Horrible service. They burned my food so bad it was hard and inedible. They refuse to give me a refund over the phone as well. I explained to them multiple times that I do not live in the area and I can not go to in person. I have all the details, but they wont explain why they cant do it.

I ordered a peppermint cold brew and didnt tip and now my large drink doesnt taste at all like peppermint it taste straight like soy sauce and you cant tell because of the color it is awful. I always tip and today I just didnt. Now I waisted money on something I enjoy to be disappointed.

Came here for late night drinks. The drinks were good, cafe was decent size, and the staff was great. The only thing I would say is that, they close the cafe at 10:00, but on Google, it states 10:30. Drive thru is open til 10:30, but the inside is closed at 10:00.

Took 3 minutes to someone come to the register.There was nobody in line only me. 2 customers on tables4 people workingAnd the worst is the TIP CULTURE dont they get paid?And at the pin pad theres place for percentage and other... its ridiculous, I want to be the one who decides how much and if yes or not to tip.Please stop the tip culture.

Awesome place that have drive through . The UberEat delivery always has the secure, safe, well packaged bags . The in store pick up is super fast, the drive through line is bit of long sometimes. Overall, excellent coffee place where are professional and polite staffs .

Perfect customer service. Staff was celebrating Saint Patricks Day with green attire. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean inside and out. Very good selection of drinks and good selection of snack foods. Service was quick.Will go again

The blended coffee and tea is good. Other coffee drinks are a hit and miss at times. The staff is always friendly. I like that it has plenty of seating and places to plug into if you need to recharge a laptop or phone. They have a nice covered patio area with comfortable seating. The food choices are not that great, I will only order a few things to eat there.Overall its a nice place for a regular cup of tea or coffee.

Had an employee come to me when I was ready to order . The guy who was giving me my drinks almost spilled my drink as he basically threw it. When I told the guy which one was which so he noticed my sizes were not given the way I ordered. He just gave me a response as I was stupid that I didn’t know what I ordered. Clean, spacious, well lit space and friendly staff . We ordered a few different things and everything was ready within minutes . The only thing I did not like was that there was way too much ice in all drinks except for the cookie butter frappe . The ice occupied 70% of the glass and there hardly was any beverage after a few sips . They should probably let people know that in advance or probably give a choice to go light on ice. We also had the banana bread which was just average .The Mango cold brew tea was really flavorful and not too seeet. The caramel latte was rich and yummy . The dark chocolate latte though was just flavored icy coffee and nothing else . Pricing seemed reasonable

Walked in here excited to try something new. No line inside a couple cars outside. The couple people sitting inside already had their drinks. Menu didnt reflect online menu, no biggie was able to figure something out. Did I forget to add not one greating or Ill be right with you. After still waiting to place order still nothing. Needless to say I was able to walk out without ordering. I guess theres a reason why people are loyal to....I dont think I need to say the place.

Went there for breakfast. Our Cappuccino and hot Mocha Latte were good, thats why I give two stars instead of one. All our food was pre-packed (lots of plastic packaging), stale, overpriced and mediocre, at most. Maybe its fine if you go to the drive-in, but not for a cozy breakfast at the restaurant.

Went in for the first time after a workout right across the gym and it was amazing!! Customer service was good and was given samples of teas to know which one I liked. Girl at the cashier knew her low calorie /no sugar drinks and helped me make a selection :) will be returning again!! Left my keys and also reminded me about them! Customers seem happy because the atmosphere is welcoming! Thank you!!

I placed an order through the mobile application for pickup. Upon arriving at the location I noticed signage at the door that it was drive thru pickup only.The issue was that my work truck does not fit in the drive thru, it is too long and cannot make the turns.I was unable to contact the store, I tried calling to ask to cancel my order but they just refused to pick up the phone. I tried emailing customer service and got a generic response.I was not informed that the it was drive thru only when I PLACED the order on the application. I only found that out when I got to the store. I had absolutely no recourse and can’t even talk to anybody about it. It’s $12 so it’s not the biggest deal just that you expect better customer service from what I thought was a great company

Very clean. I was instantly greeted by at least 3 workers and they were all very polite and worked well together. My coffee and bagel are fantastic too. Seems to me the drive thru must be where the real business is because the lobby was fairly quiet. Its a Wednesday though, so maybe everyone is off to work

Recently opened a few months ago, service has improved since opening but could be better. I always have to wait at the register to get someone to serve me. I understand you have a drive thru but your inshop customers should be your too priority. Other than that their coffee is great and pastries are always stocked

I ordered a large ice coffee and a cheese cake at the drive through. I placed a bandana over my face and nose as the male who took my order advised that I will need to have a mask on at the window. Upon my arrival at the window the young lady seek if I had a mask. I stated “this banana is my mask”. She then called the manager over and ask him a question. The manager then stated they will not serve me with out a mask. He then shrugged his shoulders in an apathetic manner, and slammed the drive through window in my face. This was very upsetting as my face was properly covered by the bandana. We will no long be spending our money at this establishment.

Don’t come here. Never coming back. My sister ordered a vanilla latte and 90% of the cup WAS ICE!!! It was her first time coming here. THIS RECIPE IS DUMB. We went to go complain and all we got was “this is the recipe” y’all better fix your recipe. When we went to go ask a worker someone named Jade was speechless, me too when I saw the AMOUNT OF ICE. MY SISTER TOOK TWO SIPS AND IT WAS DONE WITH. SHE PAID $5 FOR TWO SIPS OF COFFEE. This is ridiculous and customer service will definitely hear from us. This is the best coffee bean ever:) I came in and asked the difference between the pure and midnight cookies and cream drinks and by the nice cashier was given an answer to suffice my question, then I didnt realize until after i got my drink that i accidentally ordered the pure one even though i wanted the midnight. I at first drank it anyway cuz it was really yummy and i didnt have any complaints. I soon after felt i really wanted to try the midnight c&c so i went back to the cashier ready to pay for any extra add ons to the one i had to make the midnight c&c or just a new drink, so asked a diff girl if it was possible, and she said yes! right away, so she started making a new one so i waited a bit then she just gave me the midnight c&c for free!!! I hinted i could pay for it but she said i could just keep both so i was like aw well thats sweet so i tipped this staff cuz i saw that theyre all so sweet, hardworking and kind :) thank you!p.s. its so spacious in here with a lot of charging outlets even on top of the tables + also the midnight c&c was DELICIOUS

Went to the drive through was asked to wear a mask at the window. So I put on what I had a bandana covering my nose and mouth and they refused me service because the manager felt it was not and “appropriate” Or “legal” mask ?? At no time did they explain to me that I needed a specific grade or type of “mask” they just said no we won’t serve you and closed the window. This has to be illegal besides all the controversy behind face coverings and businesses I was WEARING ONE ! I will never go back there. I really like Coffee Bean, but I think one of the baristas there didnt take my order seriously. I asked for soy milk in my latte because Im lactose intolerant. Ive tried the Cookies and Cream Ice Blend, Matcha Ice Blend, Caramel Ice Blend and Mango Tea here, but none of them compares to the Chai Mate Ice Blend, which tastes like a Horchata on steroids with the intensity of flavors and taste. The Chai Mate Ice Blend was, by far, the best thing they had on the menu, even if it was not on it. Service is consistent and great here because the employees serve with a smile. Overall, im happy with the cleanliness and taste of every drinks above, but please do try the Chai Mate Ice Blend! Its a spiritual explosion of flavor!
