Coffee Bean is wonderful. This particular one is very small inside. Its more of a hallway. Not much Room to even pick up your order.They do however have outdoor seating which makes up for the indoor size.

I have never had an issue with my drinks at Coffee Bean. Which is why you go to a coffee shop, TO BUY A COFFEE. They are friendly, efficient and have great tasting coffee. Only complaint Im reading here is no public restrooms? Coffee Bean locations almost never have bathrooms, so it doesnt seem fair to have dozens of bad reviews for the same (and somewhat well known) issue but oh well, grab your coffee and stop being so cranky. Keep up the great work !

So I usually dont go to this coffee bean since I am obsessed with my coffee bean on Riverside dr in Teluca lake. Not saying anything bad about the staff but definitely not the same warm feeling you get from the people at the other location. To top it off not only they got my order wrong which is understandable it happens but they charged me 80 cents for the caramel drizzle. Im not usually one to complain but really you charge me for the drizzle which ive never payed extra for and this is what you gave me. I mean what little amount.

Every single one of the staff members are nice specially the ladies and one person in particular made my day today: Lori. As soon as I approached the counter to order she already knew my drink and the size I normally ordered. I congratulated her because I work in the service industry too and remembering this little things means a LOT for customers. I don’t buy coffee out all the time, but if I do, it is at Coffee Bean. I love that they have fresh teas for a decent price. Only about $3 for a large. I always get the Swedish berries tea and add 2 stivia bc it is pretty tart otherwise, but I buy 2 so I can have 1 the next day haha. They are so refreshing. They have a larger selection of sandwiches than Starbucks too. I love their pumpkin varieties. I wish they didn’t get rid of the option to make any drink Ultimate. That would add chocolate covered coffee beans blended up into any drink. It was my fave in the Carmel Ice Blended drink. But no more 😩

This place is nice, its what youd expect from a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I do like the fact that there is parking in the back.I wanted something Blended, but not caffeinated, and the person at the register recommended the Malibu dream. Great choice! Perfect for somebody who might want a smoothie with whipped cream on top. Its got a berry type flavor to it, probably blueberry, strawberry mixed together.The inside can feel kind of cramped since theres only one row of tables against the windows. I guess if its raining and you want to enjoy the view on Reseda Boulevard, go for it.The real reason why I come here though is for the outside patio. Theres trees, and plants and things, and it feels like youre on vacation.

Don’t get me wrong, the people here are very nice. However I ordered a caramel latte with oat this morning and the barista mistakenly gave me whole. I get accidents happen but it severely messed up my stomach and I’m have horrible horrible pains due to being lactose. Please be more careful while using alternative milks. Some people have severe intolerances.

Hadnt been here in quite a while, still friendly, still clean, still good coffee. Take out in our case was to sit at one of the outside tables. Only one disappointment- they used to bring in kosher wrapped sandwiches, etc., but no more. Im sure the change was due to the pandemic drastically reducing the walk-in clientele, and they still have plenty of dairy and veggie options. I hope the kosher food returns as normalcy does.

Similar to other Coffee Bean shops but so disappointing there is no restroom for customers. Maybe they should at least remove the restroom sign at the entrance? Or a sign no public restroom. Came in after a long drive to get a drink and was under the impression I can use a restroom. Bought a pastry I didnt really need just to find out that its only for employees and I should look for a restroom somewhere else. Not cool.

I like coming here be sure I always get amazing service and I love that they make sure Im happy with my order. Its the people that make or break your experience and they always are on point, especially one person there that will remain a mystery, but I will say this much; she is the reason I go there. Good only if you dont need to use restroom or care to sit on old dusty and sticky tables. They dont have restrooms. Whoever owns this franchise need to first care for customers, get them restroom access. Second clean the place. The wood reeks of 100 yrs old. The windows are unclean.

Our visit to this Coffee Bean was mostly inspired by its location. We were visiting Zoes Knit Studio during the LA Yarn Crawl and this is in a great spot to cross the street and spend some time before moving on to the next location. The baristas were quick to assist us and there was plenty of seating. The only reason there is -1 star is that my name wasnt called or it wasnt said loud enough for me to hear and my cold drink ended up melting a bit, waiting on the counter.

I decided to get coffee this morning and as I stood in line waiting, I watched the manager argue with another ten member. They didn’t even acknowledge my existence. There were 3 employees standing by the register and no one even looked up to speak to me. I started waving to get there attention. Then I said hi very loudly. The girl arguing with the manager speaks to me and ask me what I would like to order. Before I could respond she turns back to finish her argument with the manager. That was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at any coffee shop. You are literally arguing about work schedules in front of customers. When I snapped and said well I guess I’m not getting anything because your conversation is so important, you both get quiet and start doing your job. You didn’t even apologize. So thank you for wasting my time and I hope your work schedule issues are resolved. 🙄

Their Blended Chai is loads better than Starbucks, which is no shocker as pretty much all of their drinks are better. I repeated twice then I needed my coffee ground for a French press. That is a coarse grind. I was giving the exact opposite of a very fine grind which has left the sludge at the bottom of my cup and clogged the screen of my French press. If my server didnt understand what French press ground is they could have always asked. I was a coffee bean rewards member but I have had too many bad experiences with them that I aint no longer to coffee Bean very often. This visit has solidified my reason for not shopping here anymore.

This is my all-time favorite Coffee and Tea place. Their are two locations I frequent. They are always busy with customers using Wi Fi or eatting and drinking and chatting. Everyone is fast and friendly. My daughter is is in a wheelchair stroller and she loves their fresh tuna sandwiches and juice and of course some of my Ice blended mocha Frapachino. Also use their app for points. Customers are usually friendly and someone always runs to the door to help us in and out which is something that is lacking in todays society.

Horrible place. They seem to have sitting for more than 30 people in a prime location and they cannot even provide a bathroom for customers. They HAVE a bathroom on site, they won’t just give you the code because “they don’t t want customers using it.” Terrible customer service and dirty establishment. They gave me back COUNTERFEIT change. I didnt notice til I went to pay for gas with the change and the attendent informed me the money was fake money. I gave Coffee Bean a hundred to pay for my Americano and they gave me back one REAL 20 and three FAKE ones. I went back but of course they wouldnt change it out and I realized from the way they were acting that they do this often. I came back with my lawyer and also contacted the FBI who informed me that they already have them down on their list of investigations. The manager or one of the employees must be running a money laundering ring from there. I was very upset and really am looking to sue for my moneys back even though its only 60 bucks its the principle and to bring awareness so it wont happen to more people. If you pay with a large bill pay attention to the change they give you back or just pay with a credit card!!!

So I go to the Coffee Bean most days after work for a cup of coffee and a snack, Next door is a restaurant which I love their food, I eat dinner at that restaurant most evenings. I usually see folks I know having a cup of coffee from the coffee bean or theyre also eating as I do. So we chat while we eat and drink coffee. they both offer free wi fi, which is nice. 2 days ago, I have no clue as to why, a police woman walks up to me and asks me for my Drivers License, I asked why, She said that the Coffee bean doesnt want to service me anymore, and I should NEVER come here again. I have NO CLUE why, the officer did not know either, all she knew was that as of now, I am forbidden to come here. I have never been more humiliated in my life. does racism play a part here? I am enquiring good representation right now to find out why I have been so humiliated in public.

I love Coffee Bean n Tea Leaf. They, by far, make the best Chai Iced Blended drink. It is made with real chai tea, unlike Starbucks, that is made with syrup. This barista attracts an intellectual group of people and it isnt as crowded as their competitors.
