Grabbed a Prime Rib for Thanksgiving and I gotta say it was one of the best pieces of meat I’ve ever cooked. Extremely tender and juicy. Highly recommend them. The staff were extremely helpful.

LOVE this butcher shop. Have been buying fresh turkey here for Thanksgiving for a few years. Just started buying more meats, and have not been disappointed. They make a great meatloaf that you can cook at home, as well as a fajita mixture that is just fantastic. I also like getting the leftover sausages without the casings to add to dishes. Staff and owners are super helpful and friendly.

Fantastic quality of meats here, will help you with any questions, very knowledgeable staff. The sandwiches served here are fantastic. Great wine selection. The pulled pork is well seasoned, always served with coleslaw. My favorite is the pastrami, served on marbled rye, perfect every time. You can buy beer or wine to drink in the store. They also cater.

After eating The Corner Butcher Shop at a luncheon, I purchased tri-tip and mac and cheese for Christmas Eve family dinner.The tri-tip was excellent and the mac and cheese very good.I recommend this business and will be visiting again.

High end butchers shop with a small town feel. Everyone was super polite and knowledgeable about the quality and cut. They have the highest grade red meat on the market. This is definitely not your Vons meat department. We went for the Wagyu and left with a few pastrami sandwhichs as well. Will definitely come back out this way to purchase from them again

I just ate a hamburger from the corner butcher shop.it was very, very, very good.large and filling and great condiments.the side of coleslaw was great as well.i write a review a year on average, and although it is still january, i would have to be blessed to write another review in 2023.sorry about not providing a picture, but I was too busy eating.btw - outside eating at a restaurant with cloth napkins, the paper napkins they provide are the largest - i guess they strive to get every detail right with the meals they provide.

We tried this place for the first time tonight. It had pretty good reviews, but I honestly wasnt sure what to expect. We had the tri tip sandwich, a hotdog, and a rib plate. We tried baked beans, mac n cheese, coleslaw, cornbread, and a few desserts as well. We were blown away. This is how bbq should taste. My husband are the ribs without even adding the bbq sauce because it didnt even need it. The mac n cheese was really good, too. It was creamy without tasting too cheesy. The trip tip was perfect and the hotdog was huge. We were all happy with our We were all happy with our dinner. We will go back!

Very friendly staff, excellent meat and service. A great mid-way place to meet my cousin for lunch. Everything is good, but I especially recommend the stew meat. Ive bought it a number of times and have yet to make stew - its too great just browned, I cant wait to make a meal of it!

I go to this place 2 or 3 times a month for lunch. Their sandwiches are great! The plates are great! The sides are great. Their sausages are great! The hot dogs are great! The Ray is amazing! You cannot go wrong when eating at CBS!

Just finished a birthday BBQ with St Louis and Beef Plate ribs from The Corner Butcher shop. The were cut perfectly without membrane and had a great task after smoking. Perfect ribs, perfect service, great price. Drove from Yucaipa to purchase and will do so again.

I love this place. I go a couple times a month and always check out their brats and sausages for new options and old favorites. The staff is fun and friendly and incredibly helpful. Im so glad I live nearby!

I just had lunch here at it was amazing. I had the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac&Cheese, and Pasta salad $20. The meat was tender snd really good. The cafe has wood tables and bar stools so informal. The thing that suprised me was how good the sides were. So many times places like this have good meat but not good side dishes. Owner was onsite super friendly. I think two people could have shared what I ordered but I brought half home.

This place is FREAKIN’ GOOD!No frills, easygoing butcher guys. Come in. Order. Grab your drinks out the fridge yourself. Grab some bench somewhere. Eat DELICIOUS food. 😋Try the tri-tip. EVERYTHING here is tasty! 🤤 Wash it all down with a soda or beer.🍺 Pay after. Say thank you. Return! Oh, and take something home to grill for yourself later if you like. You have that option too.

The staff is intelligent, friendly, and accommodating. They have everything you can imagine and more. Australian and Japanese wagyu, duck, and venison. Ill be recommending this establishment to everybody who needs a good butcher.

I work down the street and finally made it in here for lunch. Sandwiches taste great, theyre a good size, and made pretty quickly. Best part about this place is that old-school, quality customer service that you can barely find anywhere these days.

I dont make it down to the corner butcher shop as often as I would like, that is the biggest drawback of living in the high desert :-) the corner butcher shop is one of the only reasons I Venture down the hill. The pastrami is second to none, it makes the Hats pastrami taste like bar s bologna. Thank you guys so much!

This is a great butcher shop but also has small selection of fish. They also sell lunch items, like sandwiches, ribs, various plates and they have a caseful of cold beers and sodas and some tables inside. They make all over their own sausages on site which are very tasty. If you want quality food come here.

This place is such a neighborhood gem! The meat here and the quality of the cuts is astonishing and great! I love coming here and Ive been here many times and also for some events, but I love the old town feeling coming here when people know you and the customer service is great and they really care about giving quality service to the community. THE MEAT WAS DELICIOUS. This is a very Unique & Old Fashioned Butcher Shop. Theres Beautiful Dry Aged Meat on display for sale. They also sell a selection of Barbecued meats (No Dine In for COVID) that was WELL FLAVORED, TENDER & SAVORY. (Didnt taste like All Sauce), in fact, the meat can be eaten without Any sauce & still be Delicious. 4.9 Stars simply because NOTHING IS PERFECT, But i couldnt find the fault.

Ok, read the reviews and almost did not go as I had a strange request. Read the one about cold and thought they would be unhelpful. Boy I would have missed out. It was Christmas Eve day. Slammed everywhere. I call to see if they sold fresh Dog bones. The guy who answered was very helpful and nice. He said they sold bones. I then I asked the question I always get no to. How about cutting them for small dogs. He said not sure how small we wanted them but come over and he would do his best.Well we arrived there, they were very busy. But we were helped right away. He asked what we wanted, then reasked to make sure he he got it right. Said cool let me get them cut smaller. Have a seat.We sat and this is when we got a chance to observe the place. Nice and CLEAN. Couple big tables I guess to eat. Have a BIG selection of meat...of course. But they had side dishes. LOTS of awesome deserts and party type foods. AND Wine, lots of Wines. But the best part was the service. As we sat and weighted we must have been asked 5 times if we had been helped. The guy at the register... my wife thought the owner knew many of the people picking up orders by name. Asked about family and was genuinely old school butcher shop frendly.Well our order was ready. Note our old butcher made us order bones a week in advance. Then was pissy when we asked to have them cut as the were often bigger than our dog. These were purfect. So guys ya got a fan. Job will done. Ya made our little dogs Christmas and proved that there is still 10+ friendly customer service in American.

I would give a zero if possible,very rude people working there.We walked in and right away were told that we should place a phone order and not be milling around inside.I responded with we didn’t know we had to place a phone order as the sign out front only stats that we needed a mask he then said we should read the sign out front which we did once we went out and didnt say nothing about phone orders,I understand with the situation we are in businesses are being ran differently,but this guy was definitely having a bad day and we decided to just take are business else where.I will never step foot in this place no matter how good the food is.This guy really needs to learn some people skills.
