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had, they taste like it actually fish tacos maybe even better. I still can’t believe it’s not fish and that it’s actually banana flower, who would’ve thought such a thing could exist? But it works and it’s damn good. Also the So Refreshing cocktail is exactly as it’s name entails, it’s so refreshing. It’s a melon forward margarita with a salt and chipotle rim that pair nicely with my tacos.

I traveled far, with kids, for a much appraised VEGAN brunch.It was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a long long time.The actual brunch buffet was very very small: 2 types of mini juices, 2 types of vegan mini-scones; one vegan bread; and olives…That’s it.The bread and olives were truly the highlight of this meal.We’ve added the mini donut stack (4 mini donuts. They were hard, dense, and definitely not fresh); and a Pistachio orange blossom French toast, which was meh at best…One of the kids ordered Waffles (a la carte) and only ate the whipped cream and strawberries. The waffles got a big thumbs down.In short, if you’re more interested in paying a lot so you can post a photo on Instagram, than you are in actually eating - you should definitely go.If you’re looking to enjoy a delicious vegan meal, look elsewhere.

The vegan food is pretty good. I had the avocado toast and BLT. The drinks are okay, I had the mimosa flight and an iced coffee drink, forget the name. The price for 3 people came out to about $270 after tip, we had drinks and an app, calamari mushrooms, also pretty good. Service was excellent and the people there are super nice. Its a nice place to have a conversation with friends. Not the best value for the money, nor the best vegan food in LA, but if you are looking to try something new, it is worth a shot.

Heard about the breakfast bar and decided to try it out. First, I wasn’t aware it was a vegetarian spread so no bacon or sausage here. Also, the options were minimal and primarily consisted of mini pastries, mini bagels, pita and other breads all with spreads to go along. Nothing was exceptional about the spread, it was just okay but for $28 it was more like a continent breakfast you’d get at a nice hotel.

Personally hipsters arent my thing, so I am a little biased but the food was really good. My wife and I went for our anniversary and we loved everything except for the owners attitude. My wife had a smoothie and it had peanuts (my wife is allergic) and he blamed my wife for not looking at the ingredients list! There is an ingredients list for every smoothie they have but there is no way to tell which smoothie is which. Other than that incedent, everything and everyone was pretty nice. Also their soap smells nice :)

The food was good, the staff is friendly. I went for their popular breakfast buffet. Usually they have a long line but it was raining and a good amount of people went. I saw this buffet online and I do like the selection but everything was so small and felt that the overall selection was limited. They constantly had things low or empty. The buffet itself was placed on one side of the bar countertop so it also felt cramped to even be there. At $28, it was ok but Id rather go elsewhere. Their regular menu seemed good so Im not knocking down the entire restaurant for their buffet experience and even then some might like it. Over night oats (that was actually really good), parfait station, smoothies/juices, smoked salmon and selection of ingredients to put on it, Greek salad station, fried chicken and waffles, and quiche. Keep in mind most things are cut to be the size of a 50 cent coin so its finger food size

I was so excited to check this place out. Wow, what a great and beautiful designed place. Service was friendly and professional. Food was fabulous. The fluffy sourdough bites Montanara were just incredible, I felt like I was eating in Italy. The Sun Ravioli, the Prickly Pear Gnocchi, and the Don Salvatore pizza were definitely the highlights of the night. Chapeau! Cant wait to be back!

Servers arent too friendly..must have been an off day for everyone. Food was just divine! Breakfast sandwich was pretty fantastic...dipped in the cacio e pepe sauce from the cauliflower - perfection! Superlative, in every way from the minute I walked in the door. Came for weekday brunch with my sister. I had the Soup of the Day, the Calamari and the HoneyBee and left with my hunger and taste buds satisfied.The airy, bright space is accented with what looks like well cared for and the thriving greenery. Definitely became a place for IG influencers. Everybody seemed to be taking pictures, walking around making videos, talking about their posts... Since it is buffet style, service was fine as they come around and clean up plates/cups, and bring food/drinks not in the brunch bar. Food was slow to come out to the bar and the line felt like it never got shorter from the constant flow of people. They do take reservations, so I would recommend that. They told us 30 minutes and I went to check after 45 minutes and they seated up right away. The food that I did get to try was good, would not recommend the lox. Pressed juices disappeared quickly and the smoothies were barely seen. Asked for the bill, never got it, just had the waitress walk up with the pos system and let me know she was ready when I was. No check or receipt. All in all, really cute and trendy place, food is okay, and lots of IG posts.

The decor is nice, the host was lovely, not so attentive server. A large table of 5 was sat after us (it was only two of us) they got their food first and we were told ours would be out shortly. The food was lukewarm and quite disappointing with the portions. It’s supposed to be elevated Italian food but being vegan and also Italian myself, the pasta wasn’t the most incredible one. Lack of flavour and bland. We asked for a simple hot tea with water and lemon and the server decided to charge us for a verbena tea with lemon when all we wanted was just lemon and hot water at this point we ate and left in 10minutes.2 pasta mains with a hot tea got us a bill of $50.

First, The food was not great. I ordered the Gnooci pasta dish. Gnocchi was hard and NOT fresh made pasta as I was told. The servers energy was poor, I dont know his name because he never gave it. I told him it was my first time and usually in my experience excellent service follows. This gentleman never asked me if I enjoyed my meal. He just said you good I took one bite of the (Hard Gnoochi) and only ate the veggies as the plate was full of oil. I usually never write reviews however I felt compelled to share my experience the unfriendly vibe in this space needed to be shared. I got a appetizer but its not worh mentioning, I ate it simply because I was hungry! So with all that being said I left a tip that in my opinion represents the service I got! I use to tip 20% regardless of how bad the service and food was, NOT today! I felt unwelcomed and left 30 mins later. I believe this can be a coachable moment for the server, Do what you LOVE! Its not my fault you created this path for your self. Kindness and empathy goes a long way.Peace

We ordered the fried Yuba sandwich, khachapuri, and watermelon carpaccio.Loved the carpaccio, it was extremely creative and tasty!The Yuba sandwich had the perfect texture but something was missing. Would recommend an aioli and/or pickles. Wish it was a little less greasy.The khachapuri didnt taste authentic. The bread was tasty but the cheese wasnt correct and the egg should go in raw with some butter.I loved the menu options, I felt there was so much to choose from. I also thought the service was great. However, things are overpriced.

Very good restaurant on Abbott Kinne, entirely vegan if I understood correctly... Didnt go low for this reason, the burger was very good (beef steak replaced by a beetroot steak) and I would even say one of the best I ate during our stay in the USA!The setting is great and very pretty.On the other hand, the service would have deserved to live up to the place and the food.
