2023-11-15 01:46:30I recently dined at The Clam House, a Korean restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The interior decor was sleek and modern, which added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Now lets talk about the food. The menu had a great selection of dishes, including some Korean classics as well as some unique fusion options. The portions were generous, and the presentation was top-notch.Overall, I highly recommend The Clam House to anyone looking for a fantastic Korean dining experience. The service, ambiance, and food were all exceptional, and I cant wait to go back again soon.(Edit): I took my family and they loved it! I left them a note on the thing they gave me. Not sure what its called ^^)

2023-10-05 05:34:47(10/1/2023) Definitely excellent Korean seafood barbecue if you dont want to go to Korean Town. Service is good but make sure all people arrive because it is a small place, and need to wait if it doesnt have enough people. Prices are worth it in my opinion because seafood is fresh and alive when starting to cook on the grill. Recommended abalone, clam, scallops if you want it cooked. Probably come back if someone wants some seafood barbecue.

2023-08-08 18:11:17My friends and I decided to head to The Clam House for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon, arriving at around 2 PM. The timing was spot on as we didnt have to wait for a table. The restaurant was comfortably quiet, allowing the servers to efficiently attend to each tables needs. The individual attention was a great touch, and we could see the staff effortlessly multitasking as they grilled a variety of seafood at different tables.Parking worries are a common concern, but not at The Clam House. Theres ample parking space available at the back, relieving us of any concerns about finding a spot for our vehicles. The menu is refreshingly straightforward, offering four options labeled A, B, C, and D. Depending on the party size, we opted for the grand Combo D at $174.99. This extravagant feast included an array of mouthwatering dishes: Sashimi salad, pancakes, steamed eggs, mayonnaise corn, manila clams, cherry stone clam, mussels, live abalone, squid, scallops soup, shrimp, scallops, marinated scallops, oysters, baby octopus, hogfish, live octopus, kalguksu, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. For our group of four ladies and one gentleman, this lunch spread was just right. However, Id recommend considering ordering more if you have a larger party or if youre planning to dine for dinner. The standout stars of our meal were undoubtedly the live octopus, cherry stone clam, live abalone, and oysters. Each bite was a burst of freshness and sweetness that truly showcased the quality of the seafood.

2023-09-04 21:32:35Really tasty food and fresh seafood. We got the second tier combo as a three-person group. Very satisfied with the portion and flavor. The service is good too. And it is next to a supermarket so parking is easy.

2023-05-16 00:46:31Step into a culinary paradise where the oceans bounty takes center stage. This remarkable restaurant offers an unparalleled experience with its live BBQ seafood and tantalizing flavors. From the moment I entered, I knew I was in for a treat, as the enticing aroma of smoky charcoal filled the air.Lets begin with the showstopper of the evening: the live BBQ abalone. Sizzling on the grill, the abalone transformed into a succulent and tender delicacy right before my eyes. The natural sweetness of the abalone was enhanced by the smoky essence from the charcoal, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors that left me in awe.Next up were the sashimi-style live octopus legs. This dish showcased the skill and precision of the chef, as the octopus legs were sliced into perfect bite-sized pieces right at the table. Each morsel offered a delightful chewiness and a burst of freshness. It was a thrilling experience to indulge in this unique delicacy, and the flavors lingered on my palate long after each bite. The BBQ scallops and clams were a seafood lovers dream come true. Grilled to perfection, the scallops boasted a delicate sweetness, while the clams offered a briny and satisfying taste. The smoky notes infused by the charcoal grill added a delightful complexity to these dishes, elevating them to new heights. And lets not forget the BBQ giant clams and eel, which were nothing short of extraordinary. The giant clams, tender and juicy, showcased the pristine flavors of the sea. The BBQ eel, with its luscious and caramelized exterior, melted in my mouth, leaving a heavenly taste that I wont soon forget. The BBQ grill with charcoal lent a distinct smoky taste to each dish, enhancing the overall dining experience. The table-side service added an interactive element, allowing me to witness the artistry and expertise of the chefs as they masterfully cooked the seafood to perfection. The true star of this restaurant, however, was the freshness of the seafood. Each bite was a testament to the quality and meticulous sourcing of the ingredients. The dedication to using the freshest seafood available was evident in every dish, making it a haven for seafood enthusiasts. In conclusion, this seafood paradise surpassed my expectations with its live BBQ offerings and unforgettable flavors. From the mesmerizing live BBQ abalone to the sashimi-style octopus legs and the delectable BBQ scallops, clams, giant clams, and eel, every dish was a celebration of the oceans treasures. The smoky taste infused by the charcoal grill, coupled with the attentive table-side service, added to the overall dining experience. If you crave a seafood extravaganza that showcases the finest ingredients and impeccable grilling techniques, this restaurant is a must-visit.

2023-06-20 05:19:25My sibling treated me here for my bday today; we expected a wait and so got there 30 min before it opened just in case. Well turns out that they’re not too busy during the weekday—our party of 5 had the restaurant to ourselves until 4:30. It was my first time there so I was curious. We got combo C. The mayo corn was bomb, the steamed egg and salad and soups were all tasty. My favorite part was the small clams, aside from the scallops, all the other shellfish were just too much for me. I couldn’t get used to the eel. To be honest, I would’ve been happy with just the clams and the sweet potato. Nothing like roasted potatoes, yum. What tied it all together were the sauces. I wonder if they sell them—or who can give me the recipes???The server was great and attentive without being overly so.I would come here again but if you’re like me and you don’t eat all the extras, just go for combo A.
