The Cheesecake Factory in Marina Del Rey

Great location right on the beach! Upon arriving, we were seated very quickly and had our drink order taken. Our server was attentive and friendly. For the restaurant being a bit busy, the food still came out fairly quickly. We ordered the Cobb Salad and the Korean Fried Chicken. Food was what you would expect, no complaints, but nothing that really blew us away. Only complaint I had was having to pay for valet parking when you parked your own vehicle in their parking lot. Would definitely return. Overall 3.5/5.

Weve been coming to this location for a few years now because of its beautiful views of the water and service.Inside & outside seating.Valet parking at $8 (on Saturday night).We were told our wait time would be about 20 minutes at approximately 6:30PM, but in reality, we only waited 5 minutes to be seated for our party of 4 (I guess we got lucky).Food never disappoints, I enjoy having their Chicken Jambalaya over and over because of its unique taste... served with pasta, but you can request it with rice instead. As drink, I had a Mojito and finished with a Celebration Cheesecake for dessert. Everything tasted delicious as always.Shout out to our server Bri who was extremely attentive, making sure we had an amazing dinner experience. The restaurant was clean and organized.The valet/parking attendants are very efficient and professional.Overall, we had a great time here as usual and will definitely return.

Restaurant located directly in front of the beach/pier.Lots of parking available, as parking lot used for other businesses in the plaza as well as a park nearby. Bus stops available 2 or 3 blocks away.Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Outside seating has tables with umbrellas for shade. Some inside booths are placed by large windows to view the beach/pier.Seating was quick. Picture shown is my order - a bottle of bud and a caramel pecan cheesecake. Bread is include with a bar of butter. Did not confirm if bread is unlimited as did not ask, nor tried to finish the bread.Server was Eric, who was very attentive. Asked how the food was after a few bites. Water was filled quickly without asking, and never reached half full. Was only empty once as I used the water to fill up my water bottle. Meal was not hurried and at my own place while enjoying the cheesecake while reading a book.Male washroom is very clean, with 1 sink, 1 urinal, 1 stall, and 1 handicap stall. Full size mirror inside as well for any attire maintenance needs.

This location is beachside, it has a beautiful view of the harbor if you can get a seat on the second floor balcony facing it you will appreciate it much more. It’s very busy here but most of the servers we dealt with were gracious and professional. We stayed a a local hotel and walked over to have an early dinner, food was good and we had a very welcoming and hard working server named Tracy who made our experience here go from a 2 to a 4. We will be back!

Other than the beautiful view, this was one of my worst restaurant experiences of my life. Awfully slow service, our entrée was overcooked, dry and crusty, and our main dishes were ice cold. To apologize they offered complimentary desserts, but when we got the bill, they ended up charging for them. We heard many tables around us complaining too. We didnt even touch our main dishes cause they were awful, but they still charged us. I love cheesecake factory but this experience really put the nail in the coffin.EDIT: In reply to cheesecake factorys response to my review: We did consult with the manager and he didnt offer anything else than a complimentary dessert. Very disappointing to pay for a meal I didnt end up eating because it was unedible!

I think this chessecake factory with the most beautiful view Ive ever seen. You enjoy your meal by looking at the beach. valet parking $8 for the first 2 hours. After 2 hours, it was 30 dollars, probably so that those who came to the beach would not give it to the valet. Since it is close to the airport, we stopped to have a snack before going to the plane and we were very pleased.

Nice location - great service and view. The original cheesecake with strawberry is unbeatable, love it. They also had the best seared tuna Ive had in years, so worth it. Just a heads up, the seared tuna came with rice, its a full meal.

We went to celebrate frieds birthday. Food was great. Wonderful service.

Very nice place.Need to experience the terasse when the weather is good.All you got from a Cheesecake Factory plus the view.
