My partner wanted to get me a cider because we went to a beer garden, and all they had was beer--and I dont like beer. It was early afternoon, and there were a few guys sitting alone nursing their drinks.I got a delicious pomegranate draft cider. I was impressed with its dry flavor. Seriously, it was very good. The atmosphere was dark (I almost needed a flashlight). Besides the bar, there were small tables with chairs where you could visit with a friend. I liked the artwork that was displayed on the wall.It was wheelchair accessible.

Nice quiet place where you can actually talk with your friends. They have a nice variety of beers on tap and other drinks. Right now they have an amazing imperial stout. They seem to always have something good on tap.

I love this spot! Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a good low key bar. Old school music, reggae, rock, TVs for the game. Tons of beer options on tap or in the Cooler and very knowledgeable bar tenders. Might be my new Sunday for the games. They only serve beer and wine, but thats all I need.Ambiance: 4.5/5Drinks: 5/5Service: 4.5/5Price: 5/5Overall: 4.5/5

My favorite, if not, the best local taproom in town. The owners are very nice people and they sure know their beers. This place offers an incredible amount of craft local beers on tap. You can choose to have yourself a few pints, hald pints, or even try out everything on tap with taster pours. They even have wine om tap, cold brew coffee on nitro, and even kombucha on tap. This place is perfect for grabbing a drink or two with friends and having a nice chat because there is not too much noise going on. On tuesdays they do have trivia nights, which are themed and really entertaining. There are tvs overhead to watch all the sports there. They also allow you to bring in your own food, making it really convenient to grab a bite from a local restaurant and then head over inside to The Cooler to have a nice drink comolimenting your meal!

Despite its name, this place was uncomfortably warm. Ordered a round of draft beers with friends and some (not all) tasted a bit off... My guess is from old beer sitting in the lines for too long or a C02 issue. Id recommend sticking to the cans.

Nice taproom addition to downtown San Leandro. Decent selection on tap. Bottle prices are crazy high; think $17 for a 12 oz. Almanac, which usually ranges from $9.99- $13.99 other places.

Nice, knowledgeable staff, cool art on the walls, tvs in every corner w the game on, and solid, classic music on the speakers (e.g., Dire Straits, Stevie Wonder, Led Zep). Came here with carryout from nearby Slice House, and we had a good chat with the guy serving us, ended up learning some recent history of San Leandro even. Plus they had Pliny on tap. Cant go wrong starting your night here.
